Okay so I created an account solely for posting in this thread to figure this out. I remember a long time ago, probably early 2000's, I played this arcade game at a laser-tag place in my old neighborhood. I am probably about to give the worst description of a game you've ever read so please bare with me. All I can remember was it was a 3-d esque battle arena game where up to 4 players could play at once. I remember you could pick a few different characters and it was a relatively circular arena with walls and obstacles and you had to fight each other. It had weapons like rocket launchers and guns, but I don't remember there being any cars involved. For years I've been trying to remember even some more details about it to find a name and I just can't...I've tried googling and I can never find anything similar. Anyone think they can help me?

Made an account just for this thread, amazing thread.

I'm looking for an old space shooter, I played it around 2008 on windows XP, so it has to be pretty old. It was a top down shooter/bullet hell like game, where you would try and kill monsters on the screen before moving on to the next level. I remember there were many different levels, one level was jellyfish level, one was a giant worm. There were different ships that could be unlocked, if I remember right one was a junkyard ship. There was also an endless arcade mode as well as the story mode. It was 1 player offline as far as I knew.

Thanks! :)

Im trying to remember the name of an old pc game that I cant remember the name of. It took place in an old house that you inherited from a family member and the art inside came alive. You would go around and click on each painting and have to shoot stuff in it, like andy warhol's Campbells soup cans that were rusted, chairs floating in a van gogh painting, bugs and bees in another van gogh painting, monkeys in a jungle painting, etc. There was one with aliens that you had to shoot and there was also a skeet shooting one. Hope this is enough information.

Hi all
I'm looking for an old arcade platformer that I remember playing around 1985 or 1990
It was in Japanese or similar language (Korean, Chinese, I do not remember the symbols).

it featured a wizard who had to travel along the platforms and could use different types of magic beams, such as a twirling circle or straight beams.
You collected orbs with a star in them to power up your magic and if you got enough it went to the next power level.
This also had a large orb that increased the level by 1 immediately.
other things I remember was occasionally being able to take a better route by hanging on a large flying bird or buying shoes that allowed you to jump very high once.

I remember playing this arcade game only about 3 or 4 times in the early 90's...it was loads of fun and as such it stuck with me since.

From what I can remember it (1) was 2 (maybe 4) player, coin operated arcade game, (2) involved running around a muddy/cactus course seen from an angled far away 3rd person view, (3) you could eat food that made you fart and either run faster or surprise attack your opponent and after getting farted on (or bombed with TNT?) the character would stand there covered in ash/soot blinking at the screen) (4) I think fire would come out their bums if they ate chili peppers and they would run super fast around the course for a few seconds and lastly (5) I believe the graphic style was similar to sunset riders.

That's about it. Thanks for reading and hoping someone out there helps me remember this obscure but seriously loved arcade game.

so, I remember going to my older brothers house and playing this amazing RTS game with a top down view where you would unlock these cards and all, you had a hand like you would in any other card game but in this one you dropped the card on the battlefield, it would show for a second, then fade away and the unit, structure, or power you made would be created, there was a campaign, elements (earth, water, and fire I think), fountains that regenerated your elemental based resources, dragons, elves, and a lot more, I loved this game so much and I would LOVE to know what the game is!

Well, I hope it wasn't BattleForge, last I heard EA pulled the plug on it, rendering it unplayable...

Hi all!

From time to time I make an attempt at finding an old game that I used to play back around the end of the 90s...hope somebody can help!

* Background: the gameplay was quite similar to Chip's challenge. You played a white square-like character who could shoot square-like enemies and had to find colour-coded keys in order to complete levels. I distinctly remember some of the enemies being ninjas, then you had the blood worm (or lava worm or magma worm?) - which was a fast running worm composed of 4-5 red circles - and you could use dynamite as a weapon.
* System: Dos / Windows 95?
* Year: mid / late 90s
* Perspective: 2D
* Environment: again, similar to Chip's challenge but with dark coloured maze-like levels; some level with lava pools maybe?
* Genre: I'd say adventure/puzzle
* Gameplay: arrow keys; space bar?

