I really want to try Parkour, but I don't have the physical endurance...
That and I would probably die if I tried it heh...

you dont have to have to be able to do the things that you see on you tube when you start. you train to build up the endurance, strength and skills that you see on you tube hell when i started i was a weedy little shit i still am now but now i am somewhat tank. so all you need to do is train hard and you will get thereSecretTacoNinja post=18.72241.759601 said:I really want to try Parkour, but I don't have the physical endurance...

Exactumundo. The truth of the matter is no one has the physical endurance, stamina, strength etc at the start, you gain those once you start training. I personally had an edge because I did weight training religiously before starting, so my arm strength is already quite good but you will gain strength, endurance, stamina etc as you train anyway, regardless of your physical prowess.gothic_dragon post=18.72241.759642 said:you dont have to have to be able to do the things that you see on you tube when you start. you train to build up the endurance, strength and skills that you see on you tube hell when i started i was a weedy little shit i still am now but now i am somewhat tank. so all you need to do is train hard and you will get thereSecretTacoNinja post=18.72241.759601 said:I really want to try Parkour, but I don't have the physical endurance...

Hey thanks, but it sounds like you have to train like there's no freaking tomorrow, I should get off this damn computer and go do stuff with my life...WlknCntrdiction post=18.72241.762847 said:Exactumundo. Lol, no you don't need to train like there's no tomorrow. It just so happens that I'm not starting uni until next week Monday, I "discovered" it about 3 months ago and took to it immediately. You only advance at a pace that suits you, no one else, you know your body better than anyone so you know when to push it and when not to. I would say I haven't even scratched the surface of what Parkour is, and I've been training almost every other day(sometimes at most even 4 days straight)since I first started, but when I start uni I won't be doing it with such intensity. Every lunch though I'll be out just doing it around town lol, nothing can keep me away from training, well.....maybe uni workSecretTacoNinja post=18.72241.763665 said:Hey thanks, but it sounds like you have to train like there's no freaking tomorrow, I should get off this damn computer and go do stuff with my life...WlknCntrdiction post=18.72241.762847 said:Exactumundo. I sense the potential for an awesome new game here...Anarchemitis said:Parkour would be an awesome method of transportation, (as would being able to manipulate gravity around your wieght-center axis thus falling in any direction)
