Hello Everyone , I have 2 pc games from the 90's I am trying to remember.

1) This is a 3rd person action/adventure. The only points i recollect are that you are a knight of some sort ( kind of like the knights Templar). Might be wrong but i remember the character wearing armor and a white cape. The main point of the game was that you are infected or cursed and it is causing your character to slowly turn into a beast/monster. Taking damage also causes you to turn into this beast/monster.

2) don't remember much about this one apart from that its an adventure game. The only defining feature i seem to remember is that in the top left corner of the screen , you had this transparent cauldron into which you could drop items from your inventory and it would make the liquid in the cauldron change color. The cauldron also had a chain which you could pull and would cause the contents to be flushed away and be lost forever. I think the main character was female.

Any help would be appreciated
Game 2 pretty much is "Legend of Kyranida: The Hand of Fate (Book 2)" (1993)
By far my favourite of the series.

I made an account to try to get an answer to this. I keep remembering this game, but all I remember is this little guy:
http://www.pd4pic.com/images/snail-shell-trail-moving-slow-slime.png
That's just some kind of stock image, and reverse-searching gives me nothing. It might not even be the right snail, but it's at least really similar. I remember him inching across the screen with a gross sound. This probably would have been 2000s, maybe late 90s, some kind of little kids' game. I keep thinking Winnie the Pooh but that's not right. Help!

Edit: This would be a PC game.

Hey Everyone!

There was this old PC game that I used to play back in the 90's. I feel like it came on a CD with many other games loaded on to it as well, but this one was a 2d pixelated game played in 3rd person, reminiscent of an Rpg/dungeon game.
If I remember correctly, you started out in a village and worked your way through these dungeons and to eventually fight these hairy creature bosses. But to "fight" you literally just pressed the keyboard in the direction of the enemy. You could also shoot these green/blue and/or red fireballs to help damage them and you could pick up/dump your findings in this iconic looking gold pile. There was always this chance to find new enchanted/cursed armor but there was like no way of knowing it was cursed and trying new armor became the new bane of my existence.
I know this is a huge shot in the dark with a limited description but if anyone has any ideas on what this might be just let me know.
Thanks!

Hello guys!
Well it's not an old game, i played it ~2010 or later.
It's not 1st-3rd person view, it's like banished(how you see the characters). You are in a small island and you have 3-4 workers(like dwalves) and one swordman, generally everything seems like "minions". You gather wood and stone with the workers and build a house-castle(never finished one).At night something like monsters are coming and kill everything. You can get up in the bricks(or something like that)with your workers and your swordman can fight them but he can't win.You also collect blue energy and you can create more workers, swordmen or archers.
If someone know it please let me know. I 'm searching for days..

Hi!

This game might be a bit too obscure, and my very faint memories of it aren't going to help any...

I remember playing to death a Windows 3.1 strategy game around 1995 or so that featured a basic layout of squares (maybe hexes?) on a light-colored grid, possibly with some sort of designation for water or impassible terrain here and there so that there were definite chokepoints on the map. One side's territory and pieces were colored red, and the other blue, if memory serves me right.

I believe it was kind of a war game, but it didn't have any real-world military icons or graphics to go with it, so it was more abstract than what war gamers are used to today. This game very likely came from a Windows 3.1 game collection disk (possibly shareware), because I don't know where else I would have gotten it from, as nearly all the games I bought during that era were fancier, more well-known DOS-based games. My faint memory recalls the gameplay being fairly similar to the later Slay, though with a more abstract presentation, and I don't remember it having the unit stacking behavior that Slay incorporated. Any ideas?

The addition of a ton of Windows 3.1 games to Archive.org made me think about this one a lot this week. Thanks!

Not sure if anyone can find this game for me but here it goes..

