I'm hoping someone knows this game...
It was either late 90s early 2000, it was on the pc and it was very much like pokemon but you didnt use balls to capture new monsters.
I think you started off inside a crystal forest of some sort.
If anyone thinks they know the game just give me a hint thanks :-D

I've been racking my brain for days and done so much googling but no luck.

I used to play a game when I was 11/12/13 (so early 2000's) - i was trying to think of it the other day when telling someone about it. But I have completely forgotten where I can find it or what it was called. This is what I remember though:

It was a cartoon game for the PC (I think it was downloaded or an online game as i don't remember a disk for it) and the mainscreen was a bungalow/house with a garden. You could go into the house, if you went into the kitchen you could get recipes and make cakes with ingredients in the fridge - behind was a window where a bird would be. There was also a garden which you had to look after - plant flowers/vegetables and look after them. I also think you could paint if you went into another room and there was a few activies in another room of the house. It was a very simple game and pictures were big and clear and simple, with bright colours.

I don't think it was educational. But I couldn't say for sure.

I know there wasn't levels or anything in the game and there was only the one character. I remember the living room in the house was simple with a sofa and chair and an easel. There was a door at the back which led into the kitchen where you put ingredients in to a large mixing bowl from the fridge which was on the left.

To go to the garden you had to go outside and go left where there would be a late patch of soil made into squares which you would click to plant seeds (blue, white, yellow, green and pink I think) and try and get them to grow.

The 'menu' was on pieces of wood as well.

Anyone got any ideas? It's bugging me so much.

Im looking for an old game that was on one of the school computers at my elementary school in the early 2000s I'd say. The graphics were a bit better then 8bit and you controlled a space ship and had to shoot the other ships that came on the screen and they would always be rotating and making patterns that would change and get faster as the levels went up. Kind of had a space invaders feel to it. Don't remember the name of it.

i played a video game (action\adventure) around the year 2000 , the main character is a woman dressed in white that fights robots (and sometimes people too) in a building with laser guns and also she does some kick-*** moves while fighting . In the beginning of the game she's riding a motocycle and she kinda does some drifting or sliding to enter the building because the door s is closing .i played it on computer.it's not one of those "old" games like metal slug or street fighter .it was actually in 3D. please help me find this game IT will mean the world to me and thanks

Okay so the game was like an artillery strategy turn by turn game with what I think was a black stick figure that either held a cannon or a gun depending on the range of the opponent. The game was pretty straightforward and kind of bland graphics wise but not as horrible graphically as Scorched Earth. It was just sky, sand, 2 guys (I think there could be more)and wind, I think. Wow I suck at this. Anyways it was turn by turn like I said, I'd take a turn to try to make a shot that'd hit the opponent on rocky sand colored terrain and then my sister would do the same and so on and so forth until one of us died and a little grave would show. Come to think of it now, there was probably more than 2 guys then. but they were all staggered, some higher some lower. Me and my sister's strategy was to blow them into a hole they couldnt get out of and then blast them till they died. The graphics like I said were pretty simple, when the blast would explode depending on the damage it'd be a red pixelated circle getting bigger and then getting smaller. I tried to draw a picture I think anyone that's ever played it would understand from the picture but I'm no artist and I have no idea if it'll help. (pic.twitter.com/z11R1skMGs)Hopefully someone remembers it :D

This is gonna be rough, so please bare with me. I don't really remember what kind of game this was, the playable character was an alien (i think) or something similar. The setting was someplace "tech-y" and the playable character was blue-ish. I believe it was an Old Sega cd game, or possibly a PS1 game. I think the graphics were 3D but played as a side-scroller. I don't remember if you were escaping or infiltrating. From what I remember the graphics were unusually good for the time-period I'm thinking of. I think you could pick up weapons in the game but I'm unsure. Sorry for the vagueness, please help if you can.

I'm looking for a MS-DOS game, top-down puzzle; you have to maneuver a round thing through "mazes" filled with traps like bows that shoot arrows and clouds that drop lighting. There were potions that give you a brief moment of invincibility against the traps. You have to press buttons to open gates.

It's not a "eat every square and avoid things suddenly falling" game like Supaplex. Not a Sokoban clone. It's more of a "find the way around the traps" game. Probably released in the mid/late '90s,

A really old game, like pre-64 era, You could be either a female or male wizard and chase rabbits on different levels. You'd also collect fruit/vegtables for bonus points.
Boss on first level is a giant sunflower.

I know it sounds weird but whoever played it/knows name will know.

Please email me answer or post here :)
Ok I got more information,

It was on Sega Mega Drive (Sega-16 bit).

Please anyone?

Ok, I'm not sure what system this was on, if I had to guess, it was either sega or atari but it -may- have been nes/snes (although I think unlikely), I played it at my grand parents house when I was very young, so either way it was an early system.

Anyway, it was a vertical scrolling space shooter, if I remember right, you were flying UP, not forwards as in most top down vertical shooters, so basically you were going upwards through space, shooting enemies, and eventually you'd get to a boss, I don't really remember what the boss looked like but I'm sure I remember there being one.

