Hello. A game that i cant remember name of is stuck in my head.

So it's a sci-fi racing game for pc which i played good 5-7 years ago.
all i can remember are the shapes of the ships that you play with-

the fastest was blue elipse shaped with cutout in the middle
the second fastest was yellow - bulky and was split in half
If im right the last map was lava one and before it was a snow one.

No, its neither of those. The game map is like a (for example) 10x10 square hex map, where every hex is a small area where cities and units are. Clicking on a hex zooms into that area where you can move your units freely. The cities are not like in Total War series, where you click on the whole city and click what to build in turns. Every building is individual, its not a turn based game. The game definitely wasn't popular and god damn I just can't remember what it was for the life of me. :( Thanks for trying though, much appreciated.
Try one of the "Romance of the three Kingdoms" series, part VIII or IX, or "Dragon Throne: Battle of Red Cliffs", they're based on Chinese history rather than Japanese, but this might be it.
I'm 100% sure its not a RoTK game, but that Dragon Throne one looks interesting anyway, will try it out. I'll keep a lookout for the game I'm looking for in the meantime, in case it isn't Dragon Throne: Battle at Red Cliffs. Thanks!

If anyone can get this game, they're a genius quite frankly. Right, it's definitely PlayStation (probably 2). I remember your character being able to slow down time to move away from enemies, it was an almost top down view game and you had to fight through levels, and I seem to remember ninjas perhaps, or something similar to that. It isn't Tenchu.

Any ideas? I'd be eternally grateful!

Just spent a good few hours searching the depths of the internet for this, so HUGE props to anyone who can help with this one.

I played this game on I think Windows 98 (we had a Gateway computer, with a selection of games).
From what I remember of it, the game was set in a toy shop, and consisted of a set of mini-games all related to clicking the different toys on the shelves.
Being somewhere between 8-11 at the time, I know it would have been a kids game, and its possible it was included on some kind of game collection.
I'm sure the title of the game included something like 'toy', 'workshop' or 'toymaker' of some sort.

I can't remember much about the specific games, other than them being fairly simple.
The graphics weren't particularly cartoony; it had the hand-drawn look throughout.
It was along the same kind of time as games like Dr Brain: Puzzle Adventure.

Obviously this isn't a game that I intend to play like mad now, but it would be amazing to know what it was, and that I'm not imagining the damn thing!!

Thanks for any help you can give in advance!

Thank God there's a thread like this. There are two arcade games I'm looking for.

1) I don't remember the name. I don't remember the plot. All I remember is that it was a 2D-hack/slash/beat-em-up vaaaaaaguely anime-ish(?) game. At one point, you are making camp, a little girl runs up to you, screaming. Then a boss monster crashes camp and you have to fight it.

2) Motorcycle racing game but you're able to shoot at your enemies/other racers. You race all over the world and I seem to remember that Kenya was a level. I know it's NOT Road Rash.

No idea of the names. HALP.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a 3D third-person MMORPG I played somewhere between '00-'04. There was two playable races; humans in a fantasy world settings (magic, knights/archers) and some sort of alien race with a more advanced technology (guns and magic).

The two races had different starting areas and after a certain level you could teleport to higher level zones. The human area was fantasy-like with lush forest and maybe some castles whereas the alien race area was barren. There was also a PvP-zone both races could teleport to. I remember the alien race had a magic class which could do a lot of AoE damage (making them very effective at leveling, up to the point where people who played other classes payed to get boosted), some sort of gunslinger/sniper race and probably some tanky class. You could upgrade yourself with different weapons and skill upgrades might have been something that you got through scrolls or maybe you bought it together with a level requirement.

I might be entirely wrong but I think the gunslinger class somewhat resembles the main gorgonite character in the film Small Soldiers (at least vaguely).

I remember playing the beta of this game. I'm not even sure if the game ever got released.

I apologize for being quite vague but would appreciate any help!

Bump and going crazy here. Any ideas, anyone?

I haven't played any of those MMORPG games, but perhaps it is:

hope it helps

I mean, is not "Road Rash" that's for sure, but in "Road Rash 3: Tour De Force" you race all over the world and there is a Kenya level! too much coincidence...

Here?s two games I hope people can help me with.

One: First person view, point and click adventure game from the 90?s (PC of course) with FMV photorealistic graphics. Think of Gabriel Knight 2 not Myst.

All I remember about it is that you are at some kind of courtyard at the beginning with a big gate and a white horse. It might have being from Sierra but I?m not sure.

Two: Arcade game from probably the early 90?s looked closer to 16-bit than 8-bit.

What I remember is that the main character is either an alien or fights aliens, and either has an eyeball for a head or his special attack is a huge eyeball. He was also riding a hoverboard, either at some point at the start or at all times. The game might have been from Taito, but I?m not 100% certain.

Any help would be appreciated.
Re-posting my games in case anyone can help. I thought it was obvious when I wrote it, but game two was side scrolling.

I thought that game one would be easy, the white horse was quite striking.

Lost In Time

I have my doubts cause you say that it was a "big gate" (near the horse, I suppose), and the horse is blocking a gate but it's not a big one in my opinion. Second, the horse appears a few late in the game not at the very beginning and the graphics are photorealistic but just in some, let us say chapters of the game, in the others is like Myst!... The game is published by Sierra. I have played many Sierra games and don't recall have seen another (FMV) game with a white horse in it...I think it wasn't Sierra. Anyway, hope that this is your game or at least discard it.

