Plastic surgery, what do you think?

As a man's man, the manliness of men, I enjoy the female form. There's this girl I know who works at this bar, and she has a great body - nice curves, soft lips and the breasts... *whistles*. But I soon learned that a large proportion of her body was paid for, as in she had liposuction, botox and breast implants. I found myself oddly turned off by her.

I'm wondering if this is an evolutionary trait, that humans shun away from all things natural. Is it caused by society, does society tell us that you are beautiful exactly the way you are? Groups may imply that, but we know that's far from the truth. Or are we simply enraged by the health issues? The danger of stomach staples, diet pills, liposuction, collagen etc.

Is it necessary? Is it wrong or immoral? Should people be free to do as they please? Is it even attractive?

This go's for men as well as women. Men get surgery as well.

What are you views and opinions on the matter?

EDIT: Just something to think about, guys if you don't like breast implants etc. because they are fake, would you ever get a penis enlargement if it was perfectly safe and genuinely did make your man bits bigger. Women, would you be okay with a man if they did?

Hahah I'm not looking to date her. I was just checking her out, but that's beside the point, I was more focused on why she would undergo plastic surgery, I didn't know what she looked like beforehand, but as far as I can tell it wasn't reconstructive.

I can't honestly choose one side. I've seen some women who looked very nice, and others who were seemingly hot until I found out they had plastic surgery. I'm usually against it, but it's more of a hit-or-miss system with me.

If surgery was free, instantaneous, risk-free and left no scars, I still wouldn't undergo surgery. It's not that I think butt implants are uglier than natural asses (sometimes you can't tell the difference), it's that it tells me something about the girl in question: "I was so insecure that I had to pay thousands of dollars to alter the natural shape of my body."

The repulsion comes largely from Hollywood and the shear amount of celebrities who injected themselves with said plastic.

As girls we have this deep seated need to make ourselves better either for ourselves or for the guys already in or could potentially be in our lives. For some girls this might mean a quick trip to a salon, for others it means going under the knife.
Personally I would never get cosmetic surgery, I'm happy with what I have now.

Like puppies and kitties? You're sick man! haha.

Anyhow, on topic, once they perfect the penis enlargement, I'm there!

If its just small things to make her feel better about herself, then that is fine, but if she gets everything overdone and exaggerated, to the point of looking like a caricature, then I am going to just back away very slowly...

You'd be surprised at how shallow humans are, even if you don't think you are, there is a part of you that is.

You could be an exception to the rule, but humans generally can't see what's on the inside, there are indicators such as what they wear among other things, but it is impossible for you to know who they are at a first glance.

And it is generally true, that people will go in favor of the more attractive crowd.

No, it's not attractive for me. Breast implants...
Bleh. If I wanted a girl who was factory-made, I'd date one of the sluts living here - they're all exactly the same.

People should be free to do whatever they want, but being fake makes them less attractive in my eyes.
Then again, I'm only attracted to "small and cute," so clearly I am not objective.
You know I've never been to the US, so I can't really judge. Girls really like that?

But what if the girl in question, was unattractive and people would shun away from her because of her looks, would it be okay if she had surgery then?

I use to be attracted to "small and cute", but they generally didn't put out... whoops did I say that out loud?

It's not so much about size as it is how you use it.
Or so I hear from my female friends who, for whatever reason, like to share their sexual encounters with me.

And that is not what I meant!

So hideous my stomach nearly turned. That's what the girls here want to look like.
Yes, those are what we around here refer to as "plastic" girls/women. Jocks seem attracted to them for some unknown reason... Maybe its the tits?

Uhm. What? I'm almost happy with my figure, I have nice curves, meat on my bones and an alright pair of tits.

And I wouldn't wanna look like I've just come out of a make up factory explosion. And I wouldn't like the scars either.

I think its stupid when people want want it to look better when they already look fine but it has other better reasons like for people who were in accidents or fires and want to look normal again its good. While cleaning my mom tripped and fell on a stack of old Sega Genesis game cases and one punctured her lip and she had to get stitches, her doctor also gave her plastic sugary so she wouldn't have a scar on her face.

Under the pressure of media, insecurity and men, women might succumb to such to be physically more attractive and desirable.

It's entirely their decision, but I myself prefer being natural and having natural. Not that I would stop showering, or would let my hair grow to my ass, or anything. I just think surgery is way too far. I could never do it, even with my insecurities.

Plastic surgery may make people look "prettier," but it makes them far less genuinely attractive.

Well its useful for some people who have something that needs it, and sometimes it can be an all important confidence booster.
I think when girls take things like boob jobs too far, thats a problem. Other than that its perfectly fine.
True enough i prefer 100% natural women to partially synthetic substitutes.
