Hi im looking for the name of a game i used to play on the computer a while back. I remember that there were 2 teams. Each team started with a main robot that could build and attack the other team. The aim of the game was the kill the main robot of the other team. Throughout the strategy game the main robot would build buildings that would mine for resources and make troops. I remember that when the main robot wanted to build something he would shoot a laser like thing at the area to build. The game came on a cd and you would have to put the cd in everytime you wanted to play. Please help. Thanks
sounds like supreme commander

When I was in primary, this would have been between 2004-2009... I used to go to my grandmas every second weekend and she had a really old computer, and she had a lot of games installed on her computer... There was this one game, I used to play it with my cousins all the time... You were a bubble ball kind of thing, and you roll around these levels, I believe it was not birds eye view but more like 2d front on view? I don't remember what you were supposed to do ... May of had some sort of teleportation in it? May have been something about the ball changing colour also? Idk but I've searched and searched for years and can't find it. I'd really like to find this game, I enjoyed it a lot. The title more than likely has the words bubble, ball, bounce or roll in it. Please if anyone can help it would be really appreciated!

There was this game on PC, kind of like an age of empires based game I guess you could call it... But it was different. Your characters were of a Chinese background. And you get people to farm rice and you get money from the rice. Then you use that to upgrade buildings, characters, and some other stuff I don't remember, I played this about 4-5 years back, my mum picked it up from a second hand shop or a cheap shop or something. I'd love to find this game because I had a lot of interest in it. Oh and I remember that it was samurais vs something else... Hope this is enough info, please help if possible! :)

I've been reading these post for over an hour and now my brain hurts. I was just seeing if I knew any of the games and now feel like I'm even more lost then what I was before I got here. I just signed up as a member today and thought I would check this out.

So for the past several years I have been trying like crazy to remember a game I use to play in the arcade. I have no idea if it ever made it to any other platform and this would have possibly been around late 80's or into the 90's.

It was a bottom to top scroll game that you started with like 3 characters. Each character offered something different and had a unique look or fighting ability/weapon. The goal was to move your player up the screen through enemies and obstacles and get to the top of the screen.

Along the way you could find other playable characters that were frozen and if you touched them they would join your team. If your player was shot (or whatever) then he would instantly be frozen in that spot. Once you moved all available characters up the screen then that round would end. Any players left frozen on the screen would be lost as you moved to the next round.

For the life of me I have no clue what this game was called but I can tell you that I dumped hundreds of dollars in that machine over the years as it was my go to game in the arcade. Would love to play it again if anyone remembers it and knows the name.

Also I could be off on some of the details but it's how I remember it. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read and any help you can offer.

Ok, so I've been looking for this game for about 4 years now with absolutely no luck. This is going to be kinda vague so bear with me.
I remember playing the game on the original Xbox along with playing metroid prime 2 on the GameCube. That game came out in November of 2004 so I'm assuming the game I'm looking For came out within 2001-2005 (2006 maybe)
From what I remember it was a final fantasy-like game. I remember there being like 3 heores in the parts I played that fought in a turn based 3D enviornment (like final fantasy X)
I believe one of the heroes was female.
I remember a grass/forest level and a snow/ice level
All The fights were random encounters as well.
I know this isn't a lot to go off of, but any help you can give would be appreciated.

Had a PS2 game that was a 2d platformer-ish RTS with controllable heroes. One Hero was a lightning golem thing, and one of the normal units were gnome-like things with blunderbuss-like rifles. That's all I really remember; been a while, but would like to rebuy. Can't remember name.

Oh, I remember something else: I think one of the other heroes was a tornado golem thing. I know kind of vague, but it's all I can remember...

You were in a castle setting, it was a dark atmoshpere. I believe your character fought with swords, and it was 3d. I think your save points were little fountains of Holy Water or water in general. Also at certain parts the grim reaper or some similar dark creature would chase you but if you went through a doorway that had water covering it, he couldn't follow you through them. The one enemy i remember were these groups of women in red and they would jump on your back!
That's all i remember, someone please help me i can't recall the name at all and it's been years!
My immediate thought was Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. Save points at fountains and being chased by a monster that hated water are both certainly part of that game.

