I remember this game from the mid 2000s like 2005 or 2006 that dealt with you riding some elephant/mammoth type animal through a course. It was like a car test except with a large animal. I've been searching forever! Also another where you were in a car chase in an empty type city. They would chase you except there was no one to interfere with you. Please help me I've looked for these for so long!

I have another game too throw into the mix -

it was around 1995-1998, a medieval puzzle game were you are accompanied by a jester - you have the choice of different wooden doors that you have to go into and complete in order to progress.

You start the game outside the castle and you move in over the moat through a large wooden door and i think the doors had numbers on them - the graphics where terrible if i remember right.... it was in schools and was possibly on the same disc / time as the game "hover".

So yeah not alot too go on :S

any ideas ?
if it's the one I'm thinking of then it's called MindMaze and it was on Encarta, which probably explains why it was in schools. hope it's helped you out

I've been looking for this game for 10 years now.
-It is a RTS style game with outer space features.
-2.5D Graphics on the PC.
-The game only has a campaign. (I Think)
-There are 2 playable races.
Human (Or something similar)
Alien
-Both play the same and only have different looks and names.
(Human - House)
(Alien - Hatchery)
-I think resources are some kind of crystals or rocks which you built collection buildings on or around to harvest infinantly.
-One thing that was different to me was that Infantry units could shoot while moving, kinda like a tank turret.

-The maps you play on are like a planet connecting all the way around so there isnt an edge to the map.
-At the start of the game you have to destroy an enemy on your planet.
-After you destroy the enemy you get to build a Space Ship (Like a Mothership) and go to the next Planet / Level.
(I think the Mothership works as a HQ when placed on a planets surface.)

-Once you go to another planet you can still go to the previous planet and harvest resources, build units, and create
additional space ships like frieghters and fighters that can carry resources and units to other planets.

-The Space View is just a side view of the solar system which you can see your planets and any Space Ships traveling to
other planets.
-There isnt much for space battles since you cant control the ships in space.
-If an unarmed ship comes across a fighter its basicly screwed

Thats all that I can recall about the game since I didnt get vary far into it.

Hopefully someone knows about it.

So there's this game I remember playing on a Windows 95.

It's a 2D action platformer.
You control a lizard dude, who runs around in the jungle shooting enemies.
I think he has a laser gun.
At first you have to go underground and after that you have to climb high onto the trees to get over a sort of wall on the left. If you get over it, there's a bigger enemy.

I seriously hope someone knows what I'm talking about. I've been searching for this game for 8 years.

I'm trying to remember the game I played 10 years ago, and it's probably older than that. It was 2D and on the PC with a guy walking around on a snowy mountain, and I can't remember what the objectives were. But I do remember that you would go into this store which had a scale I think, probably to trade in the gems you collected? And I remember you'd go to the next level by going in a snowy cave and climbing up the ladder.

hey there-
I am on a wild goose chase for a game i played when I was 8 (1997?). All I can remember is that it was a sample cd from somewhere and it had two cats as main characters and mice throughout. Its a childrens PC game where they read a story and you get to play in every scene. There were mini games and such. At the end there was the 2 cats and a bunch of pipes or something and you had to figure out how to get the contraption to work. I know this is vauge and a long-shot, but any input is greatly appreciated :]

Okay so, this was an old PC game, it had to of been around 1995ish. It was a cartoon game where the kingdom was in trouble and you had to go around gathering the "knights" to save the kings. The blacksmith was a knight that could change into a key and there were a bunch of other knights from the "round table" i believe. That's really all I remember.
Could have been one of the many King's Quest games.

Check them out.

There was one where you played a boy who went to get his dog back from a shadow world.

Also, there was one where you were a guy who controlled little green aliens. Goo ones!

Hello everybody! Im looking for a game and hopefully somebody can help me out. There was a game in windows 98 (or 95) a space game. In it there was a space ship that you would have to navigate through somewhat of a maze. We could play diffrent levels in it and when the space ship speed up it couldnt speed down, but you could turn around and steer. and in it there were diffrent colour platforms that you had to land on. Some were safe but on others when you came your space ship blasted. I think there was also doors that you had to open up and go through. These are all the details that i remember. if any body knows the name of the game i would really like to know!! Thank You!

