So I recently remembered of two fun games that were both really similar to each other but I cannot remember the name of either one's

In the end they were games that were extremely similar to don't starve with the top down isometric like view. They were usually set in an island and had something to do with making homes and managing a village of people who set sail for new land. Sometimes in the ocean crates would pop up with weird stuff like petrifying one of your villagers and causing them to age or have their hair turn grey. There were items which helped you build something faster that were moon and sun objects. The object of the game was usually to build a giant ark and then set sail o yet another island. That is the first game im describing the second game is similar to that one but was like a sequel or something or the sort. If you don't know the second game that's alright I only need to figure out the first one!. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys!
So I've been trying to find this game for AGES, and I fear that if I don't find it here, I might as well give up. If I remember correctly, the main player is this girl who lives in a village. Her village has feasts and things that you can make her attend. However, near some caves (I think they made you go there), she gets kidnapped and taken far away from her home. The objective was something like reading maps and meeting people that could get her back home to find the men that had kidnapped her. Thanks in advance!
Anyone?

Okay, I really need help finding this game, not sure if anyone knows or even reads this thread anymore, and this is about to be the most vague description of all time. All I remember is it's a fighting style game, similar to mortal kombat, except the city level (the one i remember) is an entire city, not just a platform, and there is one character (the only one I remember) is like a baby doll or something, and when you jump you have a little propeller come out of your head so you can fly or something. I feel like it was Japanese or something and i'm almost positive it was on a PS1 demo disc.

Hello, guys! Registered just to ask about the game that troubled me for about 9 years.
Well, let's go!
It was a PC game, or at least I played it on PC.
There was campaign if I'm not mistaken.
It was an Action game.
But the most important fact was that you could choose from 3 or 4 different kinds of races to play.
There was something like a Red(Demons), White/Blue(Angels) and Green(don't remember specifically) race.
I remember that you could also evolve your characters (whichever you chose).
Angels had a sword, Demons something like a trident? There were also some magical skills...
Anyway, that's all I can remember about the game I would love to re-play.
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!!

Hi, I only can remember this, it was a PSX game. A combat game, like KoF, with a character that was an eagle (or a human with an eagle, but I only remember the eagle) with ice powers (the powers were used by pressing L1, 2 or R1, 2). The art style was like KoF or street fighters (I played this when I was 6 or 7. I can't even remember if the game was in spanish, english or japanese (not a rare thing the japanese on psx games for me))
Found this while looking for something else entirely:
Garou: Mark of the Wolves [https://youtu.be/151DeY4OvRY?t=110]

According to Wikipedia, the game was PS2 rather than PSX game. So not sure it's the one you're looking for.

Okay so this is a game I played almost every day in the early 2000's on an old school computer.
It was a dungeon maze type game, 8-bit. There was only one character and he was a dude with a big circular head. You advanced levels by making it through the maze unharmed. Each level up became more complicated. There was even the option to create your own levels/mazes.

It started with the letter O, Something like OHM or Oin or Oi Or OG or onion.

It was a very simple game, but I can't for the life of me remember the name.

There are 2 games I'm trying to remember
the first game I played when I was little, I never got very far cause my brother got mad at me and snapped it in half. It was for the ps1. You started off as a woman, you wake up in a tank of sorts, escape, and I believe you start off in a graveyard still being attacked by the guys from the lab you started in.

The second I remember playing briefly, I never owned it. It was a puzzle style game for the ps2 I think, where you were trying to help this poor little girl. You actually had to grab her hand and drag her through the puzzles to get her out of the building you start in.

Second one is probably ICO [https://youtu.be/7W8YrWJ5vAA?t=1314].
No idea about the first one, unfortunately.

Hi, i'm looking for this game:

Platform: PC

Age: late 90s / early 00s

Type: 2D Real Time Strategy, where you collect resources, build structures, train army etc.

Interesting notes:
- Game happens INSIDE BODY (human, i think).
- Your main resource was proteins.
- Each map was other part of body.
- There was a demo consisting of - i think - 2 maps.
- I guess it was similar to Command and Conquer, with 1 main resource and 1 secondary and with two panels aside, but i'm not sure.

Thanks.

