Fallout 3, as stated in this thread, as many bugs like shooting someone only to have them fly into the air.
One of the awesomest bugs I've had was in Company of Heroes playing the Joint-Ops made with a friend. The British have a unit called an officer, a one man unit that gives a large defensive and morale boost to units in the same sector he is in. By being around other units that were slaughtering the Wehrmacht that were attacking us, the officer got vet3(the highest form of veterany). I put him in a trench on our northern flank and forgot about him, as me and my friend were barely holding the south.
15 minutes later, I check the north and am astonished. There were over 20 Panthers and Panzer 4s all shooting at this one officer. The AI was scripted to destroy all enemies on its path on the way to the human players' HQs. So the tanks just sat there shooting at him and any tanks that spawned later also just shot at him. Apparently, the officer somehow glitched and got infinite armor/hp. This let us break through the south and into the German area to defeat them.
By the end of the game, that one British dude was holding off 100 tanks, shooting them with his revolver.
