Tis a turboshaft. Most helicopters use turboshafts these days. It is basically a turbojet which has a shaft and gearbox system running from the compressor turbines to power the helicopters blades. Can Also create useful thrust for forward motion.

its kind of difficult because of the fuzzy art, but if you use your head and look at the picture, it's really easy. I didn't know at first, but i figured it out in about 30 seconds with google.
