Hmm... a similar situation. Well it wasn't a game disk. Somehow my original XBOX managed to scratch seasons 1-3 of my RVB DVDs. Ironically it seems to be only on parts where Caboose and/or Donut are anywhere remotely close to each other.

Also managed to scratch my copy of Mass Effect... they certainly don't make games like they used to. Cartridge games still run smooth after all these years of dust collection.

I screwed up my copy of Sly Cooper 3 on accident with numerous cuts. I tried the fixer stuff but it never worked. It still runs okay, except for the about 96% of the chapter with the planes and stuff, which I sorely missed.

Why so much hate for dubs? Some are excellent, like El Hazard The Magnificent World. A lot of people say the English dub is the definitive version.

Its the craziest most fucked up and one of the funniest animes I've ever seen.

Lets see how to word this... The original version of the anime is untainted and in the most complete or perfect form as can be. It is completely in the form that it is intended to be viewed. I get subs or fansubs of this original version so that I can view the complete, original work as untainted or unchanged as possible and still understand it.

What that means is that only the original Japanese version can be the definitive version, no matter how good the English dub is. It's a preference that I'm sticking with and I hope I don't spark any flames on this subject >.<

Oh thank you. I was planning on asking you about your avatar for a while but procrastination got the best of me. I'll be checking that anime out...

Personally, I just like being able to understand them without having to read the subtitles, even though I read very fast. And the female voices tend to get annoying for me. The high-pitch squeals make my ears hurt.
