I absolutely love that picture... although I can't quite figure out what the 'X' is in there. Everything else I recognize.

It's a "Star Fury" from the Babylon 5 series.

Now tell me what the "I" and the "s" are, please.

My guess is that "I" is a lightsaber and thus a redundant Star Wars reference, and the "s" is from stargate?

Nope, but close.

The dot of the I is the Stargate from "SG-1" while the main body is (very relevant to the story) a sonic screwdriver from The Doctor himself. The S is in the fount of "Farscape" in the opening credits.

As someone who lives in Norwich I did not expect this. Needless to say I was giggling for about 15 minutes after reading what happened in the newspaper. Can you imagine what the police officer's thought when they received a call about this haha.
