It's a PC game from the mid to late nineties. You're flying some kind of aircraft, looks like something futuristic and I seem to recall the ability to fire lasers. You were able to fly around a fairly large world with a textured landscape - lots of grey skies and green hills. Two things stand out - one, is that (early on at least) there appeared to be zero enemies. In fact, I don't recall fighting anything. All I seemed to be able to do was land within a rather large mothership, which also flew around; but that also seemed a pointless exercise. The second thing is that it had a pretty good EDM soundtrack.

Hi everyone! I came across this thread while I was DESPERATELY searching for the name of a game from what I think is the late 1990s or early 2000s. It's driving me insane.. I can't remember too much detail, so bear with me. It was an online game that I think was on Shockwave. It's an Indiana Jones-type style and I believe it was in third person. I remember being on an island/jungle and you would have to fight off scorpions (or some insect), I think? I believe there were coins or something you needed to collect and at one point you are swimming under a ship and then you're in the ship. You could climb up vines and trees and I don't remember a weapon, if there was one.

Something reminded me of it earlier and it's so frustrating! I played it all the time! It's not Pitfall, but looks a little similar!

Game from back in 90's, early 2000's
Similar to journey into center of the earth but with more of a sci Fi feel.
Remember cows falling as I'm headed to some elevator shaft to go down into the earth.

I can't remember the name of the game for the life of me.

Anybody help me with this one? I believe this one was a ps1 game, players (or player and ai) were placed in an arena, camera was slightly angled overhead(not really overhead but camera was up in the air, they would fight with different characters. There was a robot that shot rockets, one that looked like a rhinoserous that could charge at enemies, one that I think could shoot lasers that looked like a devil vampire of some sort, one that flied and shot lasers that looked infantry ish, one female i think made out of what looked like crystals, bunch of characters. There was a mode where the game would be played as a strategy game where one would buy characters (robot and rhinoserous were pretty expensive, for example, others were cheaper but weaker) to put them in the field and move them across the area they could cover (some had larger areas than others) in order to either go into the others player' character to fight him in a match, or capture his base. Overall it was an arena pvp were characters had some sort of stamina to use attacks. Vaguely remember it.
I think i have found it. "The Unholy War", released in 1998 for ps1.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Unholy_War

Features 2 modes of gameplay, just like you said.

Omg dude, you have no idea how long I looked for this, thanks! Couldn't be any more grateful.

Hi! everybody, I'm new here and I'm looking for an old PC WAR game (90s/2000s) for my kids.

Thus I'm looking for an OLD PC war GAME in which the gamer can only see the machine-gun and his roadblock. He shoots on flying Helicopters and tanks coming from behind the front mountains. Militaries jump out the tanks and fire or throw grenades.

Please, If somebody know the name of that game I'm here

Another one.Its an old arcade probably from late 80's early 90's

It was a fighting game with an action pulp theme. If I remember correctly the first stage was set on the wings of a biplane.

The game abused on a fake 3d?s with a fixed first plane and a mobile background, the effect was similar to the Snes mode 7

The game was a bit chaotic and you could be doing jumps and acrobatics all the time just pushing one button

I have been looking for this game for hours now and can't find it.

Im looking for a top down strategy game where you try to paint the map with your colour or paint the enemies crystal to win. It came on a disk of arcade games such as Total Carnage and SMASH TV.

More Info:
Top Down, Paint the map to win, instantly place down "units" such as balloons to carry paint across the map which allows you to place more units on that paint.

Probably too old (and not on the PS1), but still... from your description, I'd guess Streets of Rage [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMsBkXGDix4]?

Okay there was this game for DOS that I played.

It was a driving game. The first level was a really dark, rainy roadside. In this game the main car you drove was a Corvette. The weapons I remember were a pipe, a bat and some other things. Other vehicles were motorcycles. It was a road rash style game. I cant remember the name to save my life. it wasnt road rash 3D i dont think.

Do you remember if it had 2D sprites or 3D models?

This may be a bit tricky but I remember playing a PC game at a friend's house in the early to mid 90s. It was a pretty generic overhead space shooter. The basic background was grey. You shot at incoming enemies. At the end of the stage you fought a boss. Now, here's the weird bit. On the bottom of the screen was a sub screen. In it appeared a guys face. I remember it sort of looking like Billy Joel with Sunglasses on. The camera zooms in on the image of the face and he kisses the screen, at least that's what I remember, cause it was really strange. Any ideas?

Hey guys, so I'm going back many a year...Back in elementary school I remember playing this music game where a guy in a mask had captured a princess in her own castle. To help the princess you had to find all of the scrolls that the guy had hidden. You also had to solve musical puzzles. I've tried looking everywhere for it but the second "scrolls" is added to anything it takes you directly to Skyrim.
