If they did everything chronologically (like, not throw all the movies in at the end, put the movies in where they should go) I'd probably watch a good portion of it, until I'd eventually fall asleep.

Pokemon is scary enough anyway.
Think about it. As a small child, you're thrown out of your house to go into the wilderness and capture dangerous wild animals, which you then pit against other wild animals in vicious gladiatorial battles. Not only that, but you eat these same animals (there don't seem to be any animals except Pokemon in this particular world, but we see the characters eating meat). It may be just me, but the entire concept is slightly disturbing.

True dat. Even Hoenn had a couple okay episodes. Everything after that was horrible, though. I still find the first season of Pokemon entertaining, regardless of what people say. At least Team Rocket was still funny back then... More like a parody of old Sentai/Power Ranger villains.stormcaller said:

Ive done this all over the last 18 months, every episode and film etc, save a few odd episodes and a few films. If you enjoy it for what it is why not, its the same as any sitcom. And to anyone who hates it after Gold, thats prob cause of the large break,a nd the transfer to GBA. If the newer pokemon were released in the first batch it would be just as popular. OK a few pokemon were clearly rushed but why burn a money tree?