There were a series of Educational games called Fun School (1-7) made for children for different set of ages and in:

Fun School 3: For 5-7 Years

there are six mini games where one of them more or less resembles the properties that you say is called "toyshop". I know is not exactly what you asked...but maybe...

Thank you massively for replying - the game I'm thinking of was a bit more modern (though not much more) than that; definitely on Windows and a game of its own - however I do remember the Fun School series (especially that frog) on floppy disk, so you've still got major nostalgia points! Thank you!

Okay, so I was looking through some of the recent posts to see if I could help anyone. I even remembered about Chameleon Twist 3 or 4: A Bug's Life, but there's one that's got me. It was a Playstation game, I think. Playstation 1, maybe 2. I remember driving around as a tank. Pretty sure it had PVP and a variety of weapons, and either the whole game had vector or wireframe graphics, or it was that way when the level started and it covered that over in a fancy way. It was all pretty obvious with geometric shapes though. I think there may also have been different types of tanks. I think you picked up the different weapon upgrades off the ground, and I don't know if there was an ability to switch. Pretty sure there were levels and AI tanks too, but it would have to have been a game I played in the 2000's. I would be very happy to learn what it is.

Edit: Oh, and it was third person. Might've had a first person option.

Post Edit: I found it! Hours of searching and it came from a random comment for a different PS1 tank game on another forum. It was Assault Rigs. Sorry for the nullified post.

Hi there.
So, I've been struggling with this for many years arleady.
The thing is, I can't remember game's name at all. It's quite old arleady, can't tell whether DOS.
So, the main character was kinda blue-ish. Your job was to help some proffesor build a rocket in order to let you travel somewhere. Characters were kinda square-ish and their arms, legs, head and torso floated, they weren't connected together but floated really close. There were some action aspects as you had to fight the bad guys over there that looked the same, I think they also kidnapped someone you liked. Really liked that game but for god's sake can't remember the name. Please, please, help!

#edit:
No, it was not Rayman neither Lomax.
Please, help! I can't stand it!

Hi Guys,

I've got a game on my mind I just can't seem to figure out. I only remember a couple of details but I'll try to be as detailed with them as possible. So I feel like it was on the playstation 1, or at least around that time, and it was a 2.5d co-op shooter. By that I mean it was like top down or isometric view, but it wasn't flat like 2d, it was definitely more a 2.5 or 3d game, sci-fi-ish, in the vein of contra. I'm almost positive it was NOT any of the contra's though. I remember one distinct part of the game you were walking down a glass tunnel and there was a hole in it that led out to a jungle and water area. The graphics were a bit blocky too if I'm remember correctly. That's about all I have to go on from memory. If this sparks anyone else's memory and you can help me remember this game, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!!

Hi, I would like to know the name of a PC game wich came out around 1998 (I know this because I think it came along as a demo with Gex: Enter the Gecko game too, my brother had the demo from a video card or something)
This game was about marvels fighting on a platform, there were different stages and different characters, the goal was to get off the platform the other marvels, and you could use special abilities according to your marvel characters, I recall a Booger like character, a Cow and a french-bomber girl, thats pretty much what I can recall, hope you can help I've been looking for this like crazy!

Okay, I got one for ya.

It's an old 3d game, near(or after) year 2000 I think. You play as a child alien and I think you're with your father on a space ship and he sends you to do some tasks. It's a 3rd person game, but I don't really remember the colors of the aliens, I think you're yellow or green. I don't know the goal of the game, cause I didn't play much of it since I got stuck. Does anyone know what it might be ?

Hey
So, i played it around 2005, game was like 3mb in size, you just had to progress as far as possible to get a highest score. Here is the hand-drawn picture of it https://scontent-b-fra.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xpf1/v/t1.0-9/10421626_524336007713010_4435313648061337226_n.jpg?oh=f044293f71286b0b0e2b7df08c92d3cd&oe=54A79FE2

Just shoot some rope to the platform and it throws you in air, the lower you are, the higher you will be thrown, both you and rope are bouncing off the walls. It's game over if you fall. With time there will be less cubes in platform, till 1 is left. Background was sky-blue with patches of clouds

P.S. I played on Mac
It's Wire hang redux

I helped. Anyone could help me? :

Hello, guys!
Can anybody help me?

I used to play a 2D game or mini game (freeware/ shareware), where you was little-colored in blue, or red STICKMAN (not any xiao-xiao or SOLDAT- but similar or little fighter) fighting with computer or other player (deathmatch mode and maybe even capture the flag). I belive that there were destrucive (like in liero or worms) map where you was running (I think that those stickmans were dropping behind them pixels colored like them), jumping and fighting player with for eg. sythe (if it drops on map and you get it. I don't remember if in game were included other weapons like guns. If it helps i used to play this like about eight years ago or something like that.

it looked like this: http://zapodaj.net/8725116889479.png.html

I spent about 20 hours to find it on the internet, but nothing found, even clue.
Please, help. It was really fun game!
Sorry for eventual language errors.
Thank you very much!
