I wouldn't consider kissing to be called oral sex though, with tounges maybe shouldn't be a public thing but I won't go as fas as to say it's on par with actual oral sex.

I was wondering how long it'd take for someone to point out why oral rape doesn't happen.

And as for the question, kissing does not constitute oral sex. Forcible kissing would be sexual harassment though, or possibly indecent assault.

I think if you actually did have oral sex (real oral sex) with someone without their consent, then yeah, that would be a form of rape.
However if you kissed someone then no, I wouldn't class that. That's sexual harassment at best, but most people don't tend to feel 'violated' after being kissed unwillingly.

Could CPR be considered oral rape as well then? If someone is kissed on the mouth but is a virgin, does that mean that they aren't a virgin anymore?

granted, but most people after about the age of 15 know basically how sex works, and that kissing isn't sex. It's fine if someone doesn't, but it's still unlikely.

Eh, there's no real reason to feel so bad about it. An oddity, sure, but trust me, I've heard worse.

Piece of advice, though? Try and be at least a bit more social. It'll help you out later in life.
