Well, I'll try again. This is an arcade game of the late 80's, early 90's, more or less typical sidescroller action game, where you could use several vehicles, anything from bikes to robots, and when your vehicle was destroyed, you'd control a tiny human sprite with just a gun.

Hi everyone,

I've been searching for years to find this certain game I used to play on PC.

It was an MS DOS shooter type of game, very similar to doom and blood, etc, with the graphics looking very much like rise of the triad. My most vivid memories are being in some sort of science building and there's a scientist working on an alien - who then jumps on and kills the scientist, smashing the glass. This is the intro to the game if I remember correctly.

There's a subway/metro type area too and as far as I can remember, not all enemies are aliens, they're human too.

There's a variety of weapons to use from pistols to an electric claw type weapon.

I hope this rings a bell for someone, I would be eternally grateful!
Bumped! Any help?
It sounds like Half Life. Although it's not a MS Dos shooter, it matches the description perfectly. It was the first game where the enemy (soldiers who try to hush up the failure of an experiment) has some AI by taking cover during an assault.

Maybe the Chronicles of the Sword mode from SoulCalibur III? I vaguely recall something similar for PS1, but I don't play enough fighting games to remember.
Yes! You are right, thank you!

Sounds Half-Lifey, but with Doom graphics? Could be Corridor 7. Though no scientist-thrown-through-a-window + human enemies in that game, but uses the same engine as Wolfenstein 3D.

The first I remember playing it at the same time as Rodent's Revenge, Pipe Dream, Chip's Challenge, Jezzball and other games in the Microsoft Entertainment Packs. It is a sidescrolling platformer where you play some kind of young vampire kid. I don't remember much other than that unfortunately.
Weirdly, for such a niche topic, a very incomplete list exists on Wikipedia [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_vampire_video_games].

The closest game to the era + genre + platform (I'm assuming MS-DOS/Windows '95) from that list would be Night Hunter. You can change into a wolf or bat, apparently, which seems remarkably similar to Legacy of Kain...

A somewhat random guess, but... maybe Metal Slug predecessor Gunforce 2 [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L2KP4rjACXQ]?

This PC game is First person shooter but you dont move in it,its about defending a fortified beach from enemy army, the game looked 3D BUT you cant move in it! You can only fire your machinegun and i think there are other weapons.
The enemy armies you face looked like 1960s/1980s millitary technology.
The uniform infantry wore was yellow, simmilar to european/american soliders in desert.
The first levels you only start facing a few transports filled with boats of infantry, the infantry die fast to your machinegun, once infantry closer to you they start shooting and some start trowing grenades.
After a few levels against infantry the game gets harder, you start facing tanks who are on transport and start landing, they are really tough and you also start being attacked by helicopters, helicopters arrive at the same direction ats transports but then once they get close they start circlesling
around you and shooting you, since you cant move you must shoot them aswell, later levels you start facing enemy planes, they act a bit same as helicopters but are much harder, they are really fast and they can escape in the clouds once they fire into youI have never beaten the game but the furthest i made it is when you also start facing large bombers who drop a ton of bombs on you if you dont shoot them fast enough, you face so many enemies in that level(i think theres also APCs in the game not 100% sure).
Although you cant move, you can still look around, you cant see yourself in this game.
The background where enemy come from was a sea filled with few small and big ships, tgey are just background detail though.
The game had decent graphics for its time and realistic sound effects, idk when it was released but i played it around 2005-2009,but pc technology in my country wasnt so popular so who knows when it was released
Thanks!
Possibly one of the later games in the Beach Head series?
Yep,thank you so much :3

Similar in style and graphics, but that's not it. You play as either a young vampire boy or a kid dressed as a vampire for halloween or something. Sorry I don't have more to go off of but it was a long time ago.

There was a game I remember playing around 2000-2006 on the PC where you were this black robot walker with weapons on the side of its head (looked very similar to the Raven mech from mechwarrior); pressing the spacebar (I think it was this button) made the robot transform into a flying mode where its legs went up into its body. I remember playing on some sort of sand map, shooting infantry and other vehicles etc.

I also have a vague memory of what I think was the same game - a red, pointy and alien-like hovering ship that could also transform, this time it opened outwards and formed what looked like an aerial weapon of some sort used to bombard the ground below (again, I think). I also remember having to point and click to move the flying vehicle transformer thing.

I've been looking all over for this game for years, and I know my info isn't much to go off but if anyone could help me it'd be fantastic.

PS. From my memory, I remember a name - "Trans" (or "Tranz"), however upon searching the internet for this I have had no luck, which could mean I am mistaken. Good luck!

There is one game that my brother and I have searched for repeatedly for years. It's western themed, simple graphics (don't remember if it was early PC or Amiga), and arcade gameplay. There was an overland map, but not one where you could see very far, and when you entered a location it would turn into a sideview almost platformer. Probably only one screen per location. You entered from the right, and some guy on the left would always start shooting immediately. I remember the game as very hard. We called it 'Dusty', but that probably had nothing to do with it's real name.

Does anyone remember the computer game from the late 90's (I remember playing it on the school computers in elementary school before going out to the bus) where you could play as a female roller skater (dressed in purple I think) and you had to squash all the green slugs that were in your way as you jumped on platforms and rolled on your way to the end of the level.

I know it is not a lot to go one, but that is all I can remember and it keeps bugging me.

Thanks in advance!

Hi, I've searched this game for months but I didn't find it.

Years ago (between 1996 and 2006) I played a game on my computer. I was an archer and I had to kill animals and persons. Both were hidden and were appearing sometimes. The game was like this (it was a side scrolling game):

This photo is not the game, the game I'm searching looks like this:

I think you can choose a character (a girl, knight, sir)...

I don't know if the game is about Robin Hood, you can move it from left to right and viceversa.

It's similar to this game, but killing animals that were hidden.

One game I cannot think of but I remember having was this game of a young girl and boy. Maybe they were brother and sister and they were in this dark maybe haunted house and all they had that I remember was flashlioghts. The cd cover was some type of green and purpele. It was an over the top game so I know a lof of people wont remember it.

Another one I remember was on the PC with the main character being a woman with blue hair. And she had a friend that was a guy and a robot that was helping her. The battle system was turn based and you had to jump from one place the next. Also it had something to do with blue reactors or something that as well. I know not much info to put on these games but I hope someone figures them out.

Thanks.

I don't know about the first one, but the second one is everyone's favorite RPG-starring-a-blue-haired-girl-that-nobody-remembers-the-name-of: Septerra Core.

I remember playing this game around 2007, maybe 2006. It was a first-person sci-fi shooter for either the Xbox, ps2, or windows xp. Your primary assault rifle could be placed down as a turret and I believe the helmet your character was wearing had an ai in it, I think the gun had an ai aswell.
