I remember playing this game. It probably came out in 2001-2005 sometime, so u could play it on win xp. It might be a demo of an FPS. So this is what i remember.

First you started in space around some planet on a bigger ship then your team goes into a smaller one with a woman logo on it(somewhat like kappa logo but only one woman and I belive it was a red woman in a yellow circle). Then the ship took of on that planet and you were on the ship playing when it was flying to the planet. You could even mount the minigun on the side of a ship. I remember going past some towers, when finally landing. When you land and go off the ship the pilot flies off and you team is on a dessert like planet with palms. Then you shoot mainly robots. Then a 300 meters away there is like a bridge. When going around a bit I once stumbled upon some little blue robbots that attacked me.

Thats all i remember. I hope some of you guys know this game. Thx :D

Hello.

My name is Dusko, and i am writing from Ex Yugoslavia. In my childhood there was this arcade game that we children used to play on fun fair (every year when it used to come to our city), that i realy cant get out of my head, but at the same time i dont remember its name.

Hints: Its about little yellow creature, probably a duckling or a little chicken, where hes female match has been taken by a whale of some sort, and then that little duckling-o-chickenling hero is going on a quest to save hes beloved one, by having all kinds of adventures on some island (if i remember). I also remember that every now and then he has, what we used to call, boss fight with this ICY WHALE, where he eats our little hero and then he spits fire inside it avoiding drops of water of killing him, once he destroys that whale, he is free to go with hes chicken love. (or duckling love...i am not sure)

Please if someone can remember this games name, i would be grateful.

MAny thanks from Bosnia and HErcegovina,

p.s. sorry about my bosni-o-hercegovin-o-english. THANKS for your TIME.

PEACE !

I've been looking for a game for years, if anyone could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it (I made an account just to ask).

Things I remember about the game (memory is kind of fuzzy, I'm now 19 and I played this around the time I was 6-8)

-Arcade System (like knobby d-pad [joystick?] and flat round slightly indented buttons.
-Fantasy setting.
-It had a storyline, but I don't remember much except for some guy in a blue or black robe standing in front of a blue crystal.
-There were selectable characters, and I believe one of them was a valkyrie or something akin to that. One had a spear and I think another shot lightning.
-Eyeball monsters.
-Horizontal Side Scrolling shooter.
-Up to two players.

I can't really remember anything else, but if anything else pops up I'll be sure to let everyone know.

Ok here's one: space shooter, top-down view, one weapon would turn enemies to fight for you momentarily. Nothing else besides that description. Thanks!

Hey guys.

Awesome thread! Had a good trawl through, but all the ones I can answer have been answered..

So I recall a coin op arcade game in our local newsagents. Must have been 87-90 or thereabouts. 2D side on platformer where you played as either a young boy, a girl or a strong man. Each character had it's own strengths and weaknesses - eg there were certain gaps that the strong man couldn't get over as he couldn't jump as far. You could switch out between the different characters (possibly by collecting tokens to allow the swap?). It was all kinda swinging jumping falling dodging kind of action and hella fun.

Been evading me for 20 years this one...
That's "Psychic 5" one of my all times favs!!!

Hello, I am hoping there might be someone here that remembers this game. I am not sure if it was a platform game or a pc game but here is what I can remember.
1; It is a battle type racing game
2; released sometime in the 1990's
3; Featured an annoying CG announcer (He reminded me of MAX Headroom)
4; The race was one when you killed all of the other contestants.
I hope someone out there remembers this game because it is driving me crazy trying to find it lol
TIA

Hey,
I'm hoping someone can help me! There is this game i used to play where the main character is a boy with brown hair and uses a pistol. The girl has pink hair and uses a sword. I'm pretty sure you could find pieces to craft lots of things. I remember at one point in the game you got to this place where you could build your own house and make trees and bushes and also a pond which you can fish out of. Please help me i need this game. Thanks!
Edit: i'm pretty sure it was Xbox Original but maybe ps2

Though it doesnt look like there is many that still is answering in this thread, I'll toss up two games that have a very vague description just becuase this damn thread comes up on like half my searches ;p

1st game:
Most likely a early win95 game or late DOS game. I remember it having fairly crisp graphics, atleast for its time.
It was a platform/sidescroller game where you were exploring a mining shaft or something and were hunting for some type of colored diamonds. According to my sister, one level atleast had a dinosaur at the bottom of the level for some strange reason, but I can't remember that part.

2nd game:
A friend of mine asked about this game so its even more vague but here goes. It was a 2d platform game type from early 90's or thereabout. not sure what platform but might be commandore. What he remembers best from it was him playing with a friend and spending most of the time just jumping around and hosing the other player down with water...
In addition you went around with an umbrella of some sort and could gather up rain or some sort into a buble in the umbrella.

