I tend to think the power of the MIRV is quite neatly countered by the fact that there are, in fact, a limited number of mini-nukes in the game. I don't think it appears in any leveled list and thus the only ones you can get are the ones in the game world.TestECull said:I would have to say the Experimental MIRV from Fallout 3. But hey at least the player is on the firing end, so it's the good kind of OP.
As far as MP goes, I don't play online very much. I normally find it boring. If I had to say anything was OP I'd say the dead ringer in TF2, if only because you think you got a kill and can't find the still alive spy.
I would be inlcined to agree with you ifIron Mal said:Sorry for the double post.VanityGirl said:Before they fixed it the model 1887's in MW2 were SO stupid. They still make me mad.
The only real problem that people had with the 1887's was a) they could be duel wielded (still an issue) and b) that they actually had a realistic range for a shotgun (as in, they have an effective range long enough to actually make them a legitimate threat outside of punching distance).
It is weird that in MW2 it is entirely possible for a shotgun to be outranged by someone using Commando.

Oh man I love that weapon combo! But there is a way to counter it. Pick Scout, outrun him, blast him with the Scattergun. Go back to step 2, rinse and repeat.FreelanceButler said:I know it's not technically overpowered, I just can't counter it because I suck, but it doesn't change the fact that it pisses me off!
It being The Axtinguisher [http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Axtinguisher] from Team Fortress 2.
Put this in the hands of a skilled Pyro and, especially with that new feckin' Degreaser, you're just scared to go around any corner even in your own base.
Doesn't help that I have a friend who enjoys using the "Puff and Sting" strategy on me just because it annoys me.
Rarely does it to anyone else, just me. I hate my friends sometimes...
Agreed, 3 shots across Hang 'em High and that's all she wrote. Also the shotgun rapes at close range in Halo 1.seanez said:The pistol from the original Halo. You could place a bullet neatly between someone's eyes......from the other side of the galaxy.
As if I wasn't overpowered enough...G-Jizzle said:The gun that you could win in the Redcliffe shooting range was much better. It fired as quickly as you could pull the trigger,no reload time. Auto aim takes care of the rest.Rex Dark said:Both of the weapons and the magic my Fable 2 character wields and the character itself.
The weapons are a Master Cleaver and a Master Turret Rifle from Knothole island, with 4 augmentation slots, both heal me on every hit and both give me gold on every kill (as if I don't get enough of that stuff from landlording), I can't really remember what the other augments did, maybe do more damage.
As for the spells and the character, everything is just maxed out...
you do know that if you keep spamming the flamethrower you'll burn a spy cloaked by dr right?Scout Tactical said:I dunno why you're complaining. ps i am a spy (no lie)
I play arena, which is the skill game mode. Dead Ringer spies are so annoying.
To be fair an AT rocket up the backside or a well timed helo attack makes this the biggest target on the battlefield. That's what made that game so great in multiplayer. but yeah driven by AI you better have some support with you.MattyDienhoff said:The M1A1 Abrams tank in Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis.
It's the strongest vehicle in the game -- significantly stronger than the T-80, its nearest Soviet equivalent, and they're usually deployed in groups of four. There's very little that can stand in the way of that much firepower.
Basically, the only things that pose a threat to an Abrams tank platoon are minefields and aircraft (such as attack helicopters and jets), and you rarely come across either in the official missions.
Fortunately, since most of the game is spent playing as an American or someone allied with the Americans, you don't have to go up against Abrams tanks very often.
That's what makes them great. Here's a short manual for proper RYNO usage in three easy steps:laonta said:DazBurger said:
Please watch the intro to the weapon.
Then fast-forward to 01.00 where you will see the weapon in action.
And please notice the soundtrack changing when it fires...
the Ryno series of weapons from ratchet and clank there built to hurt and once u got one its hello easy mode mainly this bad boy the Ryno V from crack in time i agree with u completely
You didn't even have to necessarily hit your target. You could hit like a foot away from them and still tear them in half. Pretty lame.TheYellowCellPhone said:The AWP in Counter-Strike.
