i was in a gamestop, and this 12 year old boy was buying Red Dead Redemption. and the clerk, a friend of mine and me looked at each other as the mother okay-ed is even being told direct that there is nudity, heavy racism, drinking, smoking,(possibly drugs), sexual scenes and themes, a lot of cursing and more. and then i said (not sure if this is true, but) that there are frequently body parts being shot off, and blood spurting from their body, and she responded, i SHIT you not, "well THAT i don't care about."

i'm like HE'S FUCKING 12!!! and he claims that all his friends already have it, AND THEIR FUCKING TWELVE TOO!!!!

he ended up buying it. and i'm still pissed.

Oh well, he'll realize later on in life during the long days of his job as a check out guy at the supermarket that his mother really didn't love him.

How do you figure? I played GTA3 when I was 12 (or whatever. Probably younger, to be honest), and I'm going to college to be an engineer.

There's a BNP stand that's almost always in front of the local HMV(Films), GAME(Computer games) and W.H.Smiths(Comics). Given that being a big nerd I like Films, Computer games and Comics... I have to hear there shit every time I walk past. I'd say that's enough for you to need to hear... OT: I had some soccer mates start an argument at a game, insult the other team and then taunt the other team for a fight. I knew all too well that they didnt have the balls to actually fight.

I even tried to convince the other team to fight, just so the dickheads on my team would get what they asked for.

Another thing. I may have my issues, but im a loyal person to my friends, if i truley feel like were cool, i have your back and your important to me. Cheesy i know, but its true.

For the most part, my friends are all sort of indvidal of eachother (they may know each other through work or school, but were not a group) But i do have one group of friends through a group im in (not a cult or anyting). I think that i get along with all of them, and i would consider them friends, and as stated above i value them. The group in itself gets along well due to pretty much everyone knowing eachother for a long time (as opposed to me only being there for a year). And they seem to be close. But there is one person that, when shes around everyone gets along with, but when shes gone the other people sort of dump on her (more than anyone else in the group by a long shot). IT bothers me because: a) The people saying things are my friends, b) the person theyre talking about is a friend, c) i will not lie, i really like this person. Shes a nice person whos really friendly and possitive and that, but i think she has a bit of emotionaly issues and frequent relationship problems, stuff youd talk about granted, but the amount that they dump on her behind her back, then change faces when she is there honestly bothers me.

Granted, they atleast dont bother her directly (as far as i know) and as far as she knows its all good. But its just against my nature to be so 2-faced with people, atleast in this way.

And yes, knowing you guys. Ill answer the 2 inevidable questions.

1. She is attractive, like, a 7.5.

2. She seems to have an issue with obsessiveness over current/ex boyfriends. Ill admit, the couple things ive heard are pretty weird stuff. But being someone who has issues dealing with control and that, so i dont like to mock people who have similar problems as me. Also, she may have had oral sex with a guy once. But considering how frequent teen sex is in my community and culture is like hating on someone for vandalizing a poster in the middle of a warzone or something.

Its Racist but its also funny. There is a difference between being racist and saying racist things. Do not think for a second that other races do not say racist things (not saying that you do). I have friends from many races, we all make fun of each others race to the other persons face. We are not racist.

Well, duh. I'm commonly made fun of by my friends for being Jewish, which is a race, but I make fun of myself too. I'm just saying that, out of the blue, without any major context and only hearing that small snipit of the conversation, that person comes out as a complete idiot who knows nothing about how racism works. He may have been joking, but I guess I'll never know. That's the issue with overhearing conversations.

I always dread family gatherings, and thus always attempt to bring adequately distracting music, because the majority of my family is so ridiculously racist. I ALWAYS hear the words "those people" and "people like that" thrown around like confetti, when they don't decide that subtlety is for other people and simply use "raghead", "*****" and "the blacks". It might be a bit better if they realised what they were doing, but they honestly don't seem to understand that they're being racist.

Well this might not really connect with anyone who isn't somewhat familiar with 4chan and it's "memes" but I always get angry whenever I overhear two 14 year olds talking about how much they relate to FBF (Foul Bachelor Frog) and how many funny pictures they got from the site.

I wasn't referring to your incident, I was referring to the misuse of the word in general. Me and my friends will occasionally make jokes at each other's expense, or even joke about each other's race, but that doesn't mean we despise one another, or are racist. Especially since the folks involved don't give a damn. I might say a joke about a black guy, an asian guy, and a white guy, but since I'm not about to go out and forcefully segregate people, or commit a hate-crime, or have no ill-feelings towards the minorities out there, I wouldn't think I am racist. Man, I went way off topic there. BACK TO THE TOPIC. I do not believe that Jewish is a race unless that person has descendants from, or is from, Jerusalem. That'd be like me calling myself European because I am Catholic. It's just not true.

Anyways, I'm off to bed. Got a 40K Apocalypse game tomorrow and I gotta be up for 10.