And while someone look over these Im going to go back and see if I can help someone else :)

Do you remember if it was a isometric/top down race game or if it was viewed from behind the car ?
Also, do you have to kill all the contestants or just what you usually did to get first ?

Have a few different alternatives that I think it might be, but don't remember the names ontop of my head so want to know a bit more before I search them out.

Please anybody help me to find the game or at least tell me the name of a game That I am looking for. Ok I played that game at work ( break time ) on the PC in 1995-1996. Just remember not exact name something with " Tilex " "Tiler"???
Ok, screen, many small colorful tiles, 2 players or you could play w/ PC, so basically you click on the tiles and trying to color as many area you can, same thing does your opponent in order, like one step second step is opponent. So this much is explanation, as best as I could, sorry English is my third language, and thank you.

That so sounds like a game I remember.
It was something like 10x10 or 15x15 gameboard and you and your opponent started in opposing corners.
As you clicked a untaken square you changed those next to it too, so you had to think how to take those close to your opponents colored tiles as you would turn his (and without him having the posibility to do it back.

I've been searching for a little while now but sadly I can't for the life of me find the title of it.

Ok I'm currently looking for a game where you had little guys roaming on a map. The object of the game was to get the guys from the start point to the end point which they walked back and forth by themselves unless you gave them a command. you could make certain little guys do a command whether it be blow up part of a wall to make a path for the rest of the guys to get to the door which they needed to get to to end the lvl or to parachute down to do the same. Been looking for this game for a while now and help would really be appreciated.

Hey guys,

This is just killing me, and i have to find out.
so when i was 6-7, i played this game on my computer all the time.
i will try my best to describe as much as i can.
its a game like "putt putt", its sorta adventurous like it.
but putt putt seems like for smaller children than the game im thinking of.
you character is a car, it has a face. i THINK you start as a red car.

the story line i THINK is that you are doing missions to get ready for a big race.
some mini games you race in the snow, with other cars dodging obstacles.
one that stands out too me is you get to this creepy garage and you have to SHOOT GHOSTS with an oil squirter thing.
another main one feature about the game is you get to a part where you can spray paint the car!

colors like camo, you can put flames, and stuff.

please tell me if you can help. i will greatly appreciate it!!

I am trying to find a game that I remember my buddy playing in 1998 or 99. You played as a jester and ran around collecting coins. The levels were very bright neon colors. I don't know what platform it was on.
Pandemonium?

I'd like someone to refresh my memory, really want to check this game out again. I think it was on the SNES (thought it could have been on the Genesis, I don't remember) where it was a bit like Contra, but you were a bird soldier thing, and one of the bosses was a guy who turned into a Tiger, I think. I remember playing this a while ago, and really wanna play it again, but have no clue where to look! Someone help! D:
Alien Soldier?

Looking for a game that I only played from demo cartridge of a sega genesis system, basically what I recall is that its a side scrolling aircraft shooter, depending on how you choose to mount ur attachments as you get them ( either top or bottum) gave the weapon a different shooting angle or ability, the first level started u out in like a city setting , where at the end you kill a big robotic ship boss, the second level was like an old highway like dessert setting, an you fight a big green robotic frog looking boss that launches missles, It came on the same cartridge as blaster ( lil red dude with a blaster gun you could charge an shoot a big red ball) .......back on topic tho this game has a similar look to eliminate down but with no ability to control a humonoid.......very intense game an would love to figure out the name, any help would be great...thank you
The only Genesis game I remember allowing you to choose to mount weapons on the top/bottom of your ship and then angle them was Sol Feace... I don't remember a frog boss though.

I have two that I can't remember they are both for a computer/pc game. First one involves a side scroller style game play with heroes that use swords or magic to attack enemies... in one of the cut scenes to advance to the next level the heroes have to get on the back of a giant moving island that is actually a turtle! The second computer game is and educational game that uses math to solve problems but takes place in a cold type environment you use a character to move around and you can go around the village collecting crystals or diamonds...in one of the futuristic city environment you get up on a ledge that goes invisible and if you are not in the right spot you will fall off the invisible ledge. If you can get the names to these two computer games that would be great.
First game sounds like Golden Axe.

Hello there, I have a game which is quite hard to explain but I hope you guys can remember, as it was awesome!

It was a PC game in about 1998-2002 ish which was a RTS (Real-Time Strategy), the game was that you are a giant bird with a magnet and you picked up parts to build vehicles (tanks mostly) which were highly customizable and you could build them with as many parts as possible, the parts used to build vehicles with came out of a machine which was basically your base and you had to go use these vehicles you build to go destroy the enemy base

It would be so great if you guys could name it for me, as I can't think for the life of me what it was called.

If you need a little more detail about it feel free, I can recall some of the methods in how the vehicles were built (to build them you used the magnet to pick up the parts and put them on top of each of other to build your vehicle).
