John Amos is also unfortunately right in that weird spot where it's too big to benefit from one set of subsidy to move to greener power but too small to benefit from others.
Depends on the configuration. The most advanced CSP's only require something like 20 gallons per gigawatt-hour, and that's all for cleaning mirror surfaces.Don't solar thermal plants also require a lot of water to operate?