That's basically all I remember, any help would be great.

Hey guys i cant remember the name of a game i was playing like 7-8 years ago you were a hobbit i think or maybe a human all i remember is that the opening cut scene was you running in a forest and a monster kills you then you wake up and some shaman/mage/priest dude tells you that you are the "chosen one" or something like that after that you help the people in your village by doing random short quests like delivering bread etc. the last quest in the first town was for you to clear a cellar full of rats and after that you leave to the next city wich is rumored to be plagued when you leave the first city its night and its raining and occasionaly rats jump out of bushes to attack you. Just Before you leave your mother gives you a thing i cant remember what -___-" and you leave the city. its for pc and its in 3rd person view.

I have one game, that has been bugging me for years:

I last played it some 8-10 years ago in an arcade. Its a fighting/shooting game with an overhead RTS-like view. It's of Japanese origin.

the plot goes a little like this: A cruise ship with the president's daughter on board is hijacked by some terrorists and you take on the role of a commando sent to rescue her. You can choose to come by zodiak, underwater or parachute. The game plays differently depending on that choice. Towards the end you visit a pirate island, (where you even fight skeletons)with the final fight being on top of a crows nest against a big shirtless pirate with a laser eye.

As for gameplay: The heroes are, a white computer geek, white martial arts specialist (with a monkey on his shoulder), token white girl, token black guy. you fight in stages with fairly destructible surroundings, which you can pick up and bash people with it. In general, a lot of the game bases off picking up stuff and using it to fight. Sometimes, between areas, you get a quick QTE which can influence where you end up.

Finally, I remember one of the bosses being a big fat chef (guess which race?).

If anyone gets an idea, my brother and I would be most grateful.

So Happy I found this thread !! :D

I think I was 10-11 when I played this game and I distinctly remember it being for the playstation 1.
The game play was you could either choose from playing a male or female character. The story is also different from the gender you choose.

Both of them also had a back story. The female was aiming towards retaking her spot at the throne that either her stepsister, or her cousin took over. (and I think she used Magic to turn the female character to a pumpkin so that she wasn't able to fight her off or something). So the female is looking for "something" (i don't remember if it was a jewel or a person) to GRANT HER WISH of obtaining her right to the throne.
If you chose the male character, his goal was also to find the Jewel and resurrect his dead lover which had been killed by a snow monster. Therefore he also wants his wish to be granted.
Throughout the story, you either encounter the guy/girl and have to fight him from time to time. (Kinda like pokemon)

Other things I remember is the main girl used mostly magic (she did have a circle like weapon with her however) while the boy was more of a combat fighter. (with the basic swords and shield)

It's been killing me to know what the game's name it!! T__T If anyone knows or has an idea of what it was, please help >__< Thank you very much!

I've been looking for 2 games I played as a kid for years so I hope someone here recognized the games I'm looking for.
I played these games on pc (perhaps from a floppy disc) probably around late eighties begining of the ninties.

The first game had an egyptian theme with a top down view. I believe you were playing an explorer, looking to treasure inside the pyramid. There were enemies (mummies?) that you had to avoid (I don't think you could fight them) I remember most of the pyramidstones to be a bright yellow/gold and the treasures you were looking for were bright green/blue/purple (maybe also other colors) Those treasures were supposed to look like jewels I think.

The other game was more of platformer, with lots of green (I think the platforms were green). I don't remember the regular levels anymore, but the bonuslevel was a level without enemies and you had to get from platform to platform (definately via ropes but maybe also via ladders) to collect pieces of a diamond. You had to collect those pieces within a time limit. The pieces looked like big squares with part of the diamond on it. You had to collect quite a few to win this bonuslevel (I think you were shown a picture of the complete diamond if you got all pieces within the timelimit)

I've tried and tried and tried to find them while googling and have even asked my brother and father if they still know anything about them. My brother doesn't even remember them and my dad doesn't understand why I'd want to know these things >_<
I really hope someone here knows what I'm talking about!

Here is another description, please help me guys
. This game is a Top down, multiplayer Maze game with. There are neutral tanks driving around the maze that will kill anyone they're near, there is also money and various items in the maze for you to gather.

You set how many rounds you want the game to last for and at the end of each round you spen money on tanks, weapons, armour and abilities that allow you to faze through walls for a short time, turn invisible or ran faster for the whole round. Each player had a base in one corner that would only open for you unless they buy a one time use key, (i'd buy them and place mines in their base :).

The multiplayer was played using the same keyboard, not sure if it was possible to play LAN but if it is possible I'd definately like to find this old game and play against family and friends.
Anyone please can help? I remember almost everything about game but the name...

There was a game for either ps2 or ps1, it was kind of a dungeon crawler with destroyable equipment that'd look all stupid and rusty. You could play as a bow girl who started off fighting near some weird monolith or a sword guy. I also remember having green platemail with a pumpkin helmet.
