Hi all

I have been searching all evening for a game I played in the 1990s not exactly sure when/could have been an old game but I'm 22 and I played it at my granny's

It was on an island (multi coloured and pixilated) and I think you had to open treasure chests to find/collect wands? And you might get a pirate shooting at you.
I thought it was called magic but I haven't been able to find it, I remember the music that went with it also.

This was a PC game

** correction could have been robbers that came out and took your things **

I'm looking for a game i played in my childhood (2004-2006?)
It was an arcade racing game for the PC, there were somewhat around 5 playable characters, one of them being male with an orange car, and one female with a pink car. There were some maps to choose from, one of them las Vegas where you had to drive through some kind of a casino or flashy shopping mall. The game brings back many memories and I really hope someone knows which game i am looking for.
Thx for help,
Woulve
(it's not NFS:Underground 2)

Ok, so this is my tough one.

RPG Game for PC, in the early 90s, very similar to games like Ultima or Anvil of Dawn, but really poorish quality.

The first phase/mission you had to "walk" and kill people, etc. IT was like an open land/dessert/terrain.

It's in my brain, I played it when I was early teenagrs and would love to see in youtube videos of how the game would have continued.I think it was the second in a series (ie, my brain tells me the game's title included a 2 or a II)

I have spent about 2 hours googling and I can confirm it is NOT the following games:

Baldur Gate 1-2
Ultima 1,2,3,4...9
Diablo
Icewind
Arcanum
Anvil of Dawn
Anachronox
wizardry 8
eye of the beholder
might magic

Any help will be more than appreciated!!! :)

and another game I played in my early 90s that I cannot remember.

This one is a Graphic adventure, style of Monkey Island 1. Very simple graphics, it is NOT in the top 25-100 of these games in Google.

What I remember, is that I was a writer. It was suppossed to be scary and that the beginning of the game you are inside a house.

Any ideas?

I have another request for a lost game...
The game was a Mame 32 game. It was a platformer game like super mario. You were some kind of prehistoric warrior with a weapon like a bladed jo-jo. You fought enemies like goblins and pterodactyls and moved through various landscapes. I remember moving on a wooden bridge overlooking a vast plain with a waterfall. The game had many levels, i never quite finished it...
Hmm... the yo-yo thing reminds me of Rygar [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FK_OQIgIPqw].

With a writer protagonist, my first guess would be Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbjXuPa1uW0].

might be

London Racer 2 (2002)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ReepSmoF3C4

despite the name, it has a map in Las Vegas too. Or try

London Racer - World Challenge (2003)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDUfFq7wfu8

with more cities.

Ogoid, thanks but the game was not Gabriel Knight.

Think of much lower, poorer quality. Maybe based on a movie (Stephen King sort of?)

Hi, I just read something that made me think about an old game that I can't remember...

I don't have many details about it but this is what I remember:

- I played it in the early 90s, more or less
- The plot was time travel related
- Movement was sort of turn based, meaning if you hit forward you moved a set amount of distance, if you hit right the view turned 90 degrees, etc. It wasn't free movement.
- I think at the start you were at a laboratory, sort of like the Half Life start where you have to get a suit and start an experiment, though I might be mixing stuff here.

I know it's not a lot of detail but if you could help me I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

any of the Journeyman Project games perhaps? for example

The Journeyman Project 2 - Buried In Time (1995)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1GIyqYEYH8

the "turn-based movement" isn't the turn-based movement as we know it like in a RPG game for example, it's just the way like some adventure games work trying to be more realistic.

Hello everyone. I am looking for some PC games that I played in my childhood (1990's), but I do not find their names.

1 - It was in RPG style. You started the game on a farm and control various characters. If we put in a house, a man and a woman, they would have a child (remember that the boy looked like with the Brazilian football player Ronaldo). I also remember a magician who could explore the terrain and find magical itens and runes (remember that the fireball was the first rune to pick up).

2 - Dungeon type game. I only remember to play with a dwarf, but there were others chars. The ultimate magic is cast with the backspace.

3 - Terror type. We control a vampire. The game was seen from above. We started the game in a cemetery and need blood to survive. We killed monsters in order to get it.

4 - Last one. Shoot type. We played with crazy farmers. We have various types of weapons and explosives. We can kill chickens and people. Similar to the game Blood.

Thank you all!!!

I used to have a cd-rom with a bunch of arcade games on it. one of the games involved a big grid. there were a bunch of red fighter jets that would be bad guys and you would be a grey fighter jet. the red jets would try to trap you on the grid, i can't remember if they could shoot you or not but you could shoot them. does anybody know which game this is?

So this was a game from the early to mid 2000's and it was a top down shooter. You fought against aliens and its was decently bloody. You started outside, but you fought your way inside. I'm pretty sure the building was was a laboratory/office space. I remember the mood of the game being pretty spooky, but that may have been because I was younger. It has a high chance of being a Wildtangent game, so that might help. I've looked for a long time for it, but I can't seem to find it. If anyone has any info, I would appreciate it
not that anyone cares, but I found it.

Phantasmagoria is another game that starts out in a mansion type house but the husband is a photographer and that game is done by the king's quest people
