Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.

Hi everyone,

I cannot find the name of a game I've played while ago.It's a strategic game in which you can control, in different campaign, either the aliens or humans.The game is set in England which is divided in regions.In the regions you own you can build stuff to develop and research but also defence against possbile invasion.I've played this on windows xp somewhere in 2000-2002.

I remember a game that I played a long time ago on PC, probably very early 2000s. It was basically a Dig Dug ripoff, but it had better graphics, bigger levels, more types of enemies, that sort of thing. The music for the main menu was purposefully creepy and ominous, and the game was overall a lot less cheery than Dig Dug. I can't remember the title, but I think 'Nightmare' was somewhere in there, and I think it may have been a WildTangent game. Any help?

Hey! I'm trying to find a fighting game (it had bosses and a storyline too) that I believe is for the Playstation 2?
I remember you played as a male protag that was supposed to be kind of a jerk (think Johnny Bravo), with dark hair and sunglasses... At the beginning I think he has a shirt on with girls from some anime in it. In one cutscene there's a blonde-haired woman on those vibrating belt machines that goes around your hips that used to be an exercise fad. I think there's one boss that you fight that's on a jetpack or something with weird tentacles on it. There's also a scene where a friend dies, I think, because I remember at one cutscene you're in a graveyard.

It's third person pov, or at the very least you can alter the pov so it's not limited to first-person.

I've been looking for the name of this forever with no luck, so I hope someone remembers it!

I just remembered another part - I'm pretty sure the final fight is with an older dude with white hair in an abandoned factory or something filled with a ton of boxes. I hope this isn't just part of another game that I'm confusing for this one

I am trying to find an 8 bit style RPG game. the opening screen shows the main character a prince being chased then killing after a few moments a mage comes up and brings him back to life as a ghost/spirit and he has the ability to possess other people. The first body he possesses is in a coma. Not sure as to how old the game is I thought it was a gameboy game, but I could be wrong. Last played it on an emulator on my PC. I can't remember anything else about the game.

Hi, can you help me, please? It's driving me crazy. Around 1990 I played a PC game. It had an intro with quite a nice graphics (the game itself was much simpler). A daughter of a president (or a minister) was kidnapped and I had to search for her. There was also a very nice picture of a helicopter. The game itself was mostly to just go and shoot with huge amount of weapons. Sometimes there was a hidden level just to collect more weaponry. Does it ring a bell to anyone?

So im 23 and i used to play a game on my families computer, as far as i remember it was on a big floppy disk. It was a side scroller and the main character was in skimpy loin cloth style clothes, collected apples (some or all had bites taken out) i specificly remember the first levels were set in a volcanic type area.

Probably one of the Jill of the Jungle trilogy. Epic MegaGames, pretty much everyone who had a PC back then played those.

Hi, I am looking for a PS1 game which is a third person shooting game where you fight against aliens... I can only remember at the second or third stage there is a wave of fire chasing you and you need to keep running forward while killing the enemies before the wave of fire kills you
There is also a stage where there is alot of eggs inside the spaceship
The first stage is you fighting in a spaceship.

It has different guns that are interchangable. 2 people can play it
you can grab onto a rod to move across the hole in the ground
It looks 3D but you only can run left, right, up and down.

I'm looking for an pretty old computer game I used to play with a friend. it was a 2d, sideview game, you could play co-op and you played as wizards(one blue and the other player red I think). You had to cooperate to finish the maps, like one player standing on a button so that a door opened for the other player, sometimes it was very hard to advance and you had to think alot to be able to clear some maps. If I remember correctly you had to find keys which opens cells to save the prisoners. I think that there were also NPC's walking sideways that would kill you but i'm not entirely sure, I am sure though that other things could kill you, like falling of edges, walking on traps, getting crushed by gates closing etc. There was blood and gore when you died if I remember correctly, like if you fell down an edge your wizard make a weird sound while falling (Like "Looooooooooh") and then be smashed (blood) when he hit the ground. And as I wrote the game was in 2D and you watched the maps from the side, like the early Donkey kong vs Mario game where DK throws barrels. You could climb ladders like in that game, I think it also had elevators.

So in short: 2D, adventure, puzzle solving, wizards,co-op, blood, keys, doors that you open with the keys.

I allways thought the game was called Wizards, Merlins or something like that but I have not been able to find it after searching.

Newbie here needing help...

I remember playing a ps1 or ps2 game.. it was originally released on those old magazine demo cd's then turned into a full game.