Hi! :) I used to play a game with my sister, and we remember it well since it was one of the few with a female protagonists we could find where we used to rent games. It was a mega drive/genesis and the protagonist wore a red dress (it looked like a traditional chinese dress) and had looped braids as her hairstyle. She also had a sword. As far as I remember (for I was very very young) the whole game was in japanese. I could be wrong, though. I am brazilian, so I couldn't know english being that young... might've been any language. o_O

Anyway, I've been looking for it the whole day and couldn't find a trace of it! :(

Any ideas?

Okay, so the 2 I found for myself were flashback, thanks to yahtzee, and shadowrun. Now, there is one in my head for I believe the genisis. It was called pagesus or something. It was a top down "shooter" from what I remember. Another is a mickey mouse game. That's all I remember about the mickey mouse one.

Bonus, there was a third, I only know a single scene from it involving a water fall on the SNES. Graphics were roughly same as crhono trigger since for a long time I thought it was chrono trigger.

Ultra bonus. Around 95 I believe was a game where you could build contraptions. A light shined through a magnifying glass would burn a rope dropping a weight on a lever opening a door to let a cat out to chase a mouse. It was things like that. I only ever played free build and would make things like bowling balls falling on some guys head as he walked to his house.

This is really really vague, but if anyone has the slightest idea what i'm talking about, I'd be very grateful.

I cannot remember the name of this game. It was for Windows 95 or 98. I think probably 98. It had this kind of sci-fi interface and a big screen with pre-rendered "wallpaper" environments that you could move objects onto with this round ball thing in the lower right of the screen. You could do all sorts of weird things with the objects and I remember there being very distinct and cool music. For some reason I also remember a dolphin.

I think you could add all sorts of these objects, like space ships and animals and stuff onto the scenery and you could add textures to them and kind of do like a "paint" type thing.

This game is most likely either The Incredible Machine, or one of the sequels.

Look familiar?
If it was the first, I have copies on a few floppies lying around I'd mail you. You know. If you want the physical game and all.

Found my account info for the forums just for this post. I figured since I just got a redirect from google and found the name of a game I've been searching for myself, might as well help a few others.
Not knowing a game from your past is like missing a few pieces of an old puzzle.

There's a game I can hardly remember, Its been driving me crazy for years. It's on ps1. It started with a cinematic, maybe anime. After that, you're in a cave and you can move huge stone blocks. You're a man with a sword and if a bat comes along, everything freezes and you can choose attack or defence I think and you can kill the bat. The graphics weren't good but I can't remember the game's name, please help!

HELP: I only remember fragments of the game.
The game I am looking for has an intro involving a floating island with an old man and a young man. The old man uses his staff to separate the island in half, causing the island they aren't standing on to fall down towards the planet covered in water. The young man jumps to the falling side to rescue a bird's nest full of chicks - or eggs - before jumping back onto the safe half.
The game play from my recollection was early final fantasy-ish but not quite. The cut scenes were animated anime. I recall another cut scene of the young man sneaking into a room on a flying spaceship of some kind and sneaking into a bathroom. In the bathroom the air was filled with steam and a nude woman was showering, although nothing was shown due to the steam. On the outside of the shower was a green parrot-like bird that warned the girl someone was watching her. I feel like the bird could speak normally but I can't remember that either. Anyways, she catches you and is close to beating the bajesus out of you but becomes your ally for some reason.
I remember during the actual gameplay there was a part of the game where you sneak onto an enemy's airship and have to avoid moving monsters (they looked like men in armor) to stay out of fights - or maybe you were avoiding them to not be seen?
I also recall temples or caves or something where you had to find ancient stones. Human civilization now lived on several different flying islands. The power of the islands were dying and the islands were beginning to sink. In order to keep these pieces of land mass in the air you had to find these stones. I think there is a cut scene that shows their creation. It involves several people in black cloaks or something. I really can't remember that much more and I have seen this question elsewhere but its usually not answered or people think its Skies of Arcadia - which it isn't.

P.s. I vaguely remember that after the cut scene you go with the old man, back to his house-like shack after crossing an old wooden bridge. I feel like this game was for the original playstation console.

I'm looking for 3 games but i don't remember too much:

1. I remember that we play 2 on 1 PC (splitscreen). We were cars (not real cars) and target was kill another one. I could shoot him or make some kind of trap.

2. Target was kill spiders. I remember 3 guns: crossbow, nail-gun and something like spray. On the end was big spider.

3. I played this game under linux. I was ball which was still jumping and I had to collect something and don't kill myself.

All 3 games I played about 10 years ago.

If anyone has some idea, plese help!
