Hii I'm looking for a game hat I can't remember - it was between the years 2003-2006 that I played it , it was a penguin which slid down black paths and collected hearts and there were arrows and each level for harder and you had to try not to fall off the edge. And after about 20 levels you had to buy the full package in order to play. Anyone remember the name please!!! Thank you

My turn to ask for a bit of help again.

I think this was an old Sierra game; I want to say it was a Laura Bow game but that doesn't seem right, as the only two Laura Bow games I can recall are Colonel's Bequest and Dagger of Amon-Ra - I'm sure the protagonist was in fact a woman, though. You were in a mansion, talking to people to get clues to solve a mystery, and it also had a bit of a horror aspect to it. There was a chandelier which would sometimes rattle when you walked by it, and whenever you'd walk under it, there was a chance it would fall on you and kill you. You could also check in closets for clues, but again there was a chance you'd die as something would pull you in. The only person I clearly remember talking to was the maid on the very top floor - attic bedroom, I think - and she was usually one of the very last people you would talk to.

I'm going to kick myself when I see the name, I'm sure of it.

(Edit: Ach. Apparently I was dead wrong and it WASN'T a standalone - my mum found it, it WAS The Colonel's Bequest. Here's the chandelier! http://www.mobygames.com/images/shots/l/2207-the-colonel-s-bequest-dos-screenshot-the-upstairs-hallway.gif )

Hello guys and girls,

I am looking for an old computer game (must have been one in the 90s). It was some sort of first person shooter, but had strategy elements in it. You had to establish a base and produce an income. You were able to hop from one vehicle to another and you had to establish a base and fight off aliens. I remember 1 type of vehicle being a yellow scavenger that you had to deploy onto a certain spot and it changed into some sort of yellow oil rig, sort of like 1 central drill supported by 4 'beams'. I think the aliens had blue and yellow vehicles. The vehicles themselves were more like hoovercrafts (or at least there were alien vehicles that were hoovercrafts). I think the game title had something with 'break' or 'zone' in it, or 'breakout zone' or something.

Thank you very much in advance! :)

Hi! I'm having trouble remembering a certain game title, if someone could actually remember that'd be great! Ok so this game I played on PS1 is side scroller 2D or 2.5D I think, where this guy wearing some armor and a helmet that you can throw to fight enemies if you got hit the hat will thrown away and can't use it unless you find it in some treasure box, the level design is pretty much like ghoul n' ghost. Everytime you beat the level you get a password because there's no save point in this game..... I kinda almost remember the name, it's like "something adventure" it's Adventure on the back of the title????

Hello all, new to this place, could not help but notice this thread. I have a game that has evaded me for years. Last I saw it was I believe around 1995-'98. The selling point of the game was that you operated a vehicle that could go on water, land or air. This game had basically a flight stick controller, and when you pulled down you went to car mode/boat mode and when you pulled up you were flying. It was a fast paced game sort of like hydro thunder, but you shot enemies. Trying to remember more details.

ok for YEARS I have needed help in remembering this game. the very 1st time I played it, I was 7 years old at round table pizza. it was on an arcade game. the intro had a little blonde girl that was hiding under a desk scared while a mob boss or something was on the phone. the game involved you (an a friend if they signed in) trying to fight people who randomly popped out of areas on the map. you would be in a room and suddenly abig fat guy came in, you kill him and he may drop a gun or the best weapon I ever got to pick up was a ginat square rocket launcher. anyways the intro also showed levels and one I remember showed where you and your partner are trying to climb up a constantly long straight ladder, most likely up the side of a building as items are being dropped down at you and you must move left or right. this is all I can remember other then some level also being in a clock tower I think? not to old of a game since they were not so pixel-ly lol. it was anarca de game at round table pizza, cost 50 cents to play had a joystickand and a few buttons.

please help me :(

Hello all, looking for some help with a certain game.

It was for the PC and it was in based in the human body. I think the main character is sick and you have to go to the lungs, mouth etc. destroying the viruses. Every time you complete a game this little creepy guy walks across the screen and snickers.

