Hi guys!

I've been searching for this game for a while, not sure if anyone can help me, since I remember very little about it.

The main character was a ginger tomboy-ish girl who rode on a skate board. All I remember is her skateboarding in an art gallery/museum and finding a word game on a globe, and having to complete the word game.

At one stage of the game you could choose where to go in the city, it was all displayed on the screen in with hues of dark blues and shadows. I'm being vague I know, haha sorry!

If it helps, the character had extremely short hair, just falling at her chin in a straight cut. Her eyes were just two black dots. I remember the transitions from one screen were of her skate boarding in front of background of blue/grey/black hues.

Also, when the character interacted with another character, you could choose what she said in a list of sentences that were displayed below her.

Thanks :D :D

Possibly one of the greatest threads on the Internet, and judging by its popularity over the years you all might be on to something... Fascinating how many of us have a desire to go back and finish something or experience a particular game again :) There are some legendary gamers here, and I think the people here will be able to help me far more than Google has at this point (have spent *hours* reading and researching)...

I too am looking for a game that I played in the school computer lab (after school waiting for my mom who was a teacher there). It must have been very late 80's to early 90's (before '93). The computer lab was mostly Apple IIe's I think.

Anyway, the game was an adventure I believe - the introduction had you out for a picnic with your robot (which I'm pretty sure was named EZ-4U, but I'm not going to promise that's accurate - a Google search brings up ONE other thread where someone mentions a robot by that name from an Apple II game, so it could be right). You get frozen by "bad people/things" - Your robot gets kidnapped, so you must explore a couple different planets to find clues to find/save your robot.

I think there's a "universe" map with about six planets or so, and you can select any of your choice. When you do so, it starts a "Lunar Lander" type sequence, where you have to navigate your spaceship through the atmosphere (past obstacles that are unique to that planet's theme - each planet had different obstacles). You start at the top of the screen, and there's a landing pad at the bottom.

Once you land on the landing pad, it starts the "adventure" section for that planet. You can click various parts of the screen to find clues or talk to people. You can leave the planet any time and go to a different one. All I remember is a "desert" type planet, and one of the lunar landing sequences had strange spikey ball things in the way (forget what color they were).

Anyway, I'm going to be incredibly impressed if anyone remembers this game! I've spent hours upon hours of searching, looked through all of the games on the Apple II emulator website (virtualapple2.org) and I can't find anything about it.

Hi everybody

I have been thinking for a while lately about this game I presumably played a demo of during the mid 90s (PC).
All I remember is blurry and dream-like, so maybe some of the features I'm describing are actually different; anyway as far as I remember it featured:

- first-person perspective
- middle-age/fantasy setting
- a sea-side cliff like level with narrow dangerous paths from which you could fall (that was the demo level)
- (unsure) ropes to climb
- (unsure) bow as a weapon
- (unsure) troll like enemies

I must admit that being Dark Messiah the title that made me recall of the earlier game, some of this things might have actually been unconsciously re-interpreted in my mind to fit the latter.

I want to state once more that this was an old game, but I can't really tell how graphics looked because when you're a kid every game look astonishing!

Thanks in advance!

My brother and I used to play this online game like 10 years ago. It was a free roaming rpg where you played as a weird guy, I'm pretty sure with red curly hair, and you ran around the australian outback. It was desert like and I remember you could box kangaroos and such. It was crappy 3d and I think it was in a series of games with it's own website. The name of it was the guy's name. I really cant remember anything else but this is driving me insane. His name might have been Eddie.

Probably Megadrive or SNES:

You're this caveman guy (with a tail?). At the start your girlfriend gets kidnapped by a witch or something and you get turned into a monkey. Picking up these little power up things turned you back to a human and any more after that would make you all super Saiyan-like.
The bosses were usually dinosaurs and you had a club for a weapon.

Was an awesome game and I'd know the name if I saw it...

I vaguely remember playing a rpg style game - all I can remember is that the main guy is able to transform into beasts/creatures (think there was something to do with a graveyard for them, maybe they were spirits that had been defeated.)
I'm also pretty sure that the main character goes on his journey accompanied by a girl..
That's all that I can really remember (There might have been a underground sewage tunnel part to the story if that helps anyone)
Sorry for the complete lack of detail but it's all I can remember.
Thanks in advance to any ideas or information.