Use to play day and night an old like 2D/16bit top down view RPG game for computer. early to mid 2000's. It was free to play download, online game with player vs player action. Different classes. If you died in certain areas you lose an item etc. and respawn in a graveyard. Some maps were Player Kill maps. Some weren't. and there was a player vs player arena. I remember you start off killing small lizards/sloths and soon work into a spider dungeon with a queen/king at the end. Collecting their drops to sell/build items. Eventually you find/create or buy gear from other players. I remember one of the hardest bosses was a small lizard wizard/king (he wore a wizard hat/cape) and he dropped a rare staff sometimes. There was also like a lava king boss. Eventually you could get a rare staff/spell that you can change your character skin into monsters in the world... for the life of me i cannot remmeber the game and was hoping to see if it was still out there..

thanks in advnaced..

Hail Gods of Gaming knowledge!Heed my pitiful calls for help, and rid me of this question that is driving me insane!

I was born in 1984, but grew up in South Africa during the time of international sanctions. I played the game around 1990, but it was almost definitely released a few years before that. At this time, seeing pc's Alley Cat was pretty normal. This was pre "Stunts".

The game was a 2D RPG of sorts, that was only in 2 colors. Much of the game had you in caves, 3 or 4 stories deep (donkey kong style). You could see more than 1 level up or down, on the screen. The 2D hero character had a shield that kind of looked like a beer mug, and when he swung his sword it kind of looked like he was swinging a feather. One of the stronger enemies was a female ghost that blew kisses at you. I remember once finding an exit that took me to a 2D town.

This was played on some kind of pc, and I remember the owner calling me over one day to see the new mouse he had gotten.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Alright, I hope someone can help me, I've been looking for these games and never found them, not even a single written line about them.

The first one is a futuristic racing game where you pilot some sort of cristal like, or at least I believe so, hover bikes. Not much to say other than most of the bikes had different color schemes, it's a racing game with a futuristic theme, you can't get more simple than that. Also, most of the racing tracks were on space stations and such.

The second one is a platforming game where you play as a red squirrel that collected nuts I believe, it had bad 3D graphics, horrendous controls and terrible camera, making it really damn hard. You started in a small platform on the ocean, and had to jump to the other platforms in front of you until you reached a bigger island that had a tower in which you had to reach the top. That's the best I could ever go because of how hard the game was due to the camera and the controls.

The third is a very low poly 3D racing game, the tracks were low poly, and the cars were low poly as well, and everything, or at least almost, had flat texures. The game changer here, is that the tracks were whole maps that you could fully explore and completely ignore the race, all of them were offroad tracks, so you would found yourself driving through hills and mountains, with everything looking blocky as hell. And the cars had a very deep damage system for such an old looking game, you could crush the hell out of your car with falls or hitting stuff at high speeds

And the last one is another low poly 3D game, but this one had better textures, it had an isometric-ish camera, all the characters looked like chibis, they had stubby arms and legs, you played almost entirely in dungeons, it was a hack'n slash game too, I believe. That's about all I can remember from the game.

Played all on PC.

Much appreciated to anyone who can give me the name of those games.

Hello all,

In the 90's, I remember playing an MS DOS fantasy game. You started out as a prince or a king who's family is kidnapped (I think) you start out in a house in the forest and you are given a talisman or something from a wizard. eventually you make your way through the forest to town where you can buy things at a bakery or a tailor (buying a cloak stands out for some reason along with searching and looting). I remember one scene early on, you talk to a talking tree by a pond/oasis. A bit further on, the landscape changes to the desert and you get attacked by a group of bandits.

Not much to go on, but hopefully someone can help.

Thank you!

This was from a while back, and I haven't been able to find any trace of this game.

It's an old title, for the PS1.

All I can recall is that it was 3D, you drive some kind of mech-tank around with a 3rd person view, and the tank could change it's method of movement between tank and quad-leg which I think allowed it to jump? The setting I remember was a really large cave.

Signed up just to see if someone else can remember or find this.

OK so I've been searching for days and days about this old 90's PC game I used to play. I don't rememeber much of it but it's like a factory or a shop with machine for little monster or chickens not sure lol so people would come knocking on the door, sometimes it's a giant and sometimes it's something else and they'd be like "I would like red hair and orange shoes" something to that effect, anyway, they would ask for a a specific little monster/chicken and you would have to dress them up and make them. in the factory you had lots of options like hats with polka dots or stipes, shoes, I think there was scarves too.

I know my description is bad but that's all I can remmember to be honest.
