Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.

This topic is too restrictive. I have very precise memories of my childhood, and I do remember the name of the game that I am looking for. But since at the time I had barely learned to read and couldn't speak English, these memories have proven insufficient to find the editor of this game and where I could find it.
It was called Castle, and I played on an Amstrad computer in the early 90s (don't know the model of the computer though). It was a game whose graphics were only horizontal white lines, which represented each time one of the rectangle rooms of the eponymous castle as seen from above (as in legend of Zelda for instance). I'm sure there was a goal that was more that randomly exploring the castle avoiding the various monsters, but it wasn't obvious to meat the time. The main character was represented by a ♣. Strangely enough, one of the monster, a vampire, was represented with the same sprite, which made me wish I new the backstory of the game.

Please tell me if it rings a bell.

There's this game I played maybe 8/9 years ago on the playstation 1. I remember choosing from 4 characters (like warrior, archer, mage)and you travel to some places and beat enemies. Then in the end there's this huge dragon boss that I think adds 1 head for every level. Its also like a hack-and-slash game (probably like DW or something).
I've been searching for this game's name just after I've played DW6 (I like hack-and-slash games
) cause its the first I enjoyed so much.

Thanks, but no, from what I remember this was basically a Earthworm Jim clone. I can't even remember how I found it in the first place.
hy,i have to ask for one game on ps1,i cant remember a name of the game,but i can remember of some parts in game
I think they are 2 or more parts of game(Like nfs 1,nfs 2)
in one part,first mision begins with a terrorist attack ,camera shows a police cars exploded ,then,you must kill some enemies,and found a way to a train station(Metro) underground .in metro are 2-3 bombs you must demote,but when you demote 2,the third explodes and then,everything downstairs is in fire,trains are out of lines,and you need to found a way out,and you have a support,some girl talks to you all the time on radio conection,tells you a objectives and helps you .you can see your avatar,i think on r 1 is a manual sighting and on r2 is automatic

from what i remember, the cover of the game has a brunette female holding a gun with a chainsaw attached to it, wearing a cyber punk spiky metal armour kind of like the stuff you'd see in fallout 3 only more futuristic
its a 3rd person shooter and adventure game, you start off around some secluded training grounds where you talk to different people before moving off
its definitely a 90s game from what i remember
theres 1 specific cut scene that i recall where she's walking through a village or town saving people from demons attacking and theres a really horrifying mutulated demon that walks past and looks at her

Hi there new here and this place I think is my last hope because I aint found this game anywhere *sigh*
I remember a game where you start (well this is where my memory starts) on a ship and you go to your room and wake up to the ship under attack and you have a timer on the top of the screen and depending on how quick you get to the bridge and win the battle changes the story. There are moments like this throughout the game where doing battles in a certain time change the outcome of the story. If I remember correctly there is a dude that looks kind of like a tiger in it?
It's not breath of fire III cos the starting is way different and I remember that game (has tiger looking dude only reason I mention this)
And I am sure it isn't Alundra even though you start on a ship there as well. I would love it to be Alundra cos then my search would be over lol.

I remember playing this game on the pc probably around a decade ago. Game was a party style game, you had four characters that you trained and built up through the course of the game. It was all set inside a massive cave, and the world was pretty extensive. I believe (could be way off) that the cave was a prison of sorts. the map and playing area was laid out in a grid pattern, and so was the combat portion of it. It had a turn-based combat mechanic, and I thought it was a really good time, but I can't for the life of me remember the name of it. I have looked and looked, and any suggestions would be helpful.

reposting...I have specific request for a game. My friend told me that she was looking for game that she was playing in late 90's on a PC. But she told me that it was platformer with "old" graphic, so it could be anything made even in late 80's. As far she could remember, she told me that in that platformer you were a dino or dragon, and you were climbing up the tower or something, and at the end of the level you had to climb to ladder in a well to complete the level. or something like that, I know it is confusing, but any help will be apprecieated. looking for a ps1 game that was similar to games like resident evil but mostly like RE in the puzzle solving aspect of the game. i remember that you were a scientist solving some mystery and puzzles. one scene that i remember from the game involved you and a female character running from a subway car and diving out of the way behind a wall or something. the game would have been around 1995. sorry, i don't remember much else.
One game i have had stuck in my head for quite some time i cant remember is starting to bug me.. And the worst thing i only remember the trailer..
It starts out with an old woman talking about a island in the sky and then it cuts out to some people on that island and the one i remember the most is a guy that wears some kind of white clownmask and acting pretty feminimim and then he dies later in the trailer....
And its an RPG-game and the trailer is in a very good quality.

ok guys im new here..i joined for one reason...to find this dang game..
i played this on my PC as a kid and i want to say it was CD ROM from about 15 years ago...
dont remember much but here it goes
I remember you played a human that traveled to an alien planet to fight an alien race. you had on a special space suit. the aliens if i remember right almost looked like the alien bugs from starship troopers. the thing i remember most is toward the begining of the game perhaps the first or second chapter you had to navigate your space craft through the atmosphere of the planet. you had to keep the "cursor" that was your stabelizer in the middle of this box on the center of the screen through the turbulance of entry. if your cursor strayed to far from the center box for too long your space craft burned and crashed.
the story was broken into chapters that restarted if you died. I want to say that you shot the aliens but i dont know with what exactly and if you were caught and eaten by the aliens your screen would fade to black and your charater would make a horrific scream while being dragged away.
i know pretty vague but i can not find this game ANYWHERE on the nets

I dont know if anyone will be able to help with this because i only ever saw it once on tv when i was younger, it cold have been released anytime during the life of the ps2 and all i remember about it was that it seemed similar to worms but the teams where different species of animals or made up creatures and the map that you would play on was a 3d sphere that resembles a very small scale planet or world.
