I wonder what people would say if Activision or EA did this with one of their franchises? To each their own i guess.
no man the map was confusing as hellCovarr said:This is exciting. I can't wait to get lost and confused around the overpass area again. Seriously, the map in this game caused me crazy trouble, and as far as I can tell, only me.
P.S. Thanks
In all honesty there's not really any point to the Stadium series anymore; when you got down to it the purpose of the series was just see Pokemon in 3D. And now with the 3DS allowing that anyway the point of the Stadium series is kinda moot.xaszatm said:Cool, I was a huge fan of the Third Generation and am interested to see how this goes. This does go a long way to helping Nintendo's financial woes right now though I'm not sure announcing a 3DS game when your Wii U console is floundering a great idea. Also, Nintendo, please release another Pokemon Colosseum game for the Wii U, please? It might just shut up the people wanting a more story driven Pokemon game and help with Wii U sales.
I'm not so sure, While Pokemon Stadium for the N64 and Pokemon Battle Revolution for the Wii certainly did that, Pokemon Colosseum was different from the rest of console Pokemon games. They had their own region and own story, compared to Stadium's play a bunch of tournaments again. It played more like one of Pokemon's side games like Pokemon Conquest or Pokemon Mystery Dungeon rather than a Stadium game, Colosseum just used normal pokemon rules rather than creating new ones. It also contained one of the more darker Pokemon storylines and actual bosses rather than gym leaders.Aiddon said:In all honesty there's not really any point to the Stadium series anymore; when you got down to it the purpose of the series was just see Pokemon in 3D. Anyway, I'd like to see what sort of improvements they're going to bring over from X and Y. I would expect it'll be in 3D since there's little reason NOT to use the X and Y engine. Maybe some new Mega Evolutions, Pokemon Amie, Super Training, Exp Share, etc. I never played Ruby and Sapphire when they came out, though with a remake that updates the games and with X and Y reigniting my interest in the series I'll definitely give them a whirl
