Westwood Studios got vored and closed by EA and then the Westwooders left EA and founded Petroglyph to escape the moneymilker fiends. Apparently some stayed behind (like Frank Klepacki, who totally sold out).

its lucasarts and some other studio, i think the one who did HAZE.
meh, pandemic could never make a sequel as good IMO as their original(s) examples being mercs, battlefront, and Destroy all humans.
so i guess i'm not that surprised.
saboteur will likely be finished and released, though, maybe.

Goodbye Pandemic, I salute you.

Your Battlefront and Mercenaries games will remain my favorite.

Battlefront showed that a studio other than Bioware can make an awsome Star Wars game, and Mercenaries showed that bombing the hell out of communist countries is the greatest joy of all.

Yeah, Free Radical, the creators of Timesplitters, were making Battlefront 3, then the studio got bought by Crytek.

Knowing Lucasarts and their fetish for milking the hell out of Star Wars, we may still see a Battlefront 3... hopefully.

Wow. Didn't see this coming. I thought they were doing some alright stuff. At least not losing money... Pandemic have been one of my fave studios for a while now. Battlefront, Mercenaries, Full Spectrun Warrior. And I was really looking forward to the saboteur. Suppose we'll all just have to buy it now to prove EA wrong. Haha. Bloody EA...
I suppose we should leave Lord of the Rings: Conquest out of this discussion...