I know that the mini-game in the mouth was a point and click game where you had to eliminate the plaque germs as fast as possible (I think).

I think there was a heart mini game as well.

Thanks!

There was this old RPG I remember playing when I was younger. I only got around to play the beginning sadly. I think it started by making a character (it was fantasy D&D style) and you stared at a campfire in a forest in the middle of the night and you get attacked by bandits or undead soldiers I can't recall them perfectly and I think I remember some dogs or rats as well and I was exploring the forest and there were this walls of stone like in a fortress and that basically all I can remember. I can't quite remember if it was first person or 3rd person.
Sounds like Lands of Lore 3
No the game I played was more more dark , the forest in the intro was in the middle of the night , it was a bit more HD , the HUD was smaller also.

The first game I'm looking for is a turn based rpg for the either the game boy color or game boy advanced, you have about 4 or 5 characters at the beginning you could name (I think one of them was a girl). Their was also another character who would join you who already has his own name (I think it starts with an M) and he is significantly more powerful then the rest of the party (I'm presuming he's just a temporary party member but I didn't get to far into the game). Another thing I remember from this game was that monsters would sometimes drop monster meat. And if one of your characters eats the meat, he/she would turn into the monster that it dropped from, i honestly dont remember what effect that had on gameplay but another thing I remember is that the presumably temporary party member can't eat the monster meat, or simply
refuses to.

Another game I want to ask about was an adventure game I played about 10 years ago at a store as a demo on what I presume was the PlayStation 1. You played as two girls who had different abilities, one of them I think was blonde, had a blue dress and used magic rings as weapons and likely had abilities (I don't remember much about her because I mostly played as the other character). The other girl had red dress, I think a staff, and had the ability to transform into any of the monsters in the current level (excluding bosses). One of the monsters she could change into was a puma like creature, another was a small pterodactyl like monster, another was a plant that was stationary and shot a limited number of seeds at enemies, and also I don't know if I am remembering this right or not but I think if you die in one of the monster forms you can no longer use it. The first boss is a minotaur that you fight in front of a stone building.

If you can remember the name of either of these games I would be grateful.

That's an easy one, for a change.
Final Fantasy Legend II. Could possibly be I or III, but you're probably thinking of this guest character: http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Mr._S

May someone help me with this?

So, I don't recall which game console was it, probably PlayStation 1.
It was set in Japan. You're playing as a peddler, pushing your wooden food truck and selling mainly noodle.
You can use different ingredients to make the noodle to the customer, and also there's a bell or something to attract people to come.

That's all I remember...
Much obliged!

hello,

I want some help XD

there is a game that I used to play in the 90s, a 2D shooter game

some of the enemies were red devils and when they moved they were in fire
one of the bosses was a big frog
when you got killed, your bones fell down, not your body

I remember that the main character was a man like 30s or 40s with:

curly long black hair
i think with a green t shirt
he threw grenades that had the ability to move like the devil (covered with fire)

it is very similar to Metal Slug and Contra, same game play

Do you mean Charumera? Wasn't released outside of Japan, as far as I know.

Hello folks,
There was an old "Planet exploring" game I'm trying to find C:.
You are an astronnaut, you are in a planet, full of alien enemies, you could build a small fighting vessel, or a robot, and you control these. You can build these through a factory you find in the map. You could customize the ship's/Robot's weapons, chasis, etc.
The game was old, probably the same graphics as CS 1.6, or older...Anyways :D I appreciate your help! ^-^ Psst, I used to play it on pc :).
Have you already had a look at the "Battlezone" series?

You're welcome. And if it's just similar but not exactly a match

"Uprising: Join or Die" (1997) was a FPS/RTS-Hybrid as well.

https://www.gog.com/game/uprising_join_or_die

It also had a console based offspring and a proper sequel "Uprising 2: Lead and Destroy" (1998) on PC.

But actually it doesn't matter which game you play, they're all good. :-D
