This may be a selfish thread, but whatever. So, I've already played Fate, Fallout 1, 2, 3 and new vegas, Fate, Demigod, Torchlight and thats about it. I'm just looking for other good rpgs on the pc. I don't care too much about graphics, but I don't play text adventure games. Please and thankyou.

The Witcher, Oblivion, Dragon Age: Origins, Mass Effect 1 + 2, and probably a lot of others.

I'd define the series as more of an Adventure Shooter, actually. They just don't seem to have enough RPG elements to get that classification.

That said though, they're both awesome games. Definetely on my top five of shooting games.

Yes, and to add to this, Baldur's Gate, Arcanum, and Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines.

And patch the latter with the Unofficial Patch, it's of vital importance if you want a playable game.

Well, most good PC RPG's have already been mentioned. Vampire, Planescape, Arcanum, Deus Ex, Oblivion and Morrowind, etc etc etc. With the games already mentioned you can keep yourself busy for months, neigh, years.

My suggestions:
-Baldur's Gate I, II, and ToB: Older RPG series but worth while if you're interested in a challenging D&D format game in the Forgotten Realms.
-Mass Effect series: Bioware RPG set in the future. It seemed long to me, but I do have a relatively short attention span. If you're interested in the Bioware formula then this should be a good game.
-Dragon Age: Another Bioware formula game, good fun though and lots of fun character tidbits.
-Diablo series: Not the strongest storyline but definitely good fun for hack and slash.
-Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines: A rather unique RPG in that you gain exp by completing quests rather than killing huge amounts of foes.

Anything by Bioware, particularly Mass Effect 1 and 2, Dragon Age: Origins, and KoTOR. Also, if you enjoyed Torchlight, then check out Diablo 2 as well.

Well, i'm happy to see people already named most of the RPGs i wanted to name. I would like to add Vampire the MAsquerade: Redemption (the first one, before Bloodlines).

Not to repeat anyone, you can also get Winter Voices (from Steam or their official web side), a really good episodical indi RPG (keep in mind, only one episode is available at the moment. It's different than most RPG's in the good sense (dialoge tree's are based on character;s emotions rather than moral choices, the combat is fairly unique).

In no particular order

Baldur's Gate series (400 + hour epic)

Icewind Dale series (Similar to above but with greater focus on combat)

Neverwinter Nights (Similar to Icewind Dale but smaller party size. Remembered mostly for its mod community)

Neverwinter Nights 2 (Better than the first in my mind for most of the game. Weak ending is compensated for in the brilliant expansion)

Morrowind (It's ugly. It's crude. It takes awhile to get lost in. But it is perhaps the greatest sandbox game ever made in spite of it all).

Oblivion (Same as above, but shinier and smaller in most respects. More polish and fidelity harmed the game in the opinion of many)

Fallout 3 (GOTY includes all the expansions. Similar to Oblivion)

Planescape Torment (Probably the best CRPG ever produced. It isn't pretty even with mods that make it a bit shinier but the game tells an incredible tale and the characters seem oddly alive considering most of them are dead).

The Witcher (The story, characters and character agency are stellar. Sadly, the game often resorts to silly fetch quests and useless grinding to fill time, especially in the early part of the game. Still, it features an active combat system that has a nice balance of player skill and character skill involved)

Diablo 2 (An action RPG. Click your mouse a billion times an hour. Collect loot. Somehow, this game consumed hundreds of hours of my life).

Gothic (Notable mostly for creating a world that actually seems like a world full of people rather than a world full of robots).

Dragon Age Origins (The best comparison is probably Neverwinter Nights 2 or Icewind Dale. Excellent voice acting and character work. Competent action and design all around).

Deus Ex (An FPS/RPG hybrid. I should warn you that if you didn't like the systems in Alpha Protocol you certainly won't care for them in Deus Ex)

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines (Similar, in terms of systems, to Deus Ex. Incredible story. Excellent characters and voice acting. Community made patches resolve most of the rough patches).

System Shock 1 and 2. (the first might take some effort to run but it is worth the effort. The sequel is absolutely brilliant, if more than a bit ugly by modern standards).

Mass Effect 1&2, Dragon Age: Origins, Pretty much anything from Bioware you can get your hands on. Fable: The Lost Chapters is pretty good, as well. MAYBE S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl and/or Call of Pripyat, but to me, they seems like an acquired taste. If you do end up going that route, I'd reccomend downloading the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Complete 2009 mod for SoC. Fixes a lot of bugs, redoes the engine and lighting, makes the NPC's seem less retarded because they're not spouting the same line every 3 seconds, etc.
the only things i could add to this would be bioshock and the elder scrolls games.

Planescape, sure. Deus Ex? NO. Morrowind, yes. System Shock, never played. 50% accuracy. I'd say that's acceptable. :p
Are you seriously arguing that Deus Ex isn't an RPG? I mean, 'not good' is subjective, if that's what you mean by 'NO', but if Planescape is an RPG then so is Deus Ex. Stats? Check. Skills? Check. Multiple conversation options? Check. Branching gameplay? Check. Multiple ways of advancing, through stealth, combat, and hacking? Check. Hells, it even has side missions. Deus Ex is all kinds of RPG.

Deus Ex is GOD. Why is it most games come nowhere near that amount of awesome despite the fact it was made 10 years ago?

Anyone who hasnt played Deus Ex: The Nameless Mod needs to do so right now.

...like RIGHT FREAKIN NOW MAN! INCLUDING OP!

Oh yeah and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is brilliant but a little rough, I cant stop mentioning that game.
If you give the original a go you need either Oblivion Lost mod or Complete 2009 mod.
CoP is fine without mods.

Well, I've been ninja'd on Daggerfall, so I'm going to recommend Betrayal at Krondor, which is one of the most critically acclaimed RPGs of all time, and was released as freeware by the rights holders a few years back. Also, if you happen to run across a copy in a thrift shop or something, Betrayal in Antara, the spiritual sequel, is worth a look. It was my first RPG ever, and it still holds a special place in my heart.
