with the reminder that pixar will soon be releasing it's worst picture, Cars 2, i just wanted to look back and see which movie it will be replacing. Looking back a the list it's hard to think of one, it's like picking out which diamond is the least valuable, they're all pretty, and they're next to perfect.

Toy story 1,2&3, a bugs life, monsters inc., finding nemo, the incredibles, cars, ratatouille, Wall E, Up. those are the ones i'm talking about i'm not asking about shorts and other stuff ~_~...

so which movie do you think was the worst?
ME - monsters inc.
I haven't seen TS 3, but I'd say it's a toss-up between A Bug's Life and Cars.

I guess Up might be something of a contender, but it's fairly distant next to Cars.

Cannot understand how one can think Monster's Inc is in the same league as Cars.

Ants, I'm pretty sure its pixar. Hate it.
And A Bug's Life. You won't shutup about it. :p
Personally, I don't think any of them are absolutely terrible, just a few that I find were a bit... unnecessary useless and stupid.
I have to agree with my lady-friend. I think Ants is indeed the worst.
Antz was not made by Pixar.

Well I didn't think it was that bad, and saying "worst Pixar movie" is like saying "worst bag of free money" but I would have to say Cars because the main character is an unlikable douchbag for most of the film.

I know that was the point, but still.

I thought all of them were good except Cars. I agree with what everyone has already repeated that it was more of a kiddie film and as an adult it didn't really appeal to me. Even Monsters, Inc. a story about monsters in the closets of children was entertaining, but not Cars. I'm not a big fan of Owen Wilson either.

I've gotta go for Cars. Don't get me wrong, I still like it and I still think it's very good. But the problem is that it's not Pixar Good, so it's streets behind everything else.

As for Cars 2, that trailer has reallly got me worried. It looks like a generic summer blockbuster. That's the sort of thing that I'd expect from Dreamworks! Still, I'm hoping Pixar can turn it around and that it's all really a spoof of generic summer blockbusters. And if not... well, there's always a new Toy Story short!

By the way, does anybody else find Mater really annoying?

Then I don't think Pixar has made a terrible film... In my opinion at least.
I agree that they haven't made a terrible film; I didn't really like Cars or A Bug's Life, but they weren't The Human Centipede.

Cars, by far.

It was terrible, by Pixar standards, so it was still an alright movie.

It just felt so generic, average, and dull, it lacked that Pixar feel that all of their other movies had.

I hated Toy Story 2, enough so that I didn't bother to see 3. So to me that is the worst film by Pixar.
To be honest I didn't like Toy Story 1 or 2 when they were released and still don't enjoy them. Toy Story 3 though I really enjoyed and it pulled my heart strings. It's in a different ballpark than 1 & 2.

Personally for me I didn't enjoy cars. I don't care for Nascar, I don't care for racing and the story was incredibly cliche. The only part of the movie I enjoyed were the credits, and not because the movie was over but because I actually found them funny.

well i never saw cars
sorry i just think the concept of cars drivin around talking to each other is stupid
what interesting thing would cars have to say that could have just as easily been said by a bird or a dog y'know sometihng visually interesting
cars arent interesting i see them everyday
but enough ranting

my least favorite pixar movie is Monster's inc
mostly because i didnt like Mike and he was half the movie

Cars. Every other movie had this deep philosophical meaning to it that makes it both clever and sentimental.

What was the point of Cars? "sometimes we go so fast we lose sight of the small things that make life wonderful." Pretty lame when you compare it to UP, toy Story and Monsters Inc.

UP was terribly boring and just straight out random. Wall-e was so overrated i wanted to puke and Toy Story 3 is laughable.

Cars, it was an okay movie, just not up to Pixar standards. I also found that Toy Story 3 wasn't all the great, but it was still better than Cars.

Thats like asking which flawless diamonds I like the less.

So I pick cars. Okay movie, just it felt more like a children's movies as opposed to a family movie.
