OMG, that's scary. Looks like something you'd see in a funhouse A La Wes Craven.
There's the best advert against plastic surgery I've ever seen.

So hideous my stomach nearly turned. That's what the girls here want to look like.
Uhm. What? I'm almost happy with my figure, I have nice curves, meat on my bones and an alright pair of tits.

And I wouldn't wanna look like I've just come out of a make up factory explosion. And I wouldn't like the scars either.
Er, I'm sorry, I wasn't specific. The girls where I live, not American girls in general.
If indeed you are Ame--aaaannnnd you are not.
So, "Uhm, what?"
I am confused as well!
I thought you meant the girls here, on this forum. So I was uhm whatting at that, sorry :/

Plastic surgery. I find myself at odds.

The me that thinks "Well, nature should go its own way" tells me to shudder at any mention of plastic surgery. Why interfere with nature and how it shapes the human as genetically described in its birth?

Then I look at myself in the mirror, and suddenly think "Well, I am not a prime example of a homo sapiens." and reminds me all too well of my own flaws and faults. And it brings up the questions:

"Should not anyone be given the chance of look good? Should not anyone be given the chance to be desirable? Is it correct to abandon anyone not near perfection just because they don't look like that since their birth?"

It seems all too cruel, like that.

You can't police what people want to do with their bodies, and if they have the cash and the inclination then let them go nuts. But personally, I don't find fake breasts attractive, and most plastic surgery just makes people look unnatural, which is a massive turn-off for me.

EDIT: Wait, I forgot to be a stereotypical male pig.
"I have nice curves, meat on my bones and an alright pair of tits."
"hurr hurr I'll be the judge of that."

Ugh, now I have to go wash. Stupid one joke per post contract...
Woo stereotypical male piggieness!
"High five brah!"
...I feel hollow...

The trick there is that it's part of Dolly Parton's stage persona, just as much as Michael Jackson's glove or Alice Cooper's eyeshadow. Her stage persona is the "hooker with a heart of gold". She didn't used to look that plastic-face either.

Anyway, I'm annoyed at how only exaggeration of naturally occurring things is widely accepted. People don't freak out over megaboobs and do freak out over horns? Pssh.

Stage personna or not, I must say that to me she looks a lot like a 1953 Ford with with a really cheesy paint job and some bad bondo work.

No, it's not attractive for me. Breast implants...
Bleh. If I wanted a girl who was factory-made, I'd date one of the sluts living here - they're all exactly the same.

People should be free to do whatever they want, but being fake makes them less attractive in my eyes.
Then again, I'm only attracted to "small and cute," so clearly I am not objective.
Damn it Max, you beat me to it.
Anyway, I agree with everything Max here has said. Right down to the first sentence.

"Yeah dude, I totally did like eight chicks in the past ten minutes...at once! My heterosexuality proven, let us go play full-contact sports in tight pants and pat eachother on the ass before a steamy group shower!"
I have to go vomit before this goes too far.
Oh wait, too late for that.

If someone were to get surgery to fix something like a jacked up nose or an embarrassing scar then I could understand why but.....when it comes to implants. "Those aren't boobs....they're lies!!" Basicly I think surgery may be acceptable for some smaller things.
But for the love of god don't go crazy. :/

Ive assisted in liposuctions and breast implants, and alot of times they can make normal women look awesome, saw this patient go from fried eggs to nice round B cups, best part, the surgeon turns to me right when hes about to inject the saline and goes look, instant boobs!

I'd never get plastic surgery, although some people have to have it to make themselves feel better about their bodies or something along those lines so I've got nothing against it.

Not to crazy about the whole plastic surgery thing. Not because of some religious reasons or anything just simply it worries me to think where our species will go from there

*levitates a few feet off the ground*

Hmmm... Plastic surgery, you say? Interesting. It seems very easy to me to tell when stuff is fake. In the boobs department. I suppose, if it's minor stuff that's fine. Large stuff, mega-titties, girls that are more plastic than meat: those are the problems.

Hurr. I'm thinking of female Darth Vader now, but with plastic surgeries/injections instead of machiney bits.

Some people do it cause they can, the same patient i mentioned bout the implants got a liposuction, but she was skinny as hell! There was literally nothing to suck up, but she and her hubby were rich. Some people see it as a reward, instead of going out and buying some big tv or something like that, they'll get a tummy tuck.

If I want a reward I'll buy chocolate or something like that... but if you've got the money fair enough.

We had this patient, older woman in her 50s i believe, had breast cancer, school teacher for over 20 years, she told me before going under she was rewarding herself, that day she had implants, liposuctions front and back and abdominoplasty, i guess chocolate wasnt enough for her lol.

...That's a pretty big reward! I suppose after living through breast cancer though she'd be entitled to feel good about herself by having that series of cosmetic surgery done.

Yea that was the hardest surgery ive ever assisted in, it lasted 8 and a half hours to do all of that. And she was a nice lady, wish all my teachers were as funny as her she was a trip.
