I played a game about 10 years ago on XP. Top down, simple graphics, spaceship shooter. You had limited movement, and after you destroyed each enemy, the next would adapt to your play style. For instance, if you show the wings off of the enemy spacecraft in the previous level, the new craft would have more armor on the wings. I think all the enemy ships were named Spider or something like that.

1st game is not that old rpg (graphics around 2006) with 3 main protagonists(warrior(male), rogue(woman) and mage(male))
- rogue could do a stealth takedown in some moments
- some of memorable levels are:

- Defending the fortress against ice trolls or something like that, you had to put your sword into fireplaces around the fortress to heat it so trolls wouldn't respawn. Also warrior guy didn't like those trolls much at all(backstory).
- temple with snake people(snake body but behave like humans) with lots of bridges
- jungle with nasty spiders, cutscene at the beginning showed two heroes captured in the web and you had to free them

2nd game is an older rpg with 2 genres: puzzle solving and turn-based combat. Setting is space ship inhabited by sentient AI's. In puzzle sections you had to solve simple isometric puzzles and turn-based sections you had to go through in virtual space.

That's Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwKusTiF2Zs&list=PLLeED-8PT-cElzDnm98NDsgNQXTaIh_kU]. Lots of people have been asking about that lately... >.>

Hello, I'm looking for a game I used to play as a child, it was a game on the PC, windows XP and I'm guessing I played it about 15 years ago.
I can't remember much about it, but I do remember the game's icon was a yellow X surrounded by a blue circle, like the old DirectX icon. It was a platformer like game. I think the objective was to find a way to the next level by freeing up the path which was blocked by balls and other objects.
I know it's not much to go on, but I would appreciate if anyone knows which game I'm talking about.
I am shooting in the dark here but I'm guessing it might have been something called Rox by Safrosoft.

There's an Xbox game on the brain: it was this third-person shooter with a couple of burly protagonists in sci-fi suits (?), and I believe it started with a shooting in a mall. I remember that one of the weapons was an electrical grenade. Also, there was a cutscene full of explosions where they're screaming "Oh shiiii~iiit!" or something of the sort. The ending had a "where are they now?" montage.
That just might be Bulletstorm. I might be wrong though.

Okay guys, new here as I assume a lot are. I'm so thankful a thread like this exists. I've been going slightly mad trying to remember the name of a game I used to play when I was a kid in the early 2000's. Maybe around 01-03. The game constantly comes to mind when I remember my youth because I can remember having so much fun playing the game but I'm going crazy because I only vaguely remember the game itself. Okay so it was on PC, protagonist (or antagonist, however you'd view it) was a mage or something, African-American possibly with blondish hair, his aesthetic was very matrix/Blade kinda. Goal was to eliminate threats while learning new abilities that we based in alchemy so earth, fire, water, etc. But also telekinetic and psychic based abilities as well. I could be so off base here but that's the best I can remember.
I'm sure that's not it but it sounds like a game called Infernal.
There's also another game kinda fitting that description. The name is PSI-OPS: THE MINDGATE CONSPIRACY

There's a game I remember from around 10 years ago with supposedly microscopic creatures that you could battle with and evolve through gaining certain parts, mostly through paying, but still a really fun game as a kid. This was all online on a computer. I can't remember if you could download the game and install it or not but I'm pretty sure you could. I know the name has something to do with really small units of measurement such as micro or nano but I can't put my finger on the whole name no matter how hard I try. Any help my dudes? I would greatly appreciate it :D
This sounds like Spore but it was not an online game. At first you are a simple bacteria-like creature and eventually evolve into something more complex and by the endgame you conquer galaxies.

Not either of the two. I remember Psi-Ops, the game I'm referring to was more akin to RTS than an actual shooter, though the game did have some shooter elements. And the setting was much more sci-fi/fantasy even steampunk-ish on certain levels.

First post: I got a demo (Had several programs on it) CD from Boot or PC Gamer in the mid 1990's?? It had a DOS/PC space shooter demo game that had a cool eerie soundtrack...something like Epic (1992) or Descent. The game started the player on a planet in a armored vehicle. As far as I remember the title was one word...like Unreal, Elite , Silpheed, Ultima.

The music was like an organ, accordion?? or more computer generated sound like.

Any matches?

Desperate to find a game i used to play years ago on the Amiga!

Memory is vague but it seemed to be a point and click. You were a female and the first scene of the game was in her apartment/flat. You had an item that people were hunting you for and you had to find a place to hide it. To progres from this first scene you would have to open the fridge and put this item in the ice tray then fill it with water.
After completing this you could leave the room and would later come back to find it ransacked but the item was still hidden in the ice tray which you would take with you and move on to other scenes in the game. One scene was a parking lot if i remember correctly and another was in a clothes shop. The game did have an adult theme to it as well

Hope that helps! Any help would be much appreciated!

Alright, I got something, two in fact. I doubt I would ever get an answer but goSH I really want to play these again

1. Okay, so there is this one game that's been on my mind for way too long but I cannot find out what the name is called. You first start out with a seed and you can get a robin to eat it or put it into a pot and either make a rose or a venus fly trap, you can feed a fly to the fly trap. I cannot remember all of it but there are options and it was so addicting and weird and fun. There is an eggplant there and the robin and make a tiny egg or a big egg, the big egg can create a baby bird which has angel things around it and you can kill it. The eggplant is supposedly a devil. I probably sound insane but I need to know the name of that game!

2. okay well the second one I'm tryna figure out, you play as like a green dragon or dragonfly and all you do is fly around, defeating monsters, like one looks like a crustacean worm that's in the ocean and another is in the desert that's like a spider worm. The first monster is that you go through ruins and have to defeat a bigger version of yourself and you can shoot fire.

I would love to play these again.

After finding a walkthrough of the game, I think you're looking for Fascination.

Hey don't know if this has been guessed yet but I vaguely remember this game I used to play on GameTap in the mid to lat 2000's
-It was for sure a 2D platformer
-I think the main character was a boy
-There were bosses in it
-Had 8bit-ish graphics but they looked good(at least that's how I remember)
-I vaguely remember the final boss being two flying vampire things
-I can't remember how you killed enemies but it might be by shooting
-I feel lie the graphics were similar to Kirby in the way the bosses and environment was done
-Had very good music(again that's how I remember it)
Sorry for my bad memory
Please and thank you this has been killing me for months

Hi,

I used to play a pc game where the main character is a guy who is in a computer program. He is guided by an AI who is his companion in certain stages. The main character views files and folders and has to either delete or avoid infected files. The game is very flashy. I dont remember the name of the pc game. Many thanks to anyone who can help me find out the name of the game.

i made an account just to find the game i was looking for.

it's an old strategy game kind of similar to C&C Generals , i thing that i remember from it is that the tanks were dropped by parachute
and that was the only way you get them , also you can't move the units on the map freely it had to be put square by square, hope that helps

Well, my english sucks. Maybe somebody can tell me what's the name of this one. The game is kind of puzzle's mario bros and Sonic, however the protagonist was a red head with orange legs and a blue shoes. I also remember that when he runs off, he looks like sonic running, with that "circles legs". Here is my artwork on paint about this little guy. https://imgur.com/wzuPgBJ
