I am wondering why she is pointing at the plush's anus, or even why it has one, yet the question is thrown to the back of my mind by the cuteness.
Okay, apparently, it's just an 'X' on it's rear..

Sorry Dude according to E-capcom for the link above it only ships inside Japan and the currancy is locked for the Yen. Thankfully I have familiy and friends stationed in japan so I sent them a Email and the link to order me a few.

So far as of now no. But Capcom-US fourms have been going crazy with buzz so Capcom would be stupid to ignore the chance to make money. If your really wanting one best bet come October is to keep your eyes on Japanese Store owners on Ebay that might have them. Be prepared to see absurd bids but you might get lucky and find a buy now you never know.
