Hi guys

I'm looking for an old strategy game. It was like in the middle ages - dark ages which you can fight with different races such as zombies humans dwarfs. I remember that dwarfs(or smth like that) uses powder and bombs and zombies(or risen deads) were carrying big double edged axes. There was also quick human wildish swordsmen and armored knights and archers. You can play it singleplayer via a storyline or multiplayer in a map with other peoples. In multıplayer the game gives you mixed race armies. And I remember a mission that it was like nortic snowy map there was a giant at end of the mission. There was also a demo prewiew in the main menu if u dont do anything for some time(like in the netstorm) which 4 ai player plays a match.I liked the watch them cause ıt was random and unique every time. The game was like no economy no bulding included just the soldiers that the games gives you at the start of the match or mission but u could find some extra soldiers or rare races thorough the map.I think i played it on windows 98 and it was between 1990-2005.(not sure though). And ı think it was in 3d (ish?)

This is all ı remember. Thnx guys for the help=)
I was going through here trying to find the name of an old PSX game without luck and saw your post. I figured I'd make an account to "give back" haha.
I'm pretty sure the game you're looking for is called Myth and was developed by Bungie, who later became popular for the Halo series.

Tl;Dr Myth

THNX man that's it ahh the satisfaction =)

hello!

so there was this game that my cousin played, like, 10 or so years ago. defs on a ps2 because thats the only console we have in the house. it was a horror game that was more ambient than action. kinda like amnesia. but it was based in a prison. idr if it was just really far underground or somewhere in space. pretty sure it was really far underground. but your character was an inmate that was in there and i think he was excited to go see his family when he finally got out. like, he had just a few days left in his sentence. but before that could happen, something happens in the prison. through out the whole thing, i think during certain scenes, your character is narrating whats happening, what hes going through, and contemplating his sanity and stuff. i dont quite remember what.

but what i do remember were certain scenes that i watched my cousin play.

be warned! this is going to be a bit graphic or disturbing because it was an ambient horror game ( i think )

there was a scene where youre in a control room that has a window showing a man in an electric chair. hes pleading for your help because he sees you through the window and i dont remember what the dialogue was, but your only option was to pull the lever on him and have him be electrocuted to death. i think it was about "either that, or hes stuck in there and hell starve to death." i dont really remember.

and i dont know if this scene was attached to that or not, but the power gets cut out and your locked in the room and theres a security camera and the security monitor off in the corner of the room. you get stuck in one spot where you have a perfect view of the monitor and you can spin around and see the whole room. theres the emergency lights flashing or something. maybe to the beat of your heartbeat thats beating in your ears. but when you look at the monitor, you notice a black shadow in the vague shape of a person coming closer to you with every flash of the light. when you turn around to look where the monitor says theres something, theres nothing there. but, like, your character is narrating and is like "i could feel it getting closer. i could feel and hear its breath on the back of my neck" or something like that. and then all of a sudden it stops and the door unlocks and the lights go back to normal? i think? i might be getting that part mixed up with another game since it was from so long ago. but i just remember that it was one of the most disturbing things i had scene at that age. haha

but yeah. thats from what i can remember, but i cant remember the name of it for the life of me. please help TuT i really wanna find it and play it for myself now that im into that type of thing myself.

Thank you!!!

I have 2 that I would be immensely grateful for help with.

1st) A Nintendo 64 RPG where the main character had this mechanical hand on his backpack as a weapon and you were ruins explorers.

2nd) This one is a little harder/further back and it has been bugging me for at least 10 years. I think it was for the Sega Genesis and all I remember is that there was a sort of over world, top-down map with different areas you could enter. I think it was a sort adventure game, but after each area you got a djinn or elemental genie that followed you around and had a power you could use. The bit I remember with the most clarity is walking around with this red spirit that looked kinda like the genie from Aladdin.

Sorry if these have been asked before, I tried to read as much of this thread as possible before asking my own.
The 2nd one sounds like Beyond Oasis.

The first one does not sound like an n64 game but a dreamcast game called EVOLUTION The world of Sacred Device

One of my favorite Dreamcast games!

Oh my gods, yes! I can't believe I forgot it was for dreamcast! No wonder I had a hard time finding that one. And it does sound a lot like Beyond Oasis, but in my memory it was different... I probably have it wrong though, I was just a little kid when I played it.

I'm pretty sure it's "The Suffering".

On PC it's been freeware for a while and can be downloaded here:

I can't tell you if there's difficulties installing it on newer OSes like 7 or 8, though.

im looking for a game and i barely remember it. it was on the pc (this was quite a few years ago) and u wore armor. u could use a jetpack and u had grenades and a lazer gun. one map was rocky and u could get struck by lighting! there were a few buildings and vehicles but i dont remember driving them. u could also play capture the flag with NPCs but i dont remember if it was online.the music was very catchy! any help is appreciated!
To me it sounds like "Starsiege: Tribes" or one of its successors, maybe "Tribes 2".

Im looking for a PS1 game which is about a shirtless (I think) man who is thrown to a hole, maybe to the hell or a strange dungeon. I remember something about the first cinematic of the game. There are too many people waiting for something in a square, and the leader maybe the villain/the bad guy showed up from the balcony of the castle, people start clapping him and then he says some things about our main character, he is blonde, he looks like "Thor" and this person is trapped by some chains in both arms so... a sexy woman approaches to him and sticks on him a kind of black substance like venom's skin (spider-man enemy) which takes form as an eye mask. The leader finds him guilty and the chains got released for his falling to the "hell".

Down there, he finds I THINK an Axe, and you can play this game in third person. You can destroy boxes or other things to find out some items for your dark adventure. Every time you find a new monster, the game automatically says his name and then you start a battle with it.

I need the name of this game please.

I have one that has been bugging me for a while:

It is an rts and I remember playing it around 2006 - 2007. You were a commander of a small army (I think) and I remember it as very hard, or at least for me... It was futuristic with tanks and stuff. One of the levels, I remember, was an arctic level and one of the others I remember as being a plato (I don't quite trust my memory that far though).

Thanks!

Right! I hope someone can help! This has been doing my head in for years!
There's this game my brother and I used to play years ago, I think it was a PS1 game, 2 player game,
You chose your arena and basically you ran around and had to light up these things, there we're 4 or 5
You had to light up but first you had to collect something in order to be able to light the things up, only one player could
Do this at one time but you could steal the light source from the other player by punching them and knocking them to the floor,
Whoever lit up all the things first was the winner??? That was basically it, I hope this isn't too hard to understand and I
Apologise for calling things 'things' but I don't know what they were called :/

There was a game I played on my Galaxy S phone about 4 yrs ago, I think it was rendered in tones of grey. The playing area was divided up into tiles you had to step from one to the other, there were traps, some tiles crumbled, some moved, you had to coincide your jumps. There were bats, bombs and other things to kill you and you could get shields or wings for speed. There were 100 levels and there was a time limit in days to save the princess. Help in identifying this game would be appreciated, thanks

Perhaps someone can help me with this one then.
it was an old Psion 3a game, I think it was called bombs and you had to plant bombs about to clear a way through the maze. The question is, is there the same game on the Android platform. I've looked but haven't found one yet.

Sorry if these have been asked before, I tried to read as much of this thread as possible before asking my own.
The 2nd one sounds like Beyond Oasis.

I went and watched some videos of Beyond Oasis and that's not it :/. It looks similar to that if i remember, but more top-down and less character detail.