Thanks!
Nobody? :(

There was this html game I used to play when I was younger and it was like, first you open it up and you make a new game and then you have to customise (basically just choosing colors) of a cute fox, fennec fox or some fox like creature (it was a cartoony game). Then you are greeted with the fox being in a garden with a heart statue in the middle that as you gain the fox' love, it starts to get built. Then you get a lil tutorial and you get a map, which shows you the whole world, then you click the very first level(s) which take place in a forest, so you basically guide your fox with pointing your mouse right or left, left click to interact with an object and when you see a monster you have to left click it to start attacking it which basically gives you options to attack it. I remember being levels such as a snowy area, a desert, i think a beach, and forest, maybe more but that's what I reached when I was little.
I loved it. I remember playing it and I just HAVE to play it again. Thanks in regards if you remember the name.

Hello,

Looking for an old space/sci-fi/futuristic PC (win xp) racing game (1999-2004?ish).

From my memory it looks very very similar to this one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8FVL46rZm0

- The first map was a desert one
- Cars were flying like on star wars game with lightning sparks
- You could buy new cars (and maybe upgrade them as well)
- You would earn cash (i think) for wins, I remember grinding easier maps to buy good cars

Hello!
I am looking for a PC game I played in around year 2000~
It was a 2D game, some kind of platformer. There was a vampire who roamed in the village at night knocking on the door to lure the victim out and then bite it while nobody sees. I remember if he was spotted, villagers started to throw torches at him. I think it could also turn into bat and jump on the roofs to hide. There also were traps with aspen stakes in them and a golden/yellow dog who could damage the vamp.

Could it have been Tibor: Tale of a Kind Vampire?

Im searching for an old platformer game which I probably played on Windows 95 or 98. I vaguely remember a knight-like character which could jump up and down platforms and attacked monsters coming from left and right. In the boss fight the boss would explode into gold coins and treasure. Any help would be greatly appreciated, been trying to find this one for a long time.

Hello everyone,

I'm searching for an old Diablo clone - I remember playing it around 1998 (I think).

I can't remember much from the game other than these things:

1. PC game, Hack n Slash with MP support - like Diablo.
2. When you had to level up your skills, you had to wait xx secs. The higher the skill, the longer you had to wait.
3. Map layout like Bauldurs Gate, where you could visit each location.
4. The final quest before you were sent to the next world(some kind of underworld) was a castle of some sorts.

I know the above information isnt much, but I cant get the game out of my head - can anyone help?

Thanks,

I've got a hard one, the name of this game has been bugging me for years, and everyone i know that has played it can't remember the game at all.

It was a demo for a shooting game with 3D anthropomorphic animal models, can't remember if it was a pc or consol game, where you play as a Gorilla detective and a cat or lynx street thug. I also can't remember the story, but i believe you have to take down some gang.

It's a two player game that splits up into three different sections for some reason.
The first one is a 2D shooter section, where you have to get from point A to point B while taking down enemies and staying alive. This section played just fine, almost like any kind of 2D shooter.
The second one is a top view shooter section, where i believe you have to either stay alive for an specific amount of time, or kill everyone in the room. I remember this being a bit harder, since the enemy comes at you from all angles with guns.
The third one was a first person shooter section, it begins when you get on an underground train to get to a different location, and it does every time you get on. I think you have to stay alive untill you get to the next location. This section was impossible for me, and i can't confirm if it happens in corridors too.
The game also has a three continues rule, and when you run out of lives, you get a cutscene where you see the gorilla and cat ascend to heaven. They have the dress, harp and everything. There is also a cutscene that plays if you lose a life on the train, they throw both of them off.
I don't wanna know the name because i want to play the game again, i just want to make sure that the game really exists. But if it was just a demo that never got a real game, then that's fine too.

I need help

I remember playing an old nintendo game where your main goal was to go to your "girlfriend's" house but there was this other guy chasing you and you could also collect fruits as you try to go to the top. The characters weren't people from what I remember it kinda looked like the ghosts from pac man (I'm not sure). There was this other version that you were mario and luigi was the one chasing you. Please help me find the game I have been going through different lists of Gameboy and NES games but i cant find it.
