We all love pizza, but where is the best pizza you have ever had and what is your favorite topping?

The best pizza I ever had is at pizza plus at 7th ave. between 11th and 12th streets in Brooklyn and my favorite topping is sausage.

Roman Pizza, from Rome... It's the real McCoys so to speak.

And it was just like a basic cheese, tomato, and pepperoni job, but it was damn tasty, with a lovely crispy thin base, and stretchy hot cheese and succulent meat *drools*

In general, I'd have to go with pepperoni and garlic as my favorite. However, the best pizza I've had was made at my old job. I made a pizza with a friend of mine that had a ranch dressing base rather than sauce. We added provolone cheese, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese. We then took boneless wings, shaken in 2/3 BBQ sauce and 1/3 hot sauce. We chopped those, added them to the pizza, and put a bit of pepper jack cheese. We cooked the pizza through the oven and then once it was out, put a bit of honey mustard sauce. It was an orgy of flavor.

Best Pizza I've ever had was in a restaurant in Genoa (Italy) It was cheese and tomato and had sliced frankfurter on the top.

The manly "Mighty Meaty" with a "Dominator" base (basicly sauce within the base of the pizza) but instead of mushrooms some extra topping of meat. (from Dominos)

Currently cooking a 12inch cheese Pizza, nothing special but lovely for nighttime snack.

When I was in New York I tried Ray's Pizza... Some kind of beef and cheese toping. It was delicious.
