I'd replace Speechcraft and Athletics for Block and Armourer. Seriously, I made the mistake of not including Armourer as a major skill. It's extremely useful and saves you a lot of money.

My Dark Elf "Blood Lord" has in so far been completely indestructible.

Major Skills were:
Blunt
Heavy Armour
Block
Alteration
Destruction
Armourer
Conjuration

However I also Mastered, Blade, Illusion and Mysticism and am currently levelling Alchemy, Marksmen and Sneak. Restoration is also at 83 despite being used the entire game, because it levels FREAKING SLOWLY.

He's level 49 and has custom madness armour and weapons using transcendent Sigil stones for the best effects.

I have a female Dark Elf who is a master of sneak and security, but bad at combat and we havent beat the game but shes a level twenty four. We have had really crappy luck in Oblivion even though she is resistant to fire. We can't sneak through. And she is an up close combatant but she has an awesome staff from the mages guild (shock damage/destruction) and we have conquered almost every faction. She is terrible at fighting. is there any way i can make her better b/c all the monsters in her lvl are too advanced including daedra.

You can drop Speechcraft definitely, and probably Athletics too. Illusion is not a bad skill, but I don't see how it could really be very useful with this class. My advice is to drop those, and replace them with Armourer, possibly Alteration or Mysticism if you want, and maybe Acrobatics. You could keep Athletics, but it's not great.