Hola gringos!
I've been searching for this game for a lifetime now. It was a ps 2 action/adventure game where you had 4 playable characters; some white haired wizard, knight with a sword and a shield, some big guy with a hammer or axe and a girl who used fists as weapons if i remember correctly. You couldn't save the game at all if you died then it was over. I remember some of the places like a floating castle where was this ice queen boss or something like that and then there was this super hard boss named fallen angel. halp pls :d

Looking for a game i used to watch my friend across the street play , played it in the late 90's, it was a turn based game for the ps1, i believe ,with older graphics but the characters were still in a (pixel?) ish 3d form, with no faces. You controlled a avatar(person) who i think could be customized , you would move square by square on a futuristic/matrix type battlefield and items would appear on the battle ground and you would fight other computer players for the items that could later, after the battles, be given to your person, and some items could be seen on the person, like adding a hat covered hair and adding a trenchcoat added a coat like thing on the person. I believe there are many armor and weapons you could get, including guns. Believe there is a class system, because the word bounty hunter and cyborg are something i strongly remember in this game. I believe you also could level them up. If anyone knows of a game slightly like this i would greatly appreciate a name. Thank you.

So I stumbled upon this page whilst in the middle of a discussion trying to figure out this one game I played as a child, and definitely had to make an account. The details are a little fuzzy, but I'll try my best.

It was right around the time period of N64, but I do not remember which console it was on. It was a first-person shooter, with one specific monster group that comes to mind, in which the monsters were literally walking butts with legs, and that was it. I believe they ran around making farting noises. I don't remember the rest of the monsters, but I definitely remember those. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated as it is driving my crazy. Thank you.

Could be Shadow Hearts? That's what it sounds like to me. It was set around the 1900's but was full of modern tech and stuff?

I remember this game I played a long time ago with one of my friends. I believe it was for ps1 but it could have possibly been on xbox... What I remember from the game is playing as a female main character and ending up in a mall. I think it was mostly deserted. The only part I remember is approaching an old woman sitting at a table who suddenly stands up and turns into some sort of alien? Oh I also remember the main character taking phone calls on a payphone. Would anyone have any guesses as to what this could be? It creeped us out so much as kids!
Uhh that soooort of sounds like Parasite Eve 2. Bit of a Resident Evil style gameplay with a bit of 'magic abilities' thrown in. Blonde hair, blue denim?

Hi
A long time ago I played a game on my PC, that was similar to diablo except that you could not get equipment. Everything you could picked up was food such as bread, fish ... there was no massive killings as diablo but more strategy. You have to kill other wizards (AI) who played against you. I think that the game had multiplayer (not sure) but I'm sure that it had LAN. I think that in the first mission you crashed with a balloon/cepelin/plane one of these, at the beginning of second mission if you do not move you get struck by lightning. I remember only one spell frome the game, you put down a tower and out came the bees/wasps.
I hope someone knows what game I'm talking about. TY and sorry for my bad english.

okay I'm looking for....a game...........

You start out in a village and you guys are having a celebration of some sorts, your gradmother I think gives you this ring and you take it with you. You got outside the village near a cave like thing and his guy comes up to you trying to take the ring from you, he gets angry and kidnaps you, he takes you sells you as a slave and as a slave you are named Peeta by other kids and stuff one day you are sent to town to the tailor's or something like that and you go there and on your way back you see a young boy getting bullied, another slave, you/ your character gets angry and picks up a stick and uses mana on the bully and then you are taken to a school for mana and are trained in mana....this is all I can remember of this game and it makes me mad I cannot find it or remember the name of it because I really want to play it!

Ok, I remember this game being REALLY old. I think I first found it when I was like 6 years old or so on my father's computer (so about 10 years ago)

It was an RPG game - but what was interesting was the races you could choose.
Besides humans, you could also choose some kind of elephant, rat and feline anthropomorphic races ( I can't remember if there were more, probably lizards too)

Then you would find yourself in a village, it was 1st person from what i remember. Nearby there was some kind of swamp filled with carnivorous fishes. That's about all I can remember

Ok so there was this game I played and I can't remember what it was, but you looked down the sights of a gun sometimes and shot terrorists in the middle east :p

OT There was this turn based mega man game I used to play which I think was based on a mega man cartoon, and in the overworld you played as human boy who could plug his device into computers to control mega man. And you had to go to school and stuff

So there's this game I remember getting off Zango or something when I was way younger and didn't know much about the internet
I wanna say something like 7 years ago

The game was a sort of puzzle game, where you were looking top down, and you'd step on these things that would fire little projectiles, and the point of the game was to blow up a "bomb" at the end of the level, and I believe you needed a smaller explosive to get hit by a projectile to do that
One thing I can remember really clearly was that there was some sort of hot tile or something, that if you stepped on, you died, and then your screen would get a splash of George Foreman, with the text "You Got Grilled"

I can vaguely remember what everything looked like, and the graphics were something like super metroid level

If someone remembers this, it'd make my day :D

Second one sounds like megaman battle network to me
