Got a couple of error messages but after awhile I got through, bought Outland (It's awesome, buy it if your into metroidvania) Also got the red faction demo (Didn't like it but I was never into the series to begin with) and now I'm waiting for the Infamous 2 demo to finish downloading.

I have seen no posts regarding the password reset issue. If you have downloaded the latest firmware for your PS3 then I would suggest contacting support and letting them know you're having issues.

You haven't seen any posts because you can't post on their site due to their maintenance. And yeah, I sent them an email a few hours ago, though I doubt I'll get a response until Monday.

Two other people in this thread have the same issue.

Not sure how you missed that.

Nothing in your blog post recommends that I immediately log in to change my password because the service will be down at a later date, by the way.

Of course they finally fix it when I'll be out of the country, nay the continent. I better have until the end of june to gets my free games...

I'm pretty sure you have 30 days to redeem your games after the Welcome Back package goes live, so you should be golden. At least thats what it says here, near the bottom (Its from the Australian site):
