I don't have an idol per se; that being said, if you were to ask almost anyone who knew the both of us, they would say I'm just like my father.
This isn't intentiona; I have traits that I eminate, and some of the more obvious ones happen to be traits my father eminates, as well (mild lack of social skills, powerful sense of right and wrong, genuine desire to do good, what some would call a terrible sense of humor). I also happened to inheret my father's uncanny intellect, which makes me even more like him.
That isn't to say I am like him; my father is much more inclined to violence than I am, and is much less anti-social than I am. In terms of sheer IQ, he is also massively more intellegent than I; he is most defanately possessed of a genius-level intellect, and more than one person has stated to me that it is well over 200. He also speaks in a different way than I do, regarding words; our tones in any given situation will be nearly identical, but the way I says something will be much longer. My father is also much more interested in science than I.
There are other people; I didn't inherit my trademark Logic from my father, but rather my grandfather, as well as a sense of discipline that I seemed to pick up along the way. Most of who I am, though, comes from my father.
Does that answer your question?