Oh God, now I feel old. I graduated from college during that time period. Anyway, this sounds a bit like Super Monkey Ball, but you probably would have mentioned a monkey if there was a monkey in the ball. You were just playing as a ball, itself? Could it have been one of the five games listed in this section of the Wikipedia "Marble Madness" article?: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marble_Madness#See_also

If it's not Battle Realms as psukhomanteia said, it could also be Seven Years War. That one is from the ...DOS? Windows 95/98 era? Not really sure anymore.

Hello everybody.

I'm looking for a PC game. A puzzle game where you must guide a purple furry thing (kinda like this: http://www.sheffield.ac.uk/polopoly_fs/1.138934!/image/prof-Fluffy1.jpg ) to meet its babies, you do this by using fire, water; rotating mirrors and lasers, putting bombs, etc.
your game name is "dweep gold"

I was wondering if anyone could help with an old pic game I used to play, prob late 90s. Prob a floppy disc game
I'm a bit blurry with bits from it.
But I rem one part where you were in a kind of dungeon and you had to work out how to get I the next part, you had to trade things, I remember that you had to trade something with a troll to get a bucket of water off him, which you then used to put the fire out which was blocking a doorway or key or something.
It was lots of picking up or trading items to be able to get past things or to the next room, I think it was mainly based in a castle.
It's really vague I know, but it's been bugging me for ages as I used to play it loads as a kid

There's a couple games im looking for, Ill breakt them down with all info I know..

1. Educational game from windows 95, I recall you being able to scroll up or down a tree and there were kids in the tree. Selecting on them led to various puzzles and games. The graphics looked to be close to real life. This game was 2D.

2. Mech game on windows 95/98? where you could do missions and select a mech. You could then eject from your mech and hijack someone elses mech. note: it was definitely not mechwarrior. This game was 3D.

3. Educational game form windows 95/98. (sorry im very fuzzy on this one) I believe it took place in a large house, or a library. You then went into some kind of vehicle and drove on tracks. Occasionally you would stop to do a puzzle. One such puzzle was where you had to make ice cream of different flavors. I remember blocks of ice being involved. The graphics were cartoony and 2D.

4. Futuristic Adventure game form windows 95/98. The graphics were close to real life. It was a screen by screen transition in first person view. It took place in the future and I believe you were a cyborg. The first level took place in a beautiful looking environment, (possibly the cyborgs apartment) this was all in 2D.

Any help would be appreciated!
Hey guys I was able to find number 2..

It was called "The Great Word & Math Adventure staring Howie Mandell"

Hey guys! First time here, lookin' for a playstation 1 game.

I remember it was an arena style figthing game where you battled with monsters (or something like that), now, I remember a raptor like creature that could spawn little creatures of himself that would help him. There were a bunch of characters (monsters) to choose from, and I remember some kind of teleporter on the map? It was a small arena and I think 4 individuals would battle in it until one is victorious. It was in fact multiplayer as I remember.

I've been looking for this game since I was the little child playing it, but I remember my disc broke in half after an accident, haven't seen it since.
Hmm The Unholy War?

I don't know how to describe it as it isn't all that memorable to me... It may have had something to do with trying not to get killed by something, its a really colorful game. I'd call it a platformer I guess, but I'm just not sure. I asked my grandma once what it was called and she said its just called ball or bubble or something like that... The view was like a 2d side on view of a ball and you control the ball. Idk, it was a fun and challenging game. I may even call it a puzzle game. Sorry for the random information about it. I'm in Australia also not sure if that would help and i think it was disc installed. The ball isn't clear either, its colored but I can't say what colour because I believe it changes or you control different balls at different times

GOG is a good place to start looking for old games.

http://www.gog.com/game/battle_realms_winter_of_the_wolf

(Unless you don't want to play the game enough to actually pay for it, hehe.)
