Posted about this game over a year and a half ago. Time to try again since i haven't found it. Here goes.

It was an old pc game, i think DOS, that had a (red headed?) lady trying to solve some sort of mystery. It was a point and click style. I remember one part near the beginning that if you sat in a swing there was a hole in it and you got a game over for some reason.

Really can't think of anything else. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Another one i thought of was a pc game that had robots and you had to solve minigame puzzles in various areas to pass them. i remember having to do some sort of robot cooking in one level with oil. Not much else to go on sorry.

The lady in here is blonde, but the way you described it reminded me of Phantasmagoria. It came out for MS-DOS, Windows and Sega Saturn. Give it a try: http://www.myabandonware.com/media/captures/R/roberta-williams-phantasmagoria/roberta-williams-phantasmagoria_16.png

Omg I really don't remember the name of this game and I'd really appreciate if someone knew the name despite the low amount of details. xD

I played it almost 10 years ago like back in 2005 on PC, it was an open world game and you drove around in a car and you could shoot out the window and you needed to take down other cars who had a health bar I think. Pretty sure there were checkpoints you had to reach in time.
I also think there were trucks and hills you could jump across for stunts and stuff.

Hi!
I used to play a game a few years ago.
It's a 2D game and I think it has one of these three words ,,Heroes, call, fame" in it's name and it is similar to heroes of might and magic game series but graphics look almost like - HoMaM1 and HoMaM2 the most.
In this game u play as a warrior(man or woman) and u have about 7 square moves every in-game day. The goal is to do quests buy items defend castles and palaces and defeat enemies in order to get fame.Defeating some enemies unlocks new heroes that you can play with. When u walk into other standing people you fight them with your dick teleported into a little map, when you fight, every fighter in your army can attack one enemy each turn, you can recruit other people to your army so they would help you in fights (At beginning in your army you have a dog, two farmers and yourself). And when you die you have to play from the start again. The game is pretty much old, i think it is made after 2000 year and graphics are not totally pixel. I cant find it anywhere please help I will be very thankful! :/
PS.: HoMaM(1/2)- Heroes of Might and Magic (1/2)
Kings Bounty perhaps? The 1990 version, not the remake
Nah, that's not it. Anyway i found it my self its called: Heroes of War 1.11
I'm not surprised how no one could guess this game cause when I checked the game, It's really unpopular!
But the game is very interesting if you know how to play it!
Thank you and Doomgriever for helping me!!!

Nope that's not it. Though i have been meaning to try that game. The one im looking for was more of a straight up mystery rather than horror elements. I believe the title had a name in it but i could be completely wrong. The graphics i remember being pretty pixelated too.

Another one was a racing game, where you could pick a variety of riders each with different effects. One I remember was a beige monster of some kind that could use his tongue to eat other players.
Maybe MicroManiacs? It was a racing game where you could play as a variety of racers each with two special abilities, including "Maw Maw" - a pig-dog-chimp genetic hybrid whose two abilities were eating other racers with his tongue, and farting fireballs (the power was actually called "Fireball Fart").

Hi all!,

I've a game, played on psx.

The game is an RPG, you fight in open areas and you move square by square.

You're a guy which owns a Robot armor (blue color) and pretty powerful compared to the others present in the game. The game starts with the father, they together fight some battles till a fight against a guy which is trying to build or to find an Amor which was considered invincible (can't remember the name). The father dies against this guy...then the story changes according to your moves in the game :

1) you manage to find this epic weapon/armor/robot (don't know how to really define it) before this bad guy, which in the meanwhile steals your blue armor. Easy to kick his ass by the way.
2) the bad guy find the epic armor before and you fight against him in a very complicated battle.

I remember the graphic to be 2d when you move around the battle field, and to be 3d when you attack or are attacked. Also sometime they were starting animated action (during 3d fighting) which were part of the story (for example when the bad guy kills the father of the man character)

I can remember very well the game, but i really can't remember the name. Please someone help me :D

Thx

Hello everyone. I hope someone here can help me with the name of this game I played, maybe 15 years in the past.
It is a 2D, side-scroller (may be platform too, because you walk through castles that have multiple floors), in wich you play as a viking or similar kind of warrior, in a castle, and fight against alien-like creatures in the first level. In the second level you go through a place like hell, were there are creatures similar to an eye with bat wings.
I think there is no life bar, but the face of the warrior in one side of the screen, that becames more harmed as you are hit, until it turns in a skull when you die.
That´s all I remember, because y was too young and awkward to reach the next level ^^, but somehow it remained in my memories for all the rest of my life.
I appreciate any help you could bring me and would be glad to answer any question I can.

I've been trying to think of any game like this one, but I havent found anything. It was a 2d game where i think you had to activate some button and make the room turn. You could play with 2 people and have two bots I think. I can't remember much but I think it was on a demo disk with the first Tekken :/ Not much to go on but it's something
this game sounds like "blast chamber" to me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gk3LhRK8bpA

I have two games that I only remember some scenes of them:

1) there was a green frog, it was more like an adventure game, and it was like you were trying to find the other colorful frogs. You were passing a small bridge and then enter a castle-looked house...

2) you were a prince, you were in a forest and then you enter a cottage of a witch and you were trying to find thing befor she came and when she comes, you would hide behind the cottage and you have to find a parchment. If she sees you, she would turn you into a frog as I remember.

There was one more game that I couldn't remember but an orange truck and all I did was to search it on google images and after thousands of images, I found it but it isn't possible for me to find these two like that.

I am searching one game I saw and played at my friend's house, but I cannot remember it's name.

Well here are the facts I remember:
- It was a (horror) 2d rpg.
- The graphics looked like secret of mana, top view, I think.
- Gameplay similar to secret of mana (only melee, no magic, or I just used melee).

Now comes something about the plot:
You live in a village in which the villagers one after another fall asleep and having nightmares. They cannot wake up by their own and dont react - the only possibility to wake them up is your ability to enter their nightmare, fight their nightmare (and rescue them). Apart from that a (I think monkey-like) monster plans something evil and you have to stop him in the real world - maybe the monster has something to do with the nightmare as well.

- The first nightmare took place in a strange world (purple color scheme) full of slime monster with a huge slimeblob as boss.
- The hunter or lumberjack of the village has a nightmare in which the player has to fight a werewolf in the empty village.
- In one nightmare the boss is something called "dreameater" or something like that, a huge monster at the top part of the bossroom. It tries to suck in either the player or the character, who is dreaming the nightmare (in this dream you escort the dreamer).

I hope someone can recognize and remember this game, I really want to play this game again...

I have been trying to remember this game for years now. It is a text based PC game, probably late 80's, and all I can remember is the beginning. The player is trapped in some sort of tomb, and a fire breaks out. You must collect things and crawl into a crypt and close it before the fire kills you. You then become another player in the future, and find the tomb. If you didn't do the first part right, then you are screwed as many items needed could have been destroyed by the fire. I think it has something to do with druids, and is probably from the UK based on the spellings of words. I never could get very far playing this as a kid and I'd like to take another crack at it.

Ok I'm looking for a game in the mid 2000's for PC that was a turn based strategy. From what i can remember theres 4 marines (maybe mercenary) type guys that you play as you arrive by boat to an old factory type place. I think its invested with aliens(or some type of monsters) but your characters dont really know what they are fighting. I remember going into buildings like any other game and finding weapons. I would really appreciate help finding it.
That one sounds like XCOM but that came out in the 90's? If it was, they just made it again on the XBOX.

Sounds like The Colonel's Bequest. Sierra game in the Laura Bow series.
