Hell, the human rights court themselves noted Yaniv seemed to be racially profiling and targeting estheticians for litigation. Especially in light of the fact defendant's counsel was readily able to find local estheticians who provided male pubic waxing services to testify on their behalf.

Apparently at other locations, they have offered for other workers to handle this specific case, but it was refused. This is such a terrible and outright dangerous case for the community to defend in any way because this bastard is the embodiment of the trans bogeyman with bathrooms and garbage that people scream about.
