I can't stand the fact that movies like this actually get past their sales pitch and get funded. It especially doesn't help that every horror thriller archetype will appear, like some jerkoff who doesn't believe there are piranhas in the water and swims out. I mean, how can that happen more than once before people just say "Fuck that shit".

Anyway, I also think this is just meant to be as cheesy, campy and B-movie-esque as possible, and it actually looks like a stupid, yet fun movie.

EXACTLY. Did you see Christopher Lloyd chewing the scenery? This is going to be the most hilariously bad movie of the year. Ten to one they're banking on that "so bad it's good" appeal to drive this, and I'm willing to bet that it'll be more entertaining than half the stuff in theaters that's taking itself seriously. XD It'll be like Snakes on a Plane all over again. Classic!

Yep. It is. They do make scuba diving flares. Interesting chemical composition, but not all that uncommon. More often these days they use LEDs instead, though.

I agree with everybody else here i think this is supposed to be one of those that isn't supposed to be taken seriously, besides they spoiled the "plot" "twist" in the middle of the preview, plus that amount of boobige is obviously trying to appeal to someone.
