OT: Out of GSC I only played Gold but Gold was my all time favourite pokemon, and at least with pokemon remakes, they completely re-do the graphics (which is great). Also, the day-night system means I can finally get umbreon again, I haven't had one since I was in primary school ... I really want an umbreon.

You know, Gold/Silver were indeed a lot of fun. It was great after beating the elite four, going back to Kanto and beating all the Gym Leaders there. I may consider coming out of retirement (again) for this.

While they did add a bunch of bs additional pokemon in Gold and Silver...
Those two were by far the best ones in the whole series. They're just the most fun to play.

Totodile is the pimpingest pokemon in the whole series.