Here are some details of the game..and im sorry there is not much..

1) Played about 10-15 years ago..
2) You could use tanks and I remember helicopters
3) It was split screen multiplayer versus, which is what I remember playing with my younger brother.
4) It was almost like a strategy game, you could have tanks and the helicopters could pick up units and drop them off places on the map.
5) There is one tank that could go invisible and you could sneak up on your opponent.

All i remember is some kind of green creatures with just a few hair on the top of their heads (kinda like Peanut ) and i think they worked in some kind of mine or sth. When you didnt make any move they looked at you saying "work work". I had just a demo version and unfortunately I dont remember anything else.

Hello. So, i was playing this game like 10 years ago. It was something about a water drop, the main character. That had 3 classes. First was the normal. Second was cactus, which regenerate your life. The other one was ninja, which allow you to doublejump. You had like 3 easter eggs which you had to collect them through levels.You can throw them and return like boomerang. Like in super mario, the fireball. In the beggining, i remeber you land on earth i think from a space capsule or something. And you had alot of levels. I remember there was a boss battle in a laborator. You fight a man in a giant robot or space ship. There was some jungle levels where the enemies was some tiki thing. I hope someone has played this game and can give me the name. Thanks

I can't remember the old game, its low spec PC game (3D)
-camera from above, we can zoom a litle bit
-location in island, we must defend our base in cave
-we build room in the base connecting by door to door, room to room
-we use strategy to make enemy slowly, when he can through our base(we make door, security camera, server to build power, etc)
-the base contain camera to detect enemy when he can through our 1st security,
-we must precise when put the camera(cause the camera had a blind spot)
- some people and enemy walk around the island,
- we also had a side mission, like mafia/gangster mission
- we can order our person to go outside base, to take some items from helicopter
that's all i know

Like when you start the game you jump of of an aircraft and land with a parachute down to 2-3 friends who are sitting near a campfire and 1 of these killed the other one I guess. And then you simply had to kill terrorist. You had like alot of scenes

Like scene 1 figting in mountain
scene 2 : a girl in hospital trying to escape where she is surrounded with soldiers
scene 3 : you help a friend and you had to go trhough a tunnel full terrorists

If someone know this game plsssssss help me , The language of this game was German

Hey folks! I'm not usually one to be kicked by nostalgia, but over the past day or so I've been trying to remember the name of a computer game I played in my childhood (so early 2000s), and it's been driving me mad. Really enjoyed it, but I can recall getting stuck on the same bit every time, thus restarting from the beginning... Only to get stuck again. From what I can remember of it, it's a point-and-click affair which has you going around solving problems and completing quests for people to collect several coloured rungs of a ladder leading up to...a treehouse, I guess it was? A screen I can most vividly remember is a pitbull-type dog barking threateningly and thus blocking a path, but I've also just remembered an area with a broken statue you had to fix. Something like that.

Any help would be great!!

Hello, everyone I am looking for and old Pc game around the 90's.It is a game where you control a spaceship and it is playable in co-op.In co-op the ships were blue and red color.The screen would move like in Super Mario (from left to right) while you had to destroy towers and fight other spaceship(not certain for this spaceship part).The floor was red/orange color as if it was lava.You could collect different powerups and that is about it I remember about this game.

Trying to find this one for my daughter. About ten years ago on a free game site like yahoo games, etc. It was a very addictive game. You played as a ball attached to a rubber band, or cord, and had to swing it around knocking other balls ot of the feild of view, scoring points for how hard and fast they flew out. Then every so often you would fight a "boss" a larger ball with a protective shell. If you beat the boss, you could upgrade your ball and cord. I have searched online and cannot find it! Please help.

Hello! There's one game that stuck in my mind. I played this game at period... it was maybe 2004, or 2005. I remeber beginning of game,game is first person, i was a soldier, in helicopter, there is more soldiers around me, they have name,surname marks when i point gun on them, like in Call Of Duty. We landed on ground,or somebody shoot rocket and heli crashed down? I don't remember. It was little old town, desert around, shooting all around, really mess. (It's not Delta Force), i remember the scene in jungle, it was only me and one more soldier named Dominguez. I remember last mission, i was on train, and put explosives, and in the end one big tower explodes.. Thanks..

Guys, i really need your help. There was an RTS in 90s on PC, that i used to play as a kid. Only i can remember that there was a bunch of races - demons, humans etc. You can build walls in this game, but only your 'King' could build gates for this walls. Im searching for this game for about an year, i will be much gratefull if you help me to find it!
