So this is a game that might be on itch.io somewhere, it is an endless boss fight game, where each time you beat the boss, it gets better. I think it has an X or a Z somewhere in the name, and the names of their other games follow a formula like [Blank]-x/z/y If I remember it is 8 or 16 bit. This is all the info I have, and thanks in advance.

Edit: I know there is a Kongregate game called endless boss fight, but it isn't it.

Ive been trying to remember the name of a game I played many many years ago. It was a browser game. It was kind of like chess and tactic style rpgish. You set up your team of pieces, like knights, wizards, wyverns, dragons and other medieval/fantasy pieces and you placed in a proper order on your board and you went into lobbies against other players and used them to fight to the end and gaining exp and unlock points to get more characters. I cant remember for the life of me what it was called. Probably going back 10 years

Hello, I made this account just for this purpose. I've spent 3 days searching on my own and like 3 hours looking thru this thread just in case it's already here but I haven't so here goes:

It's either from the ps1/psx or n64
2D-Ish game with this boy who has a blue or red baseball cap, a white shirt, blue pants (not earthbound i at least know its not that)
looking for either his sister or best friend or grandpa (maybe all three)
has either a stick of baseball bat or no weapon at all
background of game is semi realistic, its not a true rpg but kinda
I couldnt tell anyones name because is wasn't in english and i only got by the first level because i got stuck at this gate in front of a cave
The boy also rides clouds, or theres a platforming level with clouds?
I remember playing it before 2001

Its also not any chrono game, and the sprites are fairly small

Hello guys.
I'm really struggling to find game i played on pc in late 90's maybe early 2000's. Game had hot seat option, so you could control 2 characters. I really lack of details on the game, all i remember characters had head shaped like upside down triangle, they had sunglasses, and they threw objects to match 3 below them. I don't know what was condition to lose the game, but i remember that when you loose, your character will pull out the knife and kill himself. i also had a drawing of those guys,https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20171102231825AAJf6e2 right here.
And yeah, game was platform as i remember.
Thanks in advance

I'd swear the game I'm looking for was called Titan, but I can't find it. I'm guessing it was somewhere around the same time Bard's Tale came out, so mid 80s. It was a video game pinball (probably running on a 286?). The thing that made this different from other pinball games was that the paddles moved, I mean, like really moved. You could reposition them on the board, which was a maze. You controlled your paddle and had to lead the ball (or balls as you got to higher levels) through the maze while avoiding hazards. The only way you could steer the ball was with the paddle, but you could move the paddle left/right/up/down through the maze.

Any ideas?

edit- Found it. It was called Titan. Seems you can find older games on wikipedia if you know the year. Far enough back there were reasonable numbers of games so it wasn't too hard to search.

Hi all,

I am new to this site and forums in general. Sorry if im breaking the rules here but I need to find this game.

It's PC based and I believe it came out in early to mid 2000s. The entire game takes place underwater. The levels vary from flying an airplane like vehicle (underwater) and shooting at alien ships that are also cruising underwater to being in a large pressure suit (old school style with the head gear etc...) while hunting for enemies on the sea floor in some kind of alien ship. There are a lot of cutaway/movie style parts to the game (almost like HALO). I don't know how to categorize the game (FPS, RPG or whatever) but the flying levels you really only control the gun most of the time and it is rare that you can actually control the "flight" path of the ship, but when you are in control of the gun or the flight path its first person. Its kinda like being on a roller coaster where the path is pre set. Also, the music is like something Hans Zimmer would compose.

I remember this game being sweet so if anyone finds out what its called you should play it.

I found it, it was Tactics Arena Online... Sadly the servers shut down just over a year ago. Sad as the game was pretty cool.

Hey! I'm trying to find a pc 2D game from early 2000s. In the game you had a group of people and the goal was to mine gold and build stuff (catapult, boat, buildings) and then kill your opponent. There were different kind of maps and the game had multiplayer option as well. Some how I have a strong feeling, that the game was german. Other random things I remember: In a map with water, there would be sharks in the water that you could kill or be killed by them. When the shark died, it turned upside down and it's eyes looked like X's. You could also sell the shark, just like any other stuff. I think the cover of the game was a guy stading on top of a globe. The game could autogenerate names for the team members and the names would always be something military related, such as Lieutenant. It looks a bit similar to the Blockheads.

Hope somebody can help me. Thanks!

Hey for the last 5 years i have been trying to remember the name of this game i played when i was a kid.

From what i remember, it was isometric, and you controlled a ship, you could attack other ships, upgrade them (aka give them more guns and so on)...i know this sounds like 100s of other games, to help narrow it down, i think i played it back in 95'? or somewhere around there, it was before the xbox and ps3 for sure...

idk if anyone has asked about this game in here, but i don't really have the time to scroll through 836 pages of comments lol...

"EDIT"
I only ever remember you being able to control the ship, not like Sid Meier's Pirates, where there is an actual character, and the graphics were a bit better...after defeating a shit you could take it...i just remembered that i played it around the time the first Pirates of the Caribbean came out because there was a sweet looking black ship and i named it the black pearl lmao....so not in 95

Bit of a long shot here (no pun intended), but maybe Torchlight II [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muX_mOGTP5o]?

Like Ognoid posted above me I think he might be right, let me ask some questions that might help jog your memory, and help us with figuring out what might be the game you are looking for.

Did you have pets? (like a wolf, cat or ferret)
The fish you caught, could you eat them and they would either change or buff your pets?
Were there 3 classes (the ranger you mentioned, a mage type and warrior type?)

Hello folks,

I'm looking for the name of this top down 2D shooter.
If I recall correctly, it was an indie game.

The premise of the game goes something like this:
You control a ship with an array of weapons that has been miniaturized and you go inside a body and kill virus/bacteria with said ships. Eventually you'll unlock other ships.

I recall being able to fire lasers that can clear paths, a ship specialised in rockets, and that generally the boss "virus" tries to ram you to damage you.

Thanks for any help!

Hi everyone! So, there was this game I used to play a few years back on those gaming websites that had several mini-games? (games.co.in which is now agame.com, I guess)
Basically it was a really weird game whose name, as far as I remember, started from 'H' and had 3 different parts. I guess it was a mountain of some kind on which really tiny black stick figures were standing and you could detonate small red light bombs and roll stones around to kill people? You can send birds flying and ring bells and it was really weird. It was a point and click game, possibly could be classified as a chain reaction game. I cannot remember it for the life of me, hope one of you guys know it!

Could be "Sea Dogs" (2000). It spawned a couple of successors, with "Sea Dogs 2" being turned into a kinda sorta official game to the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie prior to the game's release.

Hi there..

I am looking for a game where you are kind a spaceship and you can go back and forth at the edge and sides of your screen. Then when you press Space or some other key to make a move to cut the screen in to pieces. Then when you can return back to one of your sides then you have the screen smaller for the bad guys. After some moves and cutting the plane you are getting it smaller and smaller. The bad guys are hovering at the middle of the screen and you are trying to avoid them. It was the game that we were used to play on our recesses at middle school. around 1990s and 2000s. I guess it was starting with V or W but I couldnt find it anywhere. I hope someone remembers it.

Found it VOLFIED :)
