Man, they aren't giving any information about Desmond at all. I'm just as interested in what happens to him.

I doubt anyone was expecting this to happen. o_o
Hopefully they will execute this well. I wonder how they'll do this.

Fallout 3, anyone?

The ability to determine your growth as a child was cool in Fallout and Fable, but now it appears it is starting to become standard.

I honestly thought that the baby bit in Fallout 3 was pretty cheesy. I really don't think this is such a good idea.

I hope they took out those damn "info gathering" missions, though.
Or at least made them ACTUAL MISSIONS. Not the same thing again and again and again.

Well, I'm very glad to hear that they've acknowledged Assassin's Creed Uno could get a bit repetitive at times. Between this promise to make things different and the new weapons and missions, Assassin's Creed 2 is looking better and better.

Cool, should be interesting.

Frankly though, I wouldn't really have minded without this feature though.

Actually they've put up some pictures on the website that show him with the historian character - Shaun Hastings (voiced by Danny Wallace) in what looks like a library

I think they have - a gameplay footage video on the website showed Ezio going to a pigeon house and accepting an assassination side job via messenger pigeon. Plus there's random side missions such as catching messengers and chasing pickpockets who steal your money during a mission.

I think showing the characters aging will add some good backstory to the game. Instead of you are the best assassin and completely cocky, on you go thats it. Will likely give an insight into why his fathers execution drives him to such lengths and how he becomes an assassin.

What I want to know though is will we see another Piece of Eden show up this time? Since I thought that was a brilliant idea and was an intresting way to go against religon ("water never turned into wine, the red sea was never parted")

That's just perfect. First one was weird, static and lifeless. This thing right here could give something to the game more than, kill this, go there, kill that. I will consider buying it now.

Cool. This looks like a good idea, I just hope that that age-switching isn't too frequent, so that it doesn't interrupt the main chunk of gameplay.

I'm fine with that. They did the same thing in Fallout 3 and I didn't mind it. It was nice because it gave the character a little more depth.
Yeah, as long as they develop the life stages right, Ezio should actually be a character. Still, I can't say anything bad about Altair

Well it worked for Fallout 3. It adds a nice little bit extra to your character's backstory.
I wonder if when you push buttons you'll make cute noises.
It's either that or produce a hidden blade coated in a deadly poison.

Just like daddy taught you...
