I remember a game which I played when I was younger. It was basically an online game where you are actually a GUNBOT where you will shoot to either kill your enemy or shoot the land below them to drop them.

You can either play 1 on 1 or more. But it's generally a Blue and Red Team. I still remember the characters (bots) are very cartoonish thus its not those 3D games or sorts. It is basically played online with loads of other players. Another thing I remember about the game is that by shooting, you have "Wind" and etc so you need to shoot further and etc to hit your enemy.

Does anyone remember a game like this? I've been trying to remember the name but just can't seem to remember anything at all. It's quite a fun game where you just shoot your friends and etc. There's quite a lot of different bots for you to choose, some are tanks, boomerang shooter and a lot more.

Would seriously appreciate it if anyone can tell me the name of the game.

This game is like Breakout. It was created before 2009.And it has good particle effect. Some stage of it have special bricks that if you break the brick , it will increase the amount of the ball , extend or micrify the board you control .There are other special brick like you have to hit it twice or the brick you have to hit its top and you can't hit its bottom because it has armor.
DX-Ball. If not, search for Arkanoid games.
Sorry... It is not but thank you :)
I found more memory of this game .The bricks of it is not rectangular and the angle of it is a little curved.
The game probably has a physical engine so the ball will increase its quickness bit-by-bit.
One of the item that the brick drops can extend the board to whole-screen size so that it won't let the ball drop off even the board isn't moving.

I'm trying to remember the name of a PC game that I played the demo of in the late 90s. Probably 1998-1999, but possibly before. I'm pretty sure the player character is female and from what I remember, all of the action takes place in a shopping mall setting with a not-quite isometric viewpoint. (It's a fixed camera with human tank controls.) The game is faction-based and you go around taking various assignments that generally involve killing people (innocent or otherwise) and one of the factions calls itself "The Order". They're hooded cultists and end their dialogue with the phrase: "Spread the darkness of The Order!" One of the other unique aspects of the game that I remember is you can get a plasma cannon as a weapon and when you fire it, the bursts of energy set off a small AoE explosion that sets fire to anyone caught in it. That's about all I have for details.

Thanks in advance!

It's this old business tycoon from the 90s where you started in the early 1900s (maybe the 20s?) and had to fill a town's street with shops (restaurant, jewelry, shopping mall, etc), except in other streets some shops would perform better than others (jewelry sold more in rich neighborhoods, per example). Over time you'd advance in years (60s, 70s, 80s up to I think "futuristic" 2000s) and as you did, you'd unlock new kinds of shops, upgrades for 'em, some shops would lose popularity and you could even spread your empire to other streets of town. It had a pretty good depth for such an old game, and I'd like to play it again sometimes.

When you mentioned a female character and assignments you reminded me of No One Lives Forever but that's a 2000 game so it was released too late.
There is also that faction called Fraternity of Order in Planetscape Torment.. Red Faction has cultists...
While I was searching for this, I also stumbled upon a game called Heart of Darkness, apparently it has a plasma cannon and something called the Master of Darkness, it also fits in the time period you specified but nah no way it's this one. Crusader (1995) also has a plasma cannon. All this talk of factions reminds me of games like The Elder Scrolls. I'm sorry, this is all I could think of.

Don't remember which console, could be NES, sega genesis or super nintendo.

You played as a woman who could change armors/suits. I remember a red armor/suit had claws, giving her the ability to climb walls. It was a 2d platformer, resembled Castlevania.

Obs. Not Metroid

I used to play this game all the time! Can't recall it's name for the life of me and Google is having no luck. I think it?s a PC game but I could be wrong.

Basically, you start the game at a sort of forest camp I think. There's a squirrel who leads you through the forest to his tree. It had loads of different scenarios, including one situation where an evil warlock has come to the forest, and you have to fight your way through essentially and the scenery has gone all red and creepy.

I think you're also friends with a rabbit and at one point he gives you a canvas and paintbrush and sends you into the forest to gather paint colours from flowers and rocks and stuff so you can paint a portrait of the big oak and willow tree in the centre of the forest.I should add the Oak tree was a sort of father figure in the wood. Does this sound familiar to anyone at all? I remember playing it and the "Evil Forest" adventure scaring me so much I left it alone for a year or so. I remember playing my way through to this tower or something, and all the characters in the wood are hypnotised by this strange power coming from the tower.

Someone please help me remember this game. I?ve been searching for years and finally found one other person looking for it on Reddit, but none of the replies were the right one :(( their description is the one above, they reminded me of so much in the game, I?m even more desperate now to find it!

Bumping this up as had no luck last time :(

I can't remember the name of this game and loud been fibbing me crazy for years. It was a game for ps1 I think may be older not sure I'm not sure. But it was se,y in like a dark creepy circus type of environment. It was a vehicle game and best I can describe it is like a triangular rocket sled type thing. The point was to drive around and you could pick up these crystals that would trail behind you and to avoid the monsters in the environment if I remember right there was one that looked like a scary teddy bear. If you died it showed something like being wheeled into a hospital on a gurney. If anyone has any idea what this could be please let me know!

Hi I'm trying to remember a game I believe was on the nes. It looks similar to double moon densentsu in terms of graphics. It was an rpg style game where you start out as a male. They give you I believe abagged lunch every time you rest at home which heals like 15hp. After progressing as this character to a certain point it switches you to a female character. The only other thing I remember is there is wet black powder and you have to use it for a distraction. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi there, I was desperately trying to remember the name of this game and hopefully someone might know it. The graphic style is kind of like the Dink Smallwood game. You wake up with amnesia and you have to work through several levels but every one is very different. Like, one has you in an asylum but you're basically in the gardens, talking to other residents, I think the puzzle for that level had something to do with music or a record. One level is like a freakshow/carnival I think. In one you were this cyclops with 4 arms if I remember correctly and trying to resolve issues with these insect like people. You see hints later that that level was basically based off a comic book in your memory. The ending of the game was that you were a psychiatrist I think and you were drugged to hide what you knew about a dangerous drug I think. I'd be quite grateful for any hints or suggestions, thanks!

Maybe its's Alone in the Dark 2 (aka Alone in the Dark: One-Eyed Jack's Revenge).

Or The Dark Eye:

So my question is more of a system/computer question. My husband and I were talking about computers the other day and I was trying to tell him about this computer type thing I had when I was like 5 or 6 years old (keep in mind I am 31 years old). It was basically a keyboard that plugged into your television and it had all kinds of games and programs on it. Two games I remember pretty vividly was one where you were flying a helicopter and shooting stuff. You had to make sure you didn't hit the hills, trees, etc. And the other game was like a typing/learning your alphabet type game. Letters would randomly fall from the top of the screen and you would have to type the letters before they reached the bottom of the screen. I have googled over and over again and I can't seem to figure out what this keyboard/computer thing is. I'm talking like 91/92 but I doubt it was brand new. Any help would be appreciated.
