I wholeheartedly agree with Skull Kid and Geno. However, I will not accept Skull Kid unless his final smash is Moonfall. It just makes sense.

Secondly, they need to have all three Links. Young Link, however, will be the same character as Adult Link, like Sheik/Zelda and Zero/Power Suit Samus. Young Link's final smash, similar to Zero Suit Samus', is to draw the Master Sword and become Adult Link. For extra lulz, Navi will be shown hovering about during the cutscene, and be swatted away as the sword is drawn.

Ganondorf will be given an original moveset, based on sorcery (i.e., projectiles), but using his sword for melee attacks. His final smash turns him into Ganon, giving him a lot more physical strength, but making him much slower (closer to his Brawl moves, but with increased damage). This transformation will last until he is next K.O.'d. Ganon will not be selectable at the start of a fight, as he's basically just a power-up.

Actually, I take back what I said about there needing to be all three Links. There needs to be FOUR. That's right, I want Wolf Link. For ranged attacks, Midna can throw shadow projectiles. Their final smash will be the area attack you had to use to kill those monsters that have to die at the same time to stay dead. You know the ones. Midna does the thing where she colors the whole stage black, and then Wolf Link pounces on every enemy player at lightning speed. Just TRY telling me that wouldn't be epic. I can already hear the announcer's voice in my head:

TOON LINK!
WOLF LINK!
...And then one of the players is like, "Oh come on! We ALL picked a Link?", and another goes "Why the hell would you pick Toon Link? He sucks!" and then they'd pick a stage and fight, and Wolf Link would win because he's THAT AWESOME.

Ooh, thought of a moveset for him.

B: Contradiction: A shield similar to Peach's Toad move or Mario's cape; whips out a piece of evidence to block attacks, deflect projectiles and turn opponents around
Left or right+B: Press: Shouts "HOLD IT!" and slams fists on the ground like he does with his desk, knocking back opponents around him slightly; "HOLD IT!" speech bubble knocks back opponents it hits for mild to moderate damage
Up+B: Objection!: Shouts "OBJECTION!" into the air and rides the speech bubble up like Snake's Up+B attack
Down+B: Magatama: Uses the magatama to stun opponents; maybe, if timed just right, can be like a Jigglypuff sleep attack and cause massive damage

Final Smash: Verdict: Puts all opponents in area on the "stand"; the Judge appears and hands down a random verdict of Guilty or Not Guilty: if Not Guilty, food and other goodies rain out for Phoenix to pick up while the others are still stuck for a small to moderate amount of time, like with Peach's or Kirby's final smashes. If Guilty, all opponents "on trial" are KO'ed or take heavy damage.

I like this, but I'd suggest a minor change - for the Guilty verdict on the final smash, have the Judge do 3 pounds with the gavel, each one aimed at a random player 'on trial'

Or maybe Midna in her true form using the Twilight Mirror to do a kind of Zelda Arrow of Light move. Neither probably make sense but this was just off the top of my head.
