You guys make good guns. I hope that you guys will get satisfied with my terrible guns. Im sorry if the guns would be unrealistic. (These guns are taken from my imagination, was not copied and was not taken from the creation of others.)

X25-A: RED
X25-B: GREEN

Unrealistic creations are what we're all about here, so long as it looks like it would work and has a logical placement of bits. Yours are pretty good and flow well in terms of shapes, with only some issues with layers (the carrying handle on top of the red gun is below the receiver) and things like the ACOG sight on the green gun needing to be moved up to meet the rail. Other than a few mistakes (which everyone makes in the beginning) you're fine. Keep it up.

Something to do next time would be to embed the pictures straight into your post using the instructions given in the first post of this thread.

Oh, and Welcome To The Escapist.

Here are the latest imperfect terrible guns of mine. Saying anything about is ok (except for vulgar/vile words).

X26-A: RED
X26-B: GREEN

Your stuff is fine, mate. Stop self-depreciating, and just show us what you've got. We'll decide whether we like it or not, and even then our opinion isn't that important compared to yours.

Your guns actually work pretty well - the only technical flaws I can find are nitpicky and can be reasonably glossed over at any rate. Good work.

This is my first try with blending. (Taking parts from de-grouped presets and putting them together.)

I present: The Ghost-M3

It is a compact AR with integrated silencer, customizable hand guard gripping surface, and a stock with an interchangeable cheek plate.

Izzy, your guns are not, "imperfect and terrible". The lines flow quite well, the only complaint I have is color choice, it makes no sense tactically to have a lime green gun.

Jungle Combat Kit

First off, we have a shorted, silenced SVD.

Second, a 9mm handgun. The new PMG doesn't have any handgun parts, so its not exactly the nicest handgun. A MP5 lower receiver and a M4 upper receiver make up the body of it.

And last, the BS-1 Tishina grenade launcher. This is a interesting GL, its silenced and uses special blanks (in a magazine in the handle looking part) to launch the 30mm grenades.

for some reason this won't turn into a link, just copy and paste it into your address bar http://world.guns.ru/grenade/gl36-e.htm

All with a green paint job(I really wish PMG had camo schemes), ammo for each gun, and two knives.

It's that time again! Time for me to fart in the face of standard weaponry with something that may or may not kill you. This time: another custom-built cartridge that's a little bit different; I call it ".50 OMG"

A .50 BMG is shown above for comparison. I've also tweaked an AK to fire my .50 OMG as an example.

The clever bit about this round is that it does away with black powder. I've called on the power of C4 to reduce the length of the cartridge to a meager 70mm and theoretically increase the force of the shot. To compensate, though, I had to also withhold brass and upgrade to steel, a bit more pricey but hopefully worth the firepower. In theory, this will reduce recoil and allow much smaller weapons to fire the same lead slug as their .50 counterparts.

Comments and criticisms, please. As always, I want to know if you think this would work. Will it revolutionize the bullet? Will it explode and kill you? You tell me.

I'm under the impression that if you're accelerating a projectile of the same mass at the same speed, you would get the same effect from Newton's Third Law (same recoil). And you're using a denser material for the bullet, meaning more recoil if you want to keep the muzzle velocity the same.
I think.

I started off with wanting to do an AK-pattern weapon chambered for 7.62x51 NATO. I added a magpull to the magazine well, to make it seem like it had been redesigned for a larger caliber. I also scaled the reciever up, as 7.62x51 is a bigger caliber, so it would need more space etc. The barrel/gas system has been stole from the SR-25, as that was the first PMG rifle that fired this round that I could think of. After I did all the technicals, I decided I wanted to go with a G3/FAL look for the handguard/stock so I set them to green and mixed around some M16 parts. The end result looks like an AK-pattern FAL, which I'm quite pleased with. It may not be very creative, but I had some fun making this.

I'm actually attempting to decrease velocity here.
The muzzle velocity of a .50 BMG is about 2800 FPS. This speed is completely useless to anyone who isn't firing at something kilometers away. Because the distances wouldn't be as great, the guns firing my round would be smaller. I'm aiming to get about 1800 FPS, firing the exact same lead slug as the BMG.

I made it because if the gun would be colored all black and grey then it would be like lifeless and i want it different from others.

I hope these guns haven't been done before (except the shotgun, I'm sure that one has been done before).

Nice design but when attacthed the flamethrower looks like the reach is to long and unless the gun is mounted it looks too heavy. Nice creativity and hardwork though
