Silent Running or Fortune Finder... 'nuff said I belive. No footstep noise or more money on the ground. Either way it's effective in reality.

I would love to have the lady killer perk for obvious reasons. However, scrounger would be great for all those times I'm hungry, but don't have enough change to get something from a vending machine.

Explorer. Then I can travel to locations marked as "large deposits of rare earths/loads of money/Blackbeard's treasure"

...though I might wish for a more combat-friendly perk to deal with the last one. Just to be safe.

Problem gone.
It would be pretty hard to defend against those murder charges.

It'd probably be a toss up between Animal Friend 2 and Master Trader.

Animal Friend lvl2: No animals will attack you and wthey will come to your aid in battle.
Master Trader: All items cost 25% less.

I gotta say tho, Nuclear Anomaly suuure is tempting. :D

I'd go for a perk from a proper Fallout game: Gain Charisma. It would be pretty damned useful. "Almost Perfect" exists in a game universe where your SPECIAL characteristics don't mean all that much.
Is it cold up there on your high horse? :p

As for myself, probably Animal Friend or Adamantium Skeleton. Maybe Wacky Wasteland from new vegas, as it'd make life a real trip.

that strikes me as impractical seeing as you'd have to be nearly beaten to death for it to work

I'd probably go with Almost Perfect, just to be efficient if unoriginal

Either the Silent Runner or Jury Rigger perk, you have no idea how useful Jury Rigger perk is if your constantly repairing your equipment.

Hmmm Already have night person, Quick learning and silent running. So its a toss up between almost perfect and lady-killer. Ahh to be awesome and lonely or crappy but well loved? Tis it not the age old question?
