Are there any good deals?
I haven't gone through all the trouble of updating my ps3 (mostly because I thought we would've had a few more anti-hack firmwareupdates by now and I've been playing mostly single player... and Portal 2 with the wife) and changing the password.
Is it worth it yet?

Where are people seeing Final Fantasy VI???

Just use the search function, enter 'final fantasy' and select TITLES, i have no idea where it's actually located but that found it for me (admittedly right at the bottom of the list).

Well, now I've finally got a PS3, I can redeem my PSN credits and try out flower; no way is Sony getting my credit card info though.

Just use the search function final fantasy and select TITLES, i have no idea where it's actually located but that found it for me (admittedly right at the bottom of the list).

Odd, it only lists IV, VII, VIII, IX, XIII, and Tactics for me. It's not in the new releases section either.

Ah crap, sorry man i just checked out some sites. Apparently It's currently EU only, no US release yet...

I've got the same problem with my JP account. Instead of letting me change my pass from the PS3, they sent me an email, which links to their site which is down for maintenance. Got the email early afternoon UK time yesterday and been down since then.

I'm hoping by the time I actually get around to logging in I'll be able to download the LA Noire DLC and ma new free games.

Found this out at 1 a.m. last night. I wanted to try one last time to get this artifact in Tomb Raider Anniversary. Just for the fun of it, I tried the PSN store. It let me in, but kicked me off within a minute. So I kept trying. I am currently in the process of re-downloading all of my stuff to my new PS3 because my old one broke while this was happening. It's going to take looooong time. Once I have it all, then I'll worry about the Welcome Back stuff.

Well, the store is working here. I got plus in my acc and can download Magic The Gathering for free. Maybe i'll do that.

Any ideas of when whe gonna receive our two free games? >_>

I believe you. Doesn't mean Sony are not lying; they cannot claim their store is up and running if I cannot login without a password change, a service that is currently down.

You realize the password reset function was up like, 2 weeks ago, right? If you had reset your password when originally told, then you would be able to access the store. Sony can in fact say the store is back up because it is up. The fact that you cannot access does not invalidate the fact that it exists. Your key is just broke and the locksmith is busy at the moment.

Please take a moment to examine your argument. "I cannot access the playstation store because my password is broken, therefore the store is not up."

Now think on this. "I broke my house key. I cannot get inside my house, therefore, the inside of my house is not real."

The store is up, it is just not accessible for some. When a WoW account experiences a glitch and cannot log in for a time, the person does not claim WoW is down, they contact support to resolve the issue because they cannot access WoW.

I have seen no posts regarding the password reset issue. If you have downloaded the latest firmware for your PS3 then I would suggest contacting support and letting them know you're having issues.
