Pokemon Black and White: Who's your favorite Pokemon so far?

I only just beat the third gym (I've been busy with intermural hockey playoffs), but so far my favorite and most reliable has been Dewott.

Just got my fifth badge. And it'd be a tough toss up between Liepard, Blitzle, and whatever Deerling's evolution was called for me.

I've kept myself fairly ignorant on most of the new pokemon, so I have to ask two questions:

1. What type is it?

2. Is it version-exclusive?

I may have to add that impressive afro to my team...

It is a pure grass type exclusive to Pokemon Black.

Hell. A double no-go for me, as I don't want to drop my starter.

Eh, maybe I'll run into that afro-bull at one point, and see how he is.

Here [http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Bouffalant_(Pok%C3%A9mon)] is the Pokemon.
It is only encountered right before the Pokemon League, so if you plan on using it than I would be prepared for a little grinding.
It is also pure normal type, with a move called "Head Charge", if that will sway you in any specific direction.

I mean, it's a fucking ghost chandelier that spits fire. Which makes it amazing. Sigilygh comes in at a close second, in the "so-badly-designed-I-like-it-category." I'm liking Excadrill's design, too.

Badass. I might just change my desktop to a Pokemon for the first time now.

Leavanny, definitely.

I put a Sewaddle in my team in Pinwheel as a placeholder, and then kept her in when she was WAY better than everyone else. Seven gyms in, she's still just as awesome. AAAANNNNDDDD for some reason I totally love Bug Pokémon too.

When the new pokémon were revealed I immediately decided that the Litwick (then Hitomoshi) line was going to be my new favorites. Chandelure is amaaaazing.

Galvantula, Bisharp, and Vanniluxe are also awesome.

Edit: Just in terms of Pokédex entries, I love Pidove. It just amuses me that the entry says that they have difficulty understanding complicated commands.

 

[Beyond D espair]

I got Pokemon white version and so far this one is my favorite.

Normally I dislike rock types, but I like how extremely powerful this pokemon is and how it can stand any powerful attack (so long as it has full hp(Gen V Sturdy)). With that in mind, I plan to tech mine explosion, just in case it's up against an annoying water type.

Chandelure which I had nickname my CandleJack. His special attack stats is huge so he pretty much lay waste to most Pokemon I had come up against!