1 game. PS2
I swear I remember finding this game on a CD intended to be for viewtiful Joe. I looked EVERYWHERE for info on what the game's name was. It goes like this. It is a single/multiplayer game where you are an alien in a japanese city but all the citizens want to kill you. You shape shift into many things (I don't recall what exactly) to try to escape them but the shape shifting is time limited. The graphics are cartoony and it's a wacky game so any gory or realistic looking alien games are not correct. I recall there being spikes and cars that run you over and all these obstacles hurt you transformation time. It's in a japanese city. I remember there being a viewtiful joe teaser ad inside the cd if that makes any sense. Pls help me find this game.

ive been trying to remember this game for years but have not been able to i have scoured google with loads of obscure search terms everytime i think to search for it, i wont bore you with the details :p

i cant remember a lot of this game, but what i do remember is

it came in a big black paper box with red writing or maybe the logo and i believe had a bunch of red floppy disks/ or the label was a dark red i cant remember exactly (i may be wrong entirely)

it was a first person point and click game with a dark grandiose gothic look to the setup of the interaction buttons.

i think you began in a dungeon which was a murky black blue colour with a grate and an exit

there was a scene with a river of blood and to traverse it you had to move back and forward in a specific order to leave it. the reeds i think were more of a bluish colour than what i would have expected, that stands out in my memory i know that :p

in the river somewhere was a small boy that had drowned and was a ghost or was just drowning (again memory is pretty hazey)

there was an old army jeep somewhere along the way with i believe a shovel in it that you had to use somewhere to do something else

if anyone has any help, it would be much appreciated, this has been niggling me for years! do these random statements jog anyone's memories? any replies appreciated, i thought it could have been phantasmagoria but as i played through it it didnt remind me of the game im remembering if that makes sense. thanks in advance guys :)

Hey Guys!
There are Two games I remember playing when I was little, on PC:

1. Was a Monster Truck game, where you could go out of the road, and over mountains, etc. and if you went too far away, a pterodactyle would take you back to the road.
2. The other one was sort of a First person shooter, In a "battlefield" filled with tunnels and this kinds of passages. I remember you had a weapon that shot a kind of disc at the other team, and you had to find sort of big Billiard balls to win.
Hope someone else remembers this!
Thanks!

Hmmm.... that should be Under the Skin (aka Panic Maker):

<youtube=P8FMpf2FIs0>

Synopsis:
In Under The Skin, known as Panic Maker in Japan, you play as an alien called Cosmi. Cosmi is from the Meiwaku star system (meiwaku is Japanese for troublesome). Residents of this star system must, when they turn three, head to a different star system to cause mischief. They aren't allowed to return home until they've reached maturity. Cosmi chooses Earth as his target and starts wrecking havoc. As Cosmi, you move around the 3D cel-shaded Coco Town, scanning people and taking on their form -- complete with their abilities. Gain a microphone, for instance, and you can start singing in a horrible voice. Gain a snowball and you can make people slip on the road. You can also perform mischief without items -- simply hitting people is one example. The game was developed at Capcom's Production Studio 4 and produced by Hiroyuki Kobayashi.

Hello guys, I would really be happy if anyone could help me with name of the game I really doesn remember, I do not even remember mutch from the game but here you go:

It is 2d game from above like old gta, you are some gun man and you have to shoot everyone in room and get out, the are just about 3/4 levels. One level is in some kind of nuclear room, and the switch have been turned on and nuclear waste is killing you so you need to get out before time runs out. And then there is final boss. At the end of the game you get like about 3 cheat codes you can activate and play that game again... I hope that you recognise the game...

An almost 700 thread to get good old memories back! :D

I've got one:
Around 1990, windows 3.1 or something down that line.
Space setting. You choose 1 out of x ships, with different skins.
Then you all (AI 1-4? enemies) start in a small galaxy with planets.

You can mine, colonize or invest in planets (very basic).
You can improve your ship in terms of power, shields, storage and weapons.
Some planets are inhabited and you can invest in them to turn to your side.
You can use bio weapons on planets to kill pop.

It's all very simple, with little in the form of menu's nor options or choices.
Anyone got an idea? Much appreciated trip down memorylane :)
Hard to guess... look up "Space Bucks" or "Space Federation" a.k.a "Star Reach".
Probably neither of the two is the one you're looking for, but perhaps it triggers some further memories.
Space bucks visually has a good deal of similarities, searching for similar games yielded starflight as similar a game to what I mean.

To use these images for a further search: This image was in a similar screen at start, "pick your ship" [http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/gratuitousspacebattles/images/6/6f/Wallpaper_Federation.jpg/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/360?cb=20110705214208].

And this one: [http://www.mobygames.com/images/shots/l/72937-space-bucks-windows-3-x-screenshot-mid-zoom-planetary-view.png] At the bottom you had 3 circles, with blue, red and yellow (I think). Showing how much speedpower, weapon damage and cargo hold you had. When you were close to an uninhabited planet you could colonize or plunder the natural resources to sell them somewhere inhabited.

Map is similar and below "galactic express", see picture, was info about the planet (if close) or your ship/weapons (if not close to a planet).

AND Thanks so far :D
